I use to feel comfortable living here sadly,that is no longer true. I am uncomfortable living here.It is as though I am walking on eggshells. This is very sad because at one time I was happy living here.

Very accommodating management and especially friendly residents who have been so gracious to open their club house up to our Toastmaters club for an open house. Thank you very much! Great place :)

Villa capri is one of the better mobile home parks in town. The issue in this case is the management, for as long as I can remember the owners have only hired terribly dysfunctional park managers and in park maintenance workers most of which were all obviously addicts of some kind. In all actuality it is in fact better than a majority of mobile estates in town but much improvement can be made by simply revamping the clubhouse and pool/indoor spa, It is an all age mobile home park and offers absolutely nothing for the tenants with children outside of the pool/spa. They also provide tenants with a billiard room with tables that are not level and also needs a good renovation overall.

They need to get the lights on, threw out the moible home park. They been off gonig on two years ,I believe its against the law not to have lighting. And the streets need to be over halled, it needed to be done at least ten years ago or more. they keep telling me all this is going to be done soon, which its going on two years.

The Estates are usually quiet, my only complaint are the roads/driveways. Theyre too bumpy n in need of repair. There arent potholes, just broken pieces, drainage things n speed bumps. Its just really bumpy ride getting to my frens place.

This place has no parking on lapaz dr.also they put a FIRE LANE in front of front door entry can not use handicap elevator for over a year and a half roads are bad half of the park have no night lighting Dont recommend this park to any one, have a lot of unresolved problems.

Very trashed run down not maintained with old run down homes. Roads are terrible in the parks very rough needs repaving.
