If i could do zero stars i would. I called multiple times to set up an appointment to register a boat. No answer. I would get a message saying phones were busy. I went to the office. Drove an hour. Was greeted by the largest woman i have ever seen. She was rude and denied to help me. I called while standing in the office. No answer and no phones rang. Its beyond frustrating. All i wanted was to go fishing. But at least now i know where i can go to hunt the queen of the land whales.

I called multiple times about transferring a boat title. I was told 3 different things. I went in and then was told joke of those were true. Whats the point of answering the phone if you dont know what you are doing?

Usually quick service at this location, only had 1 issue in past 8 yrs and it was the sellers end not mine or the States.Usually friendly service and knowledgable staff.

Spoke with Tammy on the phone, regarding the protection of a Momma Duck and her eggs. Tammy was very helpful and gave me information to contact a game warden.

I dealt with Teresa while I was at this location. I was transferring a boat title and motor, and I had a few things wrong on my paperwork. Teresa was very patient and work with me and we ate were able to get it all figured out. Great customer service I recommend anyone close the needs to have any boating stuff taken care of to come to this site! Thanks again Teresa for your help!

Ive been here on a few occasions to register jet skis and Ive never had a bad experience. Staff is helpful and patient. All payments are CASH ONLY maybe that will save someone a second trip. It can get very busy on Friday afternoons

I can’t believe this place. Been there three times and they ask me for something different each time. Communism At its best. I will no longer donate my money to the parks and wildlife!!!

I made a visit to this location today 2-17-16 and was lucky to have Marianne help me out. I was that guy that showed up right as the doors were opening but she did not mind at all, I have been places as the doors opened in the morning and felt like a burden upon them... From what I could tell all the ladies here were very pleasant. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to take care of Parks & Wildlife issues, I will definitely go back and take doughnuts for my next early morning visit..

Texas has thousands of acres of land that are available for hunting. I researched all info I could find & was confused about how the process worked. My visit to this location was to get a better understanding of what my son & I would need to participate.The lady that spoke with me seemed to be bothered by my basic questions. She kept referring to a book that cost $42 each time I asked a question. Each answer to my basic questions was, Sir that information is in the book if you would like to buy a copy. I tried to explain to her if she could answer these 2 or 3 questions, I could decide if I wanted to invest in the buying the book. I finally gave up & walked out.. The only knowledge I acquired was buy a book for $42.

Get ready to spend an hour in lines only to be sent away 3 or 4 times stating you dont have the correct documents or pictures of your vessells serial number which is clearly stated on all the paperwork with you. This is worse than the DMV and what I picture heII to be like.

We had the most helpful lady today. She really took my mothers health into consideration, and made our experience the best it could be.

Absolutley NOTHING wrong here. At all, if you are properly prepared with the correct forms, that are filled out, and read about how to do certain transactions before expecting tue staff to think for you.
