The original location for The Franklin Rotary’s Rodeo, Jim Warren Park is one of Franklin’s oldest and best loved parks. Within the last few years it has received a total transformation and is very well maintained ! New baseball, t-ball, and little league football fields. Paved walking trails, playground equipment, outdoor basketball hoops, along with picnic pavilions and concession stands (open at various times) are included in the park. They just finished a new renovation of the tennis courts. The park also has a skateboard park!Jim Warren is located near the outdoor soccer fields on Boyd Mill Pike.

Really nice park great for family

Its probably been 25 years since Ive been here. Much improved! It used to be a bit run down but now it is lovely with a big pond for birds and a nice paved walking trail.

Community was amazing, not that cluttered, and good area to practice flat ground tricks. It has ramps differing in sizes and some rails too. They also have a bowl in the back that goes from around 5-6ft to around 11-13 feet.

Its just a great neighborhood park...

They have some great basketball hoops for some pickup basketball. I played there Saturday with a couple friends and we had a great time!

Not a huge playground, but nice grassy area, walking trails, skate park, and baseball and soccer fields.

The Franklin City Parks Dept does a fantastic job maintaining this area.

Jim Warren Park is a very nice to hangout with friends or family. You can walk on the sidewalks or in the grass and there’s playgrounds for kids to play on. It’s very nice since it’s outside but there are pavilions so you can still enjoy the park on a rainy day.

Everything is nice and clean. I only go for the skatepark though so Im not 100% about the rest of it. Wish they could expand the skatepark a little bit.

Very nice, well taken care of ball park. There was plenty of shade to watch the game and stay cool.

Cool park conveniently located. A bit limited but a good place to get away for an hour or two.

I caught this 3 pound large mouth bass in September of 2106 in the afternoon. There are plenty of 2-4 lb. bass in this pond but are not easy to catch. They get spooked easily so walk gently along the bank. Cast soft plastic lures like a stick worm parallel to the bank.

So many things to do! Playgrounds, jogging trails, tennis, batting cages, softball, fishing, picnic.... and more. Oh, and the grinder rails and kidney bowl for skater dudes and dudettes!

Skate park is fun. Has cool nateral rock features for everyone to climb.

Yet another wonderful Williamson County Park. Ball fields, tennis courts, skate park and lots lots more.

It was a very good park. The city of franklin done a good job. A lot of places should take notice of what they did.

This place isnt kept up very well. They dont have the water fountains on. Has a nice walking trail, a small playground and frisbee golf course.

Playgrounds are very nice and fun but there is no restrooms nor changing stations close by. Not fun...

Lots of construction going on, but that just means improvements. Our family still enjoyed the park.

My children love to play here.Sometimes I feel uncomfortable here with small children.Had to leave once due to what looked like meth heads by rear playground.Another time a parent was smoking right next to the playground.Just suspicious characters around occasionally when park is not busy.Have not noticed as much weird activity by front playground by pond, but my kids prefer the other playground.

Lovely place for family outings, take your pets to enjoy the weather. The residents might hiss at you, though, so be polite (Canada Geese aplenty!)

Beautiful facilty...loved that they had trees around the fields for shade. Very clean

Big expansive park but most of the grounds are intended for use by organized sports such as baseball, soccer and football. The playground here is not as nice as some of the other parks in the area.

Huge park with lots of facilities. I believe they even have a outdoor skatepark. Lots of ball fields and always clean. Easy to get to considering its downtown Franklin. And because its so centrally-located, there are plenty of places to go eat after you are done at the ball field. Plenty of parking to be had and plenty of rest rooms which is a plus considering the size of this facility

Great Park, good fishing at the pond (Just remember that it is catch and release only, no live bait), awesome for the kids. It has a really nice skatepark, one of the only ones in the area. Definitely a place to check out wether you are new to the area or are just looking to get a little outdoor activity for the day.

Tennis courts... Yes... 8 courts. However, theyre cracked, pitted, heavily worn. If you just want to hit a ball back and forth or want to practice serves, it isnt bad. But if you want to play a match, find better courts.

Great place for every sport. Tennis, basketball, football, baseball, soccer. Really nice skate park across the road from the baseball fields.

Great little park close to downtown Franklin with a skate park and several well maintained baseball fields that usually have games on a steady basis during season. Several trails to walk around the park and a playground with picnic shelters nearby that are on a first come basis.
