It’s really nice and clean. And GINA, the manager here, is very warm to the guests and the service is very good. Because I am a foreigner with poor English ability, and I am using a travel trailer for the first time, thanks to the help of GINA, I can move in smoothly, so I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to GINA!

Lived here in my Class A for 2 months. Staff was terrific. The location was fairly central, but out of the way enough to be quiet and safe. Its tricky to see the exit the first time so slow down when you know youre close or youll have to circle back.

This place was quiet and well kept! The manager Gina was extremely nice and super accommodating while we were parked overnight during our trip. I will recommend this park to anyone who needs to stop in Fresno.

If you need a quick place to stay overnight its just off the 99 on Golden State and its probably cheap enough. But you must be fully self-contained with your own drinking water, bathroom & showers its a OK place to stay.BUT...If you have any valuables or anything unattached or not locked downDont stay here.Lots of homeless, addicts & theft near by.

Since the new manager Gina started a few months ago, the park is looking so much better! Gina is friendly and very knowledgeable !

To get here is a nightmare because of construction, the owners worried what our RV looked like since it is 10 years old and our RV looks nice and the trailers here are trashy looking. We cant use the pool you have to be a permanent resident I guess with a key, they parked us near a old trailer, that had all kinds of junk around it and all we got was electric cause water cost more. UNBELIEVABLE, if you are traveling find a nicer park where you get all facilities, NOT THIS PARK.

We are new tenants really appreciated park manager she was very helpful and through with all rules and regulations and answering all of our questions we agree with the rules and appreciate them in place we are excited to see their vision come into play as the rest of the long term tenants begin to comply and take pride in where they live. The park has been very peaceful and even though there are children there they seem to be in control. The grounds staff is right on it not lagging at all and there to help solve problems and questions. Hang tough site manager we see great things coming with your help. And to the long term residence change is not always easy but can really be best when wanting better for ourselves p.s. the facilities are kept very clean which is a big plus we recommend this RV park for long or short stays. My wife and I are not from Fresno, but our son goes to Fresno State and we like to stay near him for a month or two throughout the year(he doesnt feel the same way). We take our RV here to avoid the costs of hotels. Its a quiet place and the showers and pool seems to be cleaned fairly often. After checking out the other parks, this one seemed to be the best value so far in the Fresno area.

Called for some info very informative and great customer service.

This place is a very dirty run down park. The showers were so filthy and disgusting that we bypassed washing until the next stop. Overnight parking was near the bathrooms and the sewer smell was horrible. We paid the next morning and they were 30% higher than all the places we had been that week. Asked about discounts and the girl didnt know nor did she bother offering to find out. Not happy!!

This is not really an RV park. It is very old dilapidated single wide mobile homes. Also the price its very high compared to other and better RV parks

Great prices, well maintained and clean park.

First Thing they dont tell you about the water youre not supposed to drink it or you cant cook with it , it causes cancer. They dont have a rec room. And the third thing is the washers and dryers suck sewer is backing up through the washing machines. Most of them are full of water and they stink really bad.

We had such a good stay last year, we chose to stay again this year. Very quiet, well managed, very clean & a pool too! Thinking of making this a longer term stay this winter.

RV usage:For the pricing its decent for a monthly rate. Have found it to be safe here.Wifi is decent from my experience.Maintenance folks respond quickly to issues.Half RV park and half mobile home park.Not a new park, but its not trashy.A mix of RVers mostly for work related longer stays.Area can be noisy at night; frequent trains (q1h almost) and proximity to freeway.Neighbors are generally quiet at night.

I like living there for 8 years mostly because I had my own private yard and people didnt bother me.

This Park made a lot of improvements. A Must see worth taking a look. Very convenient to shopping and other attractions.

Best value in Fresno. Biggest RV spaces. The park is quiet despite being close hwy access. Ive been staying here for the past 5 months in my 36 5th Wheel. The park is definitely clean, lots of repairs and upgrades since I have been here. The new Manager is professional and fair. The wifi has been fast though it seems slows a bit between 5-7 pm. The owner and manager were both very nice. I went back and looked at a mobile home 3 times and they never did get impatient.

Yea......dont move here unless your really desperate. It just went under new management and the manager threatened all his tenants that hed call CPS if he saw any children outside of their lots. And gave everyone with outside dogs fines from the SPCA. Also the drug people there are true, but there is also lots of small Mexican families... Just, dont go unless its out of desperation.

The park was kept clean.

Overnight loging good price

Not a great park, no bathrooms that you can use, the manager is only here three days a week and if she is not here she will not pick up the phone, the man thats work in the park just dont care he lives out side of the park, he will not do anything for you.

Trailer lots were cluttered, unattended kids running loose, the pool was heated in summer, homeless presence across the street, management takes forever to meet their responsibilities like repairs.

It was not a clean trailer park raw sewage in stteets when it rained you could ask any tenant they will tell you the same thing in fear of getting evicted. Linda anderson
