Went their for date night with a group of friends the atmosphere is perfect. It feels like family when you walk in the door they are very personable and treat you like you’re one of their own. Very clean and tidy follow all the regulations sanitizer is ready available and you get your own space. Will definitely make a return trip there.

We had a great time at Stumpy’s Hatchet House yesterday afternoon! We took advantage of their wonderful Teacher Appreciation Offer. Thank you. It was very appreciated! Stumpy’s has a great staff that is personable and friendly, is very clean with Sanitizing stations readily available throughout the facility and a fun atmosphere. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to throw some Axes! It was AXE-some!

What a fun experience! We attended the soft opening, everyone had a great time. The staff was attentive taking their time to review the rules to ensure safety and a good time. We had an instructor take us to our pit and give us direction on throwing the hatchets. We had the ability to have a meal delivered, order drinks from the bar and with music playing, it was a lively atmosphere. And it’s a Veteran-owned business. Go check them out!

Stumpy’s was awesome. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 11 month anniversary and we had a blast. We are super serious about COVID with a 1 month old at home and we felt safe the whole time. This was our first night out since Covid and we will be back! Please support this place!Also we came on Friday night and got a free beer!! Delicious!

Stumpys is a great place to throw axes in Fort Worth with a different atmosphere than others in town. The staff was nice and very helpful, the beer selection was great, and the space was warm and welcoming. They figured out how to make axe throwing a fun activity for all with their social feel. Definitely a must see in fort worth to change up date night, birthdays, and team building activities.

I WILL NOT WAIST MONEY HERE AGAIN!!! I tried to check this place out Halloween and they wanted $15 just to get in, I asked why and they said because it was a “non throwing fee”, the bar had no chairs, there was no mix drinks, only beer and wine. They charged like as if they had the environment of a club but it was more like a crummy bar (with only beer &no food), they had a few board games and food would of been cool while playing. I was at least hoping they had some pretty staff to look at and not even that. My friends and I went next door for food and ended up staying because it was more fun and the servers next door were super nice.

This place is amazing! For starters, they are very clean and keep things sanitized. All of the staff wear masks and keep all customers socially distanced. The place itself feels very homey and cozy. They have furniture in each area so you can sit and lounge and they have beer and snacks! A great way to get out for a few hours!

Good fun! We had a great time celebrating our anniversary doing something unique & active. The staff was warm & welcoming, the venue was spacious, and it was an all-round great time. They even gifted us with a commemorative wood piece for our special day :)

Wow! So many good things to say about this place. We visited Stumpy’s on Friday for their grand opening and had a BLAST. They were very well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the set up was great. We arrived about an hour early for our reserved time slot but that was no problem. They let us right in and we were able to stop by the bar and then play the games they had set out (big size Jenga and Cornhole) until it was our turn. When it was our turn to throw they came over and led us to our throwing bay. Once we got to our bay they gave us a quick but helpful tutorial. The staff member who gave the tutorial hung around until we got the hang of it. We got to throw for an hour, which was the perfect amount of time. Not too long and not too short. Finally, the set up at Stumpy’s was great. They had a great bar with many different choices (more than I would have expected) and there are tables, chairs, and couches around so you can sit down in between throwing. We had never been axe throwing before and weren’t sure what to expect, but we will DEFINITELY be back!

My friend and I decided to try this place. It was lots of fun and the staff was super nice. Will be returning. I do wish they had mixed drinks, not just beer and wine.

Decided to check this place out with some friends and we all had a great time. Fun atmosphere and cold beer. The axe throwing was fun too. Took me a few throws to figure it out but our instructor came back to help, after our instruction session, and I nailed a ! We will be back for more. It was an axellent time!

We came here for my nephews birthday and had such a good time! Having been to a number of axe throwing spots, this one has far and away the best setup and overall vibe. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back!

The environment and the staff was just amazing! Will be going back for sure. We had our friends batchlor party there and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Devin and the staff were very personable and fun.

Visited Stumpy’s last weekend and had the best time! Everything was so clean and inviting! The staff was very sweet and helpful! None of us had ever been axe throwing before, and we all hit the bullseye!! We’ll definitely be back soon!!

Had a great time on Saturday. We got there early and was the only one there at the time. It was fun and had good laugh while drinking and throwing some axes.

At first I wasn’t sure if this would be that interesting or worth the money, but I loved me some axe-throwing at Stumpy’s! Even though my wife totally out-threw me, I enjoyed the challenge of learning how to throw and how to improve. Now I need to head back so I can earn the right to ring the bell!

Awesome time over at Stumpys. Laid back atmosphere. Good beer selection. Sports on TV and axes flying... what else could you ask for. Its addicting trying to nail that bullseye.

SO MUCH FUN!!! The owners are so nice and so supportive! Every time you get a bullseye you ring the bell and everyone celebrates. My fiancé and I came on an anniversary weekend and they gave us the coolest gift! They have a bar and drinks too so it would be a fun date night, friends get together or even a Bach/Bachelorette weekend! We had such a good time, we plan to come back and bring our friends. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Go check this place out! Super chill axe throwing hangout with beer bar, jenga, cornhole, and a private room for parties. And theres a unique dive bar right next door with a patio.

Really appreciate the service, the atmosphere, and the experience that Stumpy’s Hatchet provides . The lanes are well designed, there are precautions for social distancing, and coaches are there to help train you and help you hone your skills in axe throwing.

Just want to give a shout out to Stumpys Axe Throwing for a great Friday Evening. We have been here twice and plan on making many more trips here in the future. The staff here are always extremely friendly and helpful. Always willing to teach you to bring out your inner lumberjack. The place itself is well laid out with plenty of places to kick back and socialize with your family and friends all while doing the ever dreaded COVID social distancing thing. The staff work extra hard to keep everything clean and sanitized. Oh and I almost forgot what definitely sets Stumpys apart from the rest is the fact they serve the all important adult beverages of beer and wine. All the rest appear to only offer BYOB. So for us this helped top off the social Paul Bunyan wannabe adventure. And last and really important to me and my family is that Stumpys is a Veteran owned business. So if you looking for a great way to spend some time. Give Stumpys a go.

I went here for the first time last Wednesday night and loved it. The owner and staff were incredible and the place was very well laid-out. On top of the axe-throwing pits they also had games you could play like corn hole and full-size Jenga. Great place and fun experience. Will definitely be going back.
