The theater and seats are nice and staff was okay. However it’s 3 movies showing right now and our movie was the last showing movie for the night starting at 8. We order chips and queso plus our meal. After twenty minutes we asked about queso. 30 minutes later it came and she said the “kitchen was behind.” Now how is the kitchen behind with only 4 people in the theater. Our food came 40 minutes later. I asked the manager who brung it why did it take so long. She said there was a misprint in the kitchen. I’m not sure what happened but I do know that with this theater only been open two weeks and no one really coming it’s ridiculous to wait 40 minutes for food. I can only imagine what it will be like when it’s booked and sold out. Not sure if I’ll be back or recommend. Would rather stick with AMC.

A great experience. The theatre was clean, the service was fast and our order was correct. Everyone we dealt with was kind, gave great customer service and made us feel like we were welcomed.

All of the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. There werent very many people there so I loved that. The place was very cold (which was my only real complaint). It took longer than it should have for my drink to arrive but it wasnt the end of the world. It was very clean which is to be expected since its new. Ill definitely be returning soon and recommend giving them a try.

I walked in to inquire about the films that were playing. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful when I walked in. The movie theater was spotless. The manager walked me through the computer to join as a member. He then took me to the bar, introduced me to the bartender. They explained the drinks, food, etc. I give this a five star just for the friendliness. Im going back to see Tenet.

Ryian at the bar is the greatest. A true Sweetheart. She has a warm personality and always has a smile, even with the mask. Overall I enjoyed myself when I last visited. Me and my wife will return soon.

The staff was nice, the theatre was clean, and the food was good. I had a good time. I would totally recommend people to go here if you want to have a fun night out and see a great movie.

By far the best service I’ve had at a Studio Movie Grill even before COVID-19.

Movie theater is very clean and smells good, but the service sucks. I asked the wait staff for water 4 times before I got it.Staff showed up 3 times to ask if I needed anything and I asked for water each time, the staff member said I’ll be right back 3 times (3 different members of the staff) and never showed. On the fourth try I finally got a little water, I almost died because of the dry burger bun and lack of water.

Studio Movie Grill opened around August 27. Me and my husband went to see Unhinged tonight (9-26-20). It was only 3 of us in the theater. The theater itself is nice and what you would expect of a Studio Movie Grill (swanky lounge and awesome reclining seats). They have 12 screens. I can sit in the lounge area just for drinks and would be totally ok. For now, due to COVID, the menu is contactless and you can order and pay for your food on the app. The serving staff are teenagers/young adults. Our particular server hasn’t learned how to stick around to finish taking orders and kind of ghosted us when it was time to pay for our drinks. The staff ended up giving us free movie passes due to the disappearance of the server. My only recommendation at this time would be for them to retrain the servers while they’re still in a slow phase. I would go back but once the word really gets out about them being open it may be complete chaos particularly if the servers don’t get it together and since they are smaller than the ones in the rest of the metroplex.

All the staff was very friendly, theatre was very clean and has a really cozy ambiance!

The food was okay. The recliners are better than Movie Tavern.

Just left about 15 min ago, pulled on all the doors, locked, No sign about hours of operation.

Its gone be awesum when the states open up again grand opening soon

It smelled really bad for a brand new building that had only been open two weeks
