Had a great time today at Urban Air! I have been with my kids several times and they always have fun, but today our we attended a private event for Atlas Soccer Club and all the kids had a blast! In this day and time it’s hard to find a place to celebrate and play that parents feel is “safe” and Urban Air does a great job of taking temperatures at the door and keeping everything clean and sanitized. This location has a friendly staff, amazing attractions and manager, Sharon made sure we were well taken care of. Check-in went smoothly, kids enjoyed concessions and most of all, playing their hearts out while parents could relax and feel the kids were safe! Thanks for a great time!

We have a membership here, the kids have a blast.Urban Air missed 5 stars because of their check in procedures. Without fail, it takes 10-15 minutes to get through the line and get out wrist bands. A very simple fix would make this place an outstanding experience every time!

Absolute blast!! There is literally something to do for everyone. The staff is attentive and courteous. The facility is very clean and they have sanitizing stations at every corner. It’s a great place to keep the kids active while having fun. I definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.

It was really clean which was nice. I just wish the staff had been friendlier. I was there for my nieces birthday party and it really seemed like nobody who was working out on the floor wanted to be there. It was kind of frustrating because I have been to trampoline parks where the staff is a really good part of the experience and unfortunately thats not what I experienced here.

Went to the little kid-only Jumperoo time and it was fun and nice knowing my toddler wouldnt get bowled over by a big kid! Lots of fun and she had a blast!

Had such a great experience at this place! Highly recommend! My family traveled 2 hours just to go to this one in Fort Worth Texas and we don’t regret it not one bit!

My kids loved it... the inside setup is great for me.. as I’m able to see my kids run by me to the other end. Staff and cleanliness was great too!!!

Today my son and I visited this location and had the best time. The manager, Nick, was great as was the associate Damien! From check in to interaction with the guests, both were attentive and full of joy! Although the overall staff were few, they all worked really hard to ensure each attraction was available to experience and ensured cleaning was performed throughout our 2 hour stay as well. Appreciate your efforts and my son enjoyed his outing so Mission Accomplished!

I’ve been to this location numerous times and each time I come the staff is always incredibly friendly and the location is always clean. Sharon does a great job greeting everyone and I’m confident in her ability to handle any concern I may have. Myself and my three kids love coming here. Always a great value.

Great place for kids to run around and be kids. However, I didnt see anyone sanitize anything for the duration of time we were there. The employees seem to be mostly teens and were bunched together horse playing and dancing majority of the time. The children werent being watched or directed by the staff that were supposed to at each station. Weve been to this facility a few times and its been the same each time.

Went for a party!!! First time ever at the establishment enjoyed it but seemed to have a problem with enforcing the mask for the adults and I was there for three hours and not once did I see anyone sanitizing or employees regulating play zones. Unfortunately I two days later obtained a dry cough and headache and now I’m waiting for my covid results to come back. I should of stayed home but I wish they would of had a better system other then limiting visitors. Cleaning surfaces would of been nice... door handles... and most of all had the manager walking around letting all customers know to keep a mask on unless eating. I enjoyed it but it seems impossible to keep up sanitary standards.

Its awesome. I was a scaredy cat for the zip line but the employees were nice a let me go. Maybe next Ill try the zip line! Its looks fun.

Awesome indoor amusement park! There are many activities for kids and adults. Manager Sharon was very helpful. A great way to spend a summer day. By the way, Google Maps says it’s temporarily closed - it’s not. It’s definitely open.

Best Urban Air I have been to, highly recommend! So much to do and always creates amazing memories. The staff is fantastic and the general manager really gets to know all her guests. I always have an amazing time coming here! :)

Your staff need to take mask wearing and temperature check very seriously. Today, December 4, 2020 at 5:53pm a family of five entered the facility with no masks on and refused to do the temperature check and they were allowed to get in. Do not put people’s life at risk, especially the kids.

My family and I came for the first time and loved every second of it. Awesome staff and customer service. They are cleaning 24/7, making sure the parks always clean. We will most definitely be coming back in the near future!

We went here for a birthday party right before COVID-19 pandemic began and the facility was brand new. Spacious, clean and had lots of activities: trampolines, bumper cars, rock climbing, sky rider, ropes, warrior obstacle course, tubes for smaller children. Only complaint was the staff was so new to their roles so the kitchen wasnt communicating well with the birthday party staff and we had to wait 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas and water...

Urban Air SW is the best park I have been to. Great staff, very attentive and always cleaning. Highly recommend for a family friendly atmosphere! My family and I love coming here!

My family has a great experience every time we go! The facility is very clean, and we appreciate the extra safety protocols in place due to COVID-19. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

While I think the value is amazing and they are doing a great job keeping the area clean during covid, it is quite frustrating that every employee does something different each time you visit.For example:. I have the highest membership they offer, which includes a free snack and member pricing on food. Ive had two separate times not been given the snack pass, saying they no longer offer that. The snack that you are allowed to get changes day to day, some days its popcorn, others its chips and others its popcorn chips or fries.Its hard when you have small children who come one time and get fries then the next arent allowed to have that snack cause it changes.Also Everytime Ive visited I get different bands, today I have platinum, yesterday I had ultimate and member, the day before just member. So I dont know if that has something to do with the confusion as well.

This place is great for kids!!! We have 2 littles ones, 7 and 1, and both had a great time! We were there another little ones birthday and the staff were great at assisting us, as we had never been there before. They let me take my 1 year old through all the different activities and helped in making sure she stayed safe. There are staff members all throughout to make sure all the kids are being safe and its just a great adventure for all kids!!! Definitely recommend this place for a source to just let the kids run free for a little while and burn some energy!

We had a birthday party this past weekend for my 9 year old daughter. She loved it. Her friends loved it. There are a lot of fun things for them to do. However, it can get a bit pricey so be prepared, especially if its a good sized party. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

This place is only a couple years old. It is very dirty inside and the employees were non existent.

We love Urban Air! This park is shiny and new and I know with great management and staff it will stay that way. Great leadership, friendly staff and so many fun things to do! Every time I’m in there staff is cleaning if they aren’t having fun with the kiddos and making sure they are safe. Tons to do for all ages! Be careful if you go, your kiddo(s) will definitely want to return again and again!

Recently opened. So everything is nice, new and shiny. Well see how it holds up. The staff is very young and inexperienced. But that should not be a big deal, since its a kids playground. The bar is not set high for a job like this. Just watch your kiddos and youll be fine. All in all, if the kids are having fun and everythings in good working order, relax and enjoy one of the massage chairs. Theres a food court as well. But I did not check it out.

We celebrated our daughters 10th birthday in a private room, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a great experience!! The pizza is amazing. I was expecting cheap food but was very surprised at how good it was. There’s so much for the kids to do, their favorite was the spinning bumper cars. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Urban Air for making this birthday party a breeze!

Not enforcing face masks like all businesses in Tarrant County are supposed. Employees are only wearing “open” face shields! None are wearing any kind of coverings for mouth and nose! Ineffective and not ok! Many patrons with no mask of any kind. You can’t ask them if they have a medical condition that prevents them from wearing one, but you can still prevent entry to your business. If they “can’t” wear one, they would be smart enough not to enter into a place with exuberant and sweaty kids running around in the first place! We may NEVER get the spread controlled if people continue to make poor choices!

Ok so im super late posting this but I want to give praise to Kristin* & Saraya* upon arrival to set up an event Saraya was so helpful as she managed front desk traffic she continued to help bring up our party supplies upstairs all while maintaining a smile! Kristin the party hostess was just as amazing. She was friendly SUPER helpful setting up and even was beyond patient while we broke everything down. I set up alot of events and i must say these two ladies by far were the absolute BEST!!

Urban Air is a great place to take the kids. However, the staff is very young and under educated on proper customer service & safety standards. They make you sign a waiver, because some of the rides are very dangerous for adolescents if safety equipment isnt functioning or used properly. Long story short: pay attention to you kids and dont rely on other people to do it for you! lol

I bring my little sister after school some days and she loves it so much! I think her favorite are is the ball pit she always wants to race me! Employees have fun with the kids while watching out for their safety. We love it here and think you will too!

Great variety of fun for kids. Food is better than expected, and staff was helpful at the birthday party we attended. But, as crowds increase, it gets more chaotic. Young staff managing the attractions wasnt proactive, so you may need to keep an eye on your kids.

I visited this facility on a Saturday. The different play areas was great. It was a bit too cold inside and popcorn was all over the floor. More seating area would be nice and more storage for shoes would be great.

Took my little cousins out for the first time in a long while. They enjoyed themselves very well and that definitely meant a lot to me. Cindy was very welcoming. Will be coming back definitely!

This place opened in December 2019 and this was my 1st visit on February 2020. First impressions upon arriving...there was no parking! There was two rows of parking in the front and some on the sides. Some customers were parked on the dirt in the front and on the driveways leading into the building. As I walked inside, the playground area was immediately in front of me, a security issue in my opinion. Unlike Flight Deck or Altitude in Fort Worth where the playground area is toward the back. Next issue there was very limited seating for parents or adults. Seating and tables are available off to the sides away from the main play areas. There is some bar stool seating in front of the play area of about 8 barstools. Small metal barstools. All play areas are in one central location and this makes it almost impossible to keep your eye on your child. As for the different play stations your child may have to wait a long while. My child waited 40 minutes for the zip line ride. And it seemed I had to go find an employee to open up some activity stations. Perhaps this park is understaffed. In the ball pit if your child is not at least 4ft tall they will have trouble getting themselves out. The pit is very deep. As for the food it is good and expensive. Two small slices of pepperoni pizza and a medium Coke cost $10. Bring plenty of money if you have a few kids. Considering the cost of the admission tickets $20 and $30, Urban Air should lower the cost of their food. On a better note the activities are fun. Prepare to spend 3 to 4 hours for your child to experience everything on a weekend. My suggestion is to visit on a weekday early morning or early afternoon.

The place is great. My son and I love it. The staff...ugh. We come here a lot and I dread having to deal with them. Yes, they are young, but they are so rude and act like they would on the streets. I can barely understand them. When they take my order every single one just mumbles and looks at me like “wtf you want?” It’s sad that the “boss” lets this go on...like it’s okay when it’s not. Only one girl, one girl that’s works here interacts with the kids. Seriously. The kitchen staff is ridiculously childish. Seriously need to replace the entire staff.

They have many types of activities for the kids. A one time use is pretty high cost, but the membership is much cheaper. We did the membership for 3 kids and I feel its well worth the price.

Very crowded but it is the new opening. This place has adventure for all ages and could be a great place for kids to be kids. Dont worry dads they have TVs so you dont miss that big sporting event and they applied for their alcohol license which might turn this place upside down but for the time this place is great.

Due to covid 19 epidemic I can no longer afford membership I have 2 memberships I tried to cancel but there still charging my debt card, I canceled my debt card urban air charged my new debt card I have no idea how they got my new card information Im now disputed with my bank and also contacted BBB.

It was cool and fun the Bumper Carts are fun and the people there are nice the food is good and me and my family had a good time we did everything and there was a worker that really helped us she was kind.I like all the fun things people can do to have fun.

Great staff, great adventure for our 9 year old, 13 year old and 25 year old kids. Its a wonderful way to spend the day.

I was very excited this opened so close to home. I signed up my kids for memberships.Pros-Close to home, and many different activities, managers are friendly.Cons- (reason I am giving it 3 stars)I totally understand its new and a new business has new employees. Unfortunately, as a customer we shouldnt have to deal with this level of service.The staff is mainly very young (maybe high school teens mostly). Ive witnessed employees hugging and kissing boyfriends during work. (only within a couple weeks of opening). Groups of employees standing around talking and laughing. With it being so crowded Id think the staff would be working extra hard. Instead it was pretty much chaos and since my child is only 3, we ended up leaving after 20 mins. This is actually the usual but it just bothered me it was so crowded that I was concerned with my kids safety.So had a manager explain to me what exactly my kids can play and not play on so thought it was worth me upgrading so I did. Within a few hours I have one of the teen employees telling me my 3 yr old is too small for something. I read all the signs and there isnt a height restriction. Got tired of arguing so ended up doing something else.One incident - My son is playing on where you jump on a trampoline to an air bag. My son jumps into the airbag (3yr old). Next thing I know about 4 full grown teen come running doing flips off of it, barely missing my boy! Theres a staff member standing right there who shouldve stopped them but shes busy laughing because these kids must be her friends.Quite honestly, I think it would be better to hire one responsible adult and not have 3 teen employees. Im sure this would be way better in results.Cleanliness-- Wow this is a big one. Ive found the play area w/ slides to be ultra dirty at times. Sticky, vomit, even blood (probably from a nosebleed). I can tell it was there a while because it was dry.This place has so much potential. I was planning on going there on a regular basis which is why I paid for memberships. At this point Im nearly ready to cancel it and just go back to the other trampoline parks. I was told in the beginning that the park would open up around 10-11 am on the weekdays... Well that was a main reason for the membership so my 3 yr old could have a great activity in the day time. Turns out.. NopeWeekends its just total chaos. Too many people, nowhere to park.Basically, this has turned into a huge disappointment.

Really fun place for people of all ages and a great for birthday parties! Managers are always around to help if needed and staff is constantly interacting with guests.

Everything is great except the “cafe” people that are suppose to be working are just playing and not doing what they’re supposed to, it took them 30 min. for a mini dog and fries, and the fries were burn and cold.

It’s a great place for kids and families to have fun and make good memories.
