That was funny xp for me watching alone New Mutants alone at whole entire cinematheater. I guess because of this covid staff these guys are facing hard times. Come and support them, guys. They worked only for me. Comfortable seats, great acoustics, cheap price (5$ only). It was my pleasure.

I come here on my lunch break nearly every workday. I come to walk. This used to be a bustling, busy mall. It is nearly empty. I hope stores and shoppers will come back. There was talk about turning this into a place with living, dining and shopping. Nothing so far. It is a safe place to be out of the heat or cold and get some walking in.

Pros: Seats are spacious and comfortable. They have adult beverages and lots of snack options. Cons: Cash not accepted, no refills, and service was slow.

Giving 4 stars. This place is a good place to see movies. They have select seating. The food is great and people are nice and friendly. Price is ok too. The only down side to this location is the parking lot isnt well lit, and walk path also. The lines take to long to get refills. , They should have a line for refills only. I waited 20 mins during my movie to stand in line to get a refill and missed part of my movie. But I would still go back. Down load App to get tickets in advance. . I posted pictures on this site.

Social distancing procedures well in place. Not many people attending yet. The popcorn did taste a bit stale this time. This is not the usual. No refills of any sort allowed post covid. So excited to get to return as this is a favorite past time of ours.

A great place to go and watch movies. They have the electric recliners and they are pretty comfortable. The concessions are pretty pricey but they are at every movie theater. Great screens and really nice sound. My two oldest sons have worked here and they really enjoy it.

First time visit to watch Predator. Great, big reclining seats. Sat in the very back and enjoyed a nice movie with plenty of snacks (small popcorn, large drink, M&Ms, and nachos for $21).

Glad they are open, but how is getting my own come refills any less covid dangerous than sharing restroom stalls, or using the same sales counter, etc?

This movie theater is clean and has friendly staff. I have never encountered it understaffed. The seats are all powered recliners. Plenty of space in front of the seats too. Wish it had dinner service that would make it 5 stars...

I took my daughter opening night of Frozen 2 on Thursday, and we went to grab a drink & some popcorn. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while none of the workers offered to help. Then a lady named Iris came out and was very nice and helped me. She had great customer service. If it wasn’t for her I would have rated 1 star.

We love going to the Rave Ridgmar 13! This time it was to see 1917, which is a war movie. The audio in the Rave theater is always great. We had good reserved seats that were clean and all worked. We will return soon.

Awesome theater. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. We went and saw Onward in 3d at 12:40 pm ... Reclined the seats, ate our popcorn. Very fun movie.

My favorite theater so far seating is awesome food could be better (more options) if you have time I suggest eat before or stop by the food court. I like popcorn and pizza but some days Id like something different with as often as I go without having to make stops before I arrive. Maybe Im spoiled

Jigsaw! Im pretty sure thats the last movie I saw there. Its been awhile since Ive been but Im always comfortable in there. The seats are really big and cozy. You sort of have a little bit of leg room and they have cup holders and its so easy for my cup and snacks and me doll be comfortable.

The food was fresh and the people were very friendly as always. I will be back to visit.

I go hear all the time. The sessions are fast the people are great always greeting you with a smile. Always in need, they will be there for you.. never have I had any complaints., Good times always.

Just got my nephew a Sonic The Hedgehog plushie at the movies right after the movie finished. And it was tons of fun.Also doing the little claw machine was a bit tough but I got it on the first try.But hey, I even took a selfie with my nephew as well. So cool to do that.So awesome the movie theater is with its comfy adjustable seats and popcorn with an ice cold coke. Shout out to my friends and family who see this. Peace

Went for Matinee before 4 on the weekend tickets for me my husband and two daughters it was 21.74 not bad price regular pricing is expensive 12 for adults 6 for kids under 11. We got large popcorn with large drink they come with refills and we got two small icys for 22.84 not bad we share it. The seats are reclining. And overall service is friendly!

Theater is very comfortable and seats recline. Love that I can reserve my seats and arrive at movie time. The mall is going through changes and is mostly vacant so just a destination for a movie not a an evening or day.

Ive never been to a movie theater that had reclining seats, so that was a nice change of pace. I really liked the fact that I could recline on the soft leather seat, sip on my cherry slurpee, and snack on popcorn while watching the movie.The theater being spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean was a bonus. Obviously, the staff is very vigilant, and works hard to keep the place absolutely spotless. I didnt see a single stray popcorn kernel on any of the carpets anywhere in the entire movie theater.I was very excited when we got to the movie theater, because I had been eager to watch Wonder Woman since I saw the trailer on tv. For that reason, I chose this particular cinema (it was the only one in the area showing the movie.)Even though I went into the movie knowing that it had received incredible reviews. I was still blown away by how amazing it was all portrayed on screen. It was easily the best movie Ive ever seen, and it was so captivating that I barely dared to take my eyes off the screen.

Night crew did not clean theatre, there was vomit left on wall and seat when I went to Madea Family Funeral Saturday March 2, 2019. The idea of someones bodily waste left like that.

We have been going for years and love the place! They just added self-serve fountain drinks, which is fantastic! I love the reclining seats. We became Cinemark members and it saves us a TON on drinks and snacks, and we get discounted tickets. Great experience!

The tickets are reasonably priced which is a plus for us small town folks. Very clean and comfortable seating areas. Over priced concessions as usual, although I dont think your drink should cost more than your movie ticket. The day time weekday staff is less than thrilled to be working and seemingly less thrilled to actually have to work.

There is barely anything here it used to be a wonderful popping place but now the only thing that you want to go there for is the Rave movie theater thats connected to the mall. I heard there was a walk-through Aquarium which you could touch certain fishes and there also is a laser tag place open there. But the mall and the store itself there is very little left there. So if you go to shop youre not going to find anything.

Best place to watch a movie. Seats are comfortable and its not too hot not too cold inside the theater. Good deals

I like to go to this theater for 1 it’s about 10-15mins away from home, 2 there’s hardly any people that go to this theater, & 3 they have reclining seats. I usually go in the daytime so it’s unproblematic that I’d really be around a lot of people. The customer service is good and their restrooms are clean. This is our preferred place to see new movies. Clean theater & comfy seats. Rave offers pretty good deals on concessions (considering the movie theater upcharge) but there are never enough cashiers open. It takes way too long to get a refill. Having a dedicated lane for people sneaking out of the movie for a refill would be the biggest help!

The staff looks and acts miserable and the popcorn tastes terrible. I would rather pay a little more and have decent service and food vs terrible service and stale popcorn

Rave Ridgmar is our favorite movie theater!! I love the convenience of buying my tickets online, picking my assigned seat and just scanning my phone at the kiosk! Food and drinks are overpriced but that’s gonna be anywhere you go. This theater is always clean, employees are nice, we love it!!!

Great place but recently the past 4 times I’ve been there I always happen to get one of the broken lounge seats. Maybe it’s a coincidence but that I happen to get broken seats assigned to me but if they could just fix them more people can enjoy the movie instead of fighting with their seat. Other than this I love this theater so it’s why even with the broken seats I won’t go anywhere else.

I dont know if management has become lax or if they just dont care anymore but the theater was dirty, the seats are peeling, it took forever to get our concession order and the pop corn was stale. I almost always choose this theater when I go the movies because it was clean with fresh pop corn popping as you walk in the door. Not this time. Very disappointed

Never fails. Some huge family with their 13 kids decide to talk and unwrap every plastic item the concession stand sells. Go to the dollar movies and let the rest of us enjoy our movie.

Their chairs are amazing!!! Fully reclines, convenient walkway between the stadiun set up. And their employees have such great manners and customer service. And I should mention they participate in student and senior discount, along with $5.00 Tuesday.

Its a little too comfortable & I love every bit of it... even when my wife is like, Youre snoring. Those chairs are the stuff dreams are made of.

So, we all know Ridgmar mall is a little dilapidated...but this movie theater is good. If you’re trying to impress someone, take them to the AMC at Clearfork. I definitely love how the seats are spaced out and recline. I will say this last time I went I noticed how worn down the seats were, and there were tons of fingerprint marks, etc. all over the plastic pane that separates rows. It made me a little nervous about the cleanliness. This was specifically the XD theater, number 4 I think. It doesn’t get very crowded often, so that’s a plus. I have had their Movie Club membership for around a year now, and the ~$9/month is worth it if you’re like me and go to the movies often. For action movies, I’d definitely go with the XD.

I went there with my brother and had a great time. Liked the theater and I especially liked the big, comfy, reclining chairs. The was buttery & it was plentiful even though I ordered a small.

The staff was terrible. They took more than 15 minutes to serve one person. We overall was 30 minutes late to the movie. Even though we got there 20 minutes earlier. But the seats were very comfortable. That is my 1 star. Be smart, dont come here. Dont spend like 50$ on this terrible place. You will regret the day you ever spent a dime here!

Movie theater is always a good one to visit. Big seats, good food and just an over all experience.

Went to see peppermint tonight with Jennifer Garner. Asked for extra on my large popcorn. The lady at concessions gave me extra and scooped some then put butter and more and so on. Love it!Power went out right as it was getting good. They got it back on within probably 10-15 minutes. Manager stated that if anybody had to leave then theyd refund the tickets. Very impressive! Thank you to the staff for keeping their cool when the power went out. Really appreciated!

While generally a nice theater with comfortable seats and good sound, I do not appreciate half an hour of ads and previews before the actual movie starts. If you say the movie starts at 8:50, 9:20 is a bit late to roll the actual movie.

Went to the movies with my family to watch IT chapter 2 out of the 5 seats we got 2 of them the recliner didn’t work. I’m very disappointed which the fact that we are paying to sit in broken seats..We were in theater 3 seats G16-G20 the 2 that didn’t work were G19&G20. Hopefully y’all are able to fix the error because it’s unacceptable paying full price for seats that don’t work properly!

The facility is always clean, including the bathrooms. I have never walked into the theater and found popcorn on the ground. Nice, respectable staff. I love coming here! The seats are nice and big as well! Always an enjoyable movie experience.

We have been at this theatre many times and never had any complaints until today. We reserved tickets for the Spiderman movie in advance and even paid a little bit extra for the XD experience. We thought we had pretty good seats right in the middle (F11 and F12) in auditorium #4. We get there and the movie starts and to our surprise, the reclining seats are not working. We had to miss part of the movie to get some assistance and were told someone would be over to help. Well no one ever came and it got so uncomfortable that we left. As we were leaving we mentioned the issue again to who seemed to be a manager or shift leader and he didnt seem to care or offer to help. Very unprofessional. Definitely not worth the $30.

This theater use to be great. Not so much anymore. I dont know if there has been a management change but they are doing a terrible job at training staff in service and customer service. The last 2 visits have been bad. Much of the staff were busy with personal conversations to pay attention to customers. Ordered popcorn and drinks but also wanted an ice water because my wife wasnt feeling well. They were going to give us what looked like a double shot cup worth of water and I asked for something a little larger and for the smallest cup they had they wanted to charge me $4.50...... For tap water? Smh. I also asked for a small paper bowl to give my 9 year old something to hold some popcorn from the large container we bought and was given a hotdog container. Its just a few minutes to the next theater, well be doing that now.

Seats were quite comfortable. Assigned seating is odd. Concessions are what youd expect. Its nice that they have beer options. For gluten free alcohol, I saw that they had Angry Orchard. Didnt notice anything else. Unless you like wine.

This theater still has great matinee prices. The seats in this theater are the most comfortable I have ever sat in.

We drive 30 min to go to this theatre vs the ones 5 min away that are newer. The seats are so comfy and they recline. Plenty of space between you and the next person.

Cheaper than the AMC, but you pay for what you get. 3 of 5 seats were broken and would not recline. Food crumbs were scattered about and in the seats. Pleather was wearing off the head rests. Seems as if little is spent on upkeep.

Great price for early birds, comfortable reclining seats and one of the best cinemas for quiet, respectful patrons. A large selection of food including hot options. A lot of parking available close to the cinema.

The Rave at Ridgmar mall is a decent movie theater. It has comfy reclining seats and assigned seating which is nice for when youre buying your ticket online. If you get your tickets at the door, well good luck finding a good seat. The ticket prices are decent, the matinees are only $6! And Tuesdays its $5 tickets! But the concessions are ridiculous though. 2 large drinks and a popcorn costs more than 2 tickets, and for that reason Im giving it 4 stars. That and the fact that the mens restrooms always smell like dry urine. Otherwise the movie screens are big, their sound system booms, the atmosphere is family friendly, and their movie selection is always great.The service is standard, not amazing but not subpar. Its what youd expect from any movie theater, however that doesnt take away from the experience and I say that as a repeat customer for the last 9 months Ive been in the Fort Worth area.

This is the best movie theater in fort worth. You can overpay to eat in the theater or you can sit in this theater comfortably. Obviously it is overpriced but it is less overpriced than all the other overpriced movie theatres in fort worth.

This is an excellent theater. The seats are very comfortable, oversized and they also recline. They have theater seating. The sound system is great.The theater is always clean, even the bathrooms are clean. They have good popcorn and nachos. The staff is always very polite. I always come to this theater because it is my favorite theater in the Metroplex.

I really enjoy going to movies at this theater. The mall sadly appears to be slowly dying but, the theater seems to be plugging along. Large comfortable reclining chairs and reasonably clean theater. (As clean or cleaner than others in the area. ) include the Cinemark movie rewards and it turns into bargin. Give them a shot. You will be good you did.

This theater is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. My wife left me 3 years ago and cinema is the only thing that has kept my mind off the terrible memory of her walking out the door. When I open the doors to the Rave at Ridgmar, the relief I feel can not be compared. Nothing can describe this theater better than the word “home”. I feel that all the employees are angels sent from heaven by God himself! The concessions are second to none, the first bite of popcorn is like a cool gust of wind on a warm spring day, while the drinks are more refreshing than cold air conditioning on a hot summer day. Overall I will never stop coming to this establishment. I love you Rave.

I spent $120 on food and admission and missed 40 mins of the movie over food not being made on time now inmissed half the movie

Very clean staff are super welcoming i just wish the nachos were less expensive and better quality the give you very little cheese i seen that same bag they sell there on grocery stores even cheaper other than that great place

This theater has consistently been a good place to see movies. They have nice screens, oversize reclining chairs, lots of room and considering its a movie theater it is always decently clean. They utilize seat reservations when you purchase online or when you use the box office or self service ticket kiosks. So its nice to not have to rush to the theater early and stand in line to get a good seat. The employees here are always nice. Concessions of course are very expensive but this is the norm for movie theaters. I do like that the theater offers cheaper tickets for the early showings most times. For those who dont mind getting up early, its cheaper and usually much less crowded. Thats a huge selling point for me, having a family of 5. So over all I really enjoy this theater and would recommend it to anyone who lives in the area.

Took too long to get anything from concessions, the seats were disgusting and management didnt show much concern. However, the online ticket purchasing was so easy.

One of the last bastions of the classic movie theater that wont break the bank for a movie. Tuesday $5 movies all day.

I like the matinee prices, and the large, automatic recliner seats. They usually have a nice large selection of current movies to see. Food and drinks are overpriced, like any other movie theater. Very conveniently located in major mall, right off I-30 freeway. Across the road from major military base, easy entertainment location for servicemembers. Several different kinds of price discounts, including seniors, kids, students, and military. Matinee price for this Cinemark theater is half the price of an AMC theater located about 4 miles away. Theaters are clean and modern. Good restrooms, clean, always have what they need. Wide choice of munchies and drinks, but prices too high for me. No seat-service for food, not like Movie Tavern. But excellent for the price.
