Just watched Unhinged with my wife at Eastchase AMC. They are providing a safe atmosphere to watch a movie. We very much enjoyed our movie experience! Thank You AMC! Popcorn and Coke was good too!

This theater use to be the go to spot mostly because of its cleanliness. Now it’s starting to look like the dollar movies (gross)!!!! Recliner chairs are broken and food in cup holders. I’m starting to wonder how often the chairs are sanitized.

They have made significant improvements to their facility, over the years.A much better experience than it used to be.Definitely a solid place to catch a movie.I never go to the theaters, anymore, though.Its a waste of money, and there are a thousand things to watch on your home theater system.

This AMC is my favorite movie theater!!! I have been going to this location since I was a young-kid, but it has gotten even better overtime. It is always clean in the seats AND the bathrooms.The best thing about this location is the fact that they have reclining chairs. You can laydown and watch a movie - what is better than that? I really like the fact they separate each chairs by twos so you and your significant other can pull up the arm chair in between to hold-hands/ snuggle (PG ONLY PEEPS - lets not be gross at the movies people). You also dont have to be RIGHT next to a stranger and fight over the other arm rest. The space is appreciated!I am a big fan of going to the movies there before noon on Sundays. The ticket prices are around $5.62 (before taxes and fees) for all their matinees. That is a steal for me!One more plus is that you can reserve your seats online beforehand. No more arriving 30 minutes before a movie to get the spot you want! This theater ROCKS!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Enjoyed our visit back after re-opening

We went for a matinee and were the only two in the theatre. Not sure how they’re making money worth being open but it was real clean in there.

This is the theater we go to the most. Parking and access is a lot easier than the mall. Comfortable recliner chairs. Popcorn is hit or miss. Theres a station where you can add your own butter topping and salt which helps a lot. No Frills Grill recommended for before or after the show. Its in the shopping center around the corner.

We enjoyed the seats. All recliners. Coke mixoligy machines and a bar. Just wish the prices were better. It really is a wonder that people get food from the concession counter.

Comfortable seats although theyre in rather rough shape. Bathroom sink was out of soap on one side, but they have a folding table which is great if you have bags. The staff were nice. Everything a theatre should be.

Its warm, welcoming and inviting. Its clean and comfy. The movie prices are great. Concession prices are ridiculously high. So come with a full belly!

Always have had a pleasant experience coming here. The popcorn has always been popped fresh & I love that you can apply your own butter. Has always been clean and the reclining seats are a must now. Five dollar Tuesdays and a free large popcorn for your birthday if you are a AMC Stubs member.

Great price on Tuesday nights for AMC stubs members. However, the theater was so cold I could hardly focus on the movie. Also, seats clearly had not been cleaned in awhile.

Ac unit not working in theater 5.. seats are torn and beat.. get it together AMC.

At the time it was renovated, it was new and exciting, but it truly has gone downhill. A lot of the chairs are dirty and in need of replacement. I’ve been several times too when one doesn’t work great. They are still comfortable for the most part though, just in need of an upgrade :)

I had a pleasant experience watching the new Mr Rogers film. The recliners in Theater 6 are super plush.

Nice staff, clean bathrooms, and freestyle soda fountain. The theater seats recline and are comfortable; however, many have rips and need to be recovered. Hopefully, AMC well put some money into the theater soon.

Pretty nice! Reclining armchairs are very comfortable, Coke freestyle machine for all your soda options, and a bar if you wan alcohol. Theater seemed clean and the staff was helpful.

I love amc mainly because of the reclining chairs and the bar which is only open in the afternoon. The tickets start off cheap in the morning the get more costly progressively through the day but well worth it.

I’m an AMC A-List member so I enjoy going to different AMCs to see the variety of services. This one was a nice location and had the recliner seats that I’ve become spoiled with. However, our section of seats had rips and tears so they definitely need to be fixed

Watched the new Godzilla movie in a sauna. The A.C. was out! I was made aware of the situation after purchasing the tickets. I was informed that the issue would be resolved during the movie. Youd figure they would offer free drinks or something but even the soda dispenser was down. I could keep rambling but Ill stop there due to the excellent service the staff had.

Recliner seats and a bar? Yes, please! The Stubs rewards program actually rewards you with frequent and valuable rewards. The snack bar isnt full service restaurant like some theaters, but the choices are much better than just popcorn or a hot dog.Having a local police officer on hand is reassuring.

Came here for a date night with my husband. First of all wont be back!! The popcorn was stale and old, got to our seats and of course they were broke. They didnt recline like supposed to. And it was like sitting in a sauna! AC was broke. Sat there for less than 5 minutes and started sweating, not comfortable at all!!! We walked out before trailers were over! Got a refund I think! Dont think the girl knew what she was doing! Ridiculous would not recommend anyone to this theater!!! Had to rate one star to write this review but they dont even deserve that star!!

Pre-purchased my tickets and the check in was a breeze. The line for the snacks was fast and though the cashier seemed a little confused, everything was quick and correct.The chairs were comfy and the theater was clean. Sound quality was great and the movie quality was great as well.Also, they seemed to have the temperature set really well.

I used to love this theatre & is the only place we go. However, our last trip this week changed all that. The arms of the chair next to us were completely missing the coverings & it was straight foam. Our seats were only half attached to the ground and the sides moved. It’s time for new chairs Eastchase! The place was also a mess & needed a good cleaning. Our chairs were wet & sticky .

Why are the movies showing so late in the afternoon? What about the seniors that love this theater during the day

Comfortable reclining seats and I like that you can pick your seats ahead of time. As always, food prices are outrageous.

Its the only theater Ill go to! Popcorn and nachos are good. Its expensive for snacks and drinks but a good experience.

Besides the sticky leather seats, its a good place to watch movies. Great sound and picture. Wish they had a tray to eat on.

Never again seats broken, popcorn stale , and we were starting to sweat when we left. Had a full bar as well but no one old enough to serve u total was of money..... had to put one star so I could post too bad they dont have negative star rating

They upgraded seats a bit ago but the last 3 times the new seats are broken and leather product has been torn away. As much as it cost to go to the movies it should not be this way. I spent 60 yesterday and was cot comfortable at all.

For the price of the tickets these chairs should not be in this condition. Ridiculous!! About 85% of the seats in this theatre were torn & taped up. Smh!

I absolutely enjoy going movies here because the seats are very comfortable to lay back (like your laying down for bed) and the arm rest lifts up so can hug and be close to your loved ones while enjoying the movie. Its nice atmosphere and great sound effects, I Do recommend going movies here.

We liked it and will most likely go again. If you dont have it make sure you get their amc stubs card as it will help you save money as you enjoy some movie thine.

Decent theater. 3pm showing..so kinda dead that day. Always high prices at food stand. If you visit often you need to get the AMC club for free stuff.

Good theater - clean and comfortable. The prices of the snacks is why I only go to the movies 2x a year. $50 for drinks, popcorn, and a couple of snacks? Really!?!? I’m glad movie theaters are dying; they did it to themselves.

My secret movie theater. Never to full. Quick concessions and you get to pick where you want to sit. Love the oversized reclining easy chairs. People are concerned about not being the safest place to go watch a movie, but going for years with never a problem. Staff has always been friendly. Good place to escape for a couple hours.

I will come here for the comfort. It is so nice to watch a brand new movie and feel like you are in your living room. I usually bring a blanket to snuggle under while I relax! Great theater!

Really nice, big comfortable leather seats which recline. Sound was good and screen was sharp. Great experience. I enjoyed.

First of all. One person working at the ticket booth with at least 10-15 people in line. Then we get into the theater. One person working to scan tickets. The line keeps building. THEN to get popcorn. Oh wait, one person working there too. Taking ALL the “A-List” member and not taking ANY of us peasant folk. 30 minutes later, we have our popcorn and tickets, on to the butter, oh wait, that’s broke too!! 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE

Nice movie theater.. bathrooms were pretty dirty before our movie, clean afterwards though.Our popcorn was pretty cold and looked to be the bottom of the batch but we did see a later movie..

Its a good theater with the latest amenities in a smaller neighborhood. Its not a giant megaplex, but it isnt a small, podunk rundown palace either. They show all the latest hits from Tinseltown here.

Chairs are nice and comfortable. Movie was great!

It had great food and comfortable seat recliners and because I was in the very back row I was got the best view and was perfectly centered.Plus there is plenty of room to walk through so you dont have jump over people to go to the restroom or to get more butter on your popcorn and the stairs up and down are illuminated perfectly so even a cluts like me cant possibly fall up or down while going on the stairs.

This AMC location is still in pretty good shape. The protection and sound is great. Some of the seats are a little wonky, worn out and uncomfortable, but most are still in good shape.

Just watched Avengers Endgame in those comfy, spacious recliners! Popcorn in one hand, Icee in the other. Couldnt get better than that!Really though, its a nice theater with electric recliners and plenty of leg room! Only think that would make it better would be a menu! ;)

The movie was great the theatre was clean and attendants were very friendly.

They have good movies. Too bad the patrons are ruining the seats. They are tearing up perfectly good chairs that are practically new. I hate seeing this. We have been going here since they opened.

Seats have huge holes and material is coming out of the seat. Who knows if there are bed bugs in the cloth thats coming out. Was also sweating during the movie. Ac was not on. Or didnt feel like it. This place use to be nice now its just going down. Will have to start looking for another theater.

The place smells like body odor. The recliners are comfortable but need to be upgraded. Looks like they just dont care about the way the seating looks. Movie says starts at 2.. got their 1:50 watched 30 minutes of previews. Movie didnt start until 2:20 ridiculous. Used to be a nice theater but has really gone downhill.

Nice reclining chairs to sit in. Plenty of room between the aisles. Enjoyed my time here. The lobby was a little dirty by the place where you can add butter to your popcorn. There also was a leaking toilet in the womens restroom that left a mess on the floor in that stall. Water flowed out when you flushed. Management needs to have a better eye to details.

This is my go to theater! Its always clean, great customer service and the seats recline! Ticket prices arent expensive like the parks mall. I love coming to this location since it doesnt get crowded, even on opening nights. I used to be in the area of this theatee but I moved. I still make the drive to this theater. Definitely worth it.

This is not a huge theater so it doesnt feel too crowded. Nice employees and clean inside. Wide aisles between rows and wide lounge chairs to make for a very comfortable experience. Great place to watch a movie.

Disappointed lately here. Did not feel safe getting my drink because of water standing all in front of the drink machinesSomeone was mopping with a very wet mop and left it that way and I found this 2 days in a row finally bringing it to the Managers attention. Also the ladies were not clean.

Movie quality was fine, concessions are great with a full bar. However, the seating is dated, chairs are falling apart and aisles are too narrow.

Worst service in the world!!!!! Our movie started at 11:15 pm, upon arriving I went to get concessions. Well, I was told that I could buy a soft drink but they would be closing down the drink stations in 15 mins to cut cost cause ppl would “get too much and that would cost them too much money”. So I did okay that’s fine, I never get refills anyway. Then I asked for a pretzel and cheese and my son wanted a hot dog. I was then told they shut everything down and nothing was available but some very old popcorn and nachos cause they have to make sure employees get out on time to save money from payroll. I didn’t get the lady name but I could not believe she had the nerve to even tell me that! Like why in the world would you have a late movie on a Saturday night and not have any concessions to “save” money! This used to be my favorite theatres. But i WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I spent almost $40 on tickets to enjoy the experience with my kids and it was anything but that! Customer service is EVERYTHING!!

I love that I can choose my seats and times before getting there. The service is pretty fast but can get heck it sometimes. The drinks area could be a little cleaner.

Eastchase is a nice facility. The staff that I encountered were knowledgeable and polite. This location was nice, clean and tidy which I totally appreciated.

Its a decent spot for a watch. Rarely is sold out of tickets and only lines during peak hours when major films are out. They have a bar. There was a nice bartender when I went to see Godzilla and she was working her tail off to serve a pretty big crowd. I have returned several times with my girlfriend and never have issues with my experience. Love the reclining seats! A few minor issues like missing seating stickers lost the fifth star. Also, its sort of just a smaller spot with less bells and whistles compared to some other big AMCs. Overall, good place.

I was really excited to watch the new Avengers Infinity War but this light was on and shining in our face the whole time. They said it was an automatic setting that they could not adjust when we went to ask them to turn it off during the movie. My first time there and not cool, especially for such an exciting movie.

Havent been to the movies in a while and wow it sure has changed. Nice clean friendly theater. You can even order adult beverages.

This is our go to place for movies. Its always clean, the seat are comfortable and we have never had any issues with the staff. Our trips are always pleasant.

Staff was amazing, my sister & I took our 3 children, one of them being 2yrs old. I had to take the 2yr old out because she wasnt ready for that type of atmosphere. We all came in 1 car so I had to sit in the entry area for about 1 1/2 hrs. The staff asked what happened then gave me 2 passes to come back another time once I gave them my ticket stubs. Periodically some of the other staff would walk by to ask if we were still doing okay, this was a great experience & I did not even get to see the movie.

Clean theater with upgrading seating. The only problem I had was with the burned stale popcorn.

Seats are close & most are torn & outdated. Young staff looks overworked & underpaid. Very cold in theater. Food not worth price. Always something missing like no sauerkraut or hot mustard. Whoever orders food supplies severely miscounted. I gave ok rating because I like the matinee price & seats go all the way back. Close to my house.

Came here so see a movie with my little sister. Can say we had fun and the service was great. The drinks are free refills and the seats are adjustable and super comfy. Also the seat are arranged to be for two people. Wouldnt recommends coming with an odd number of people. They we family friendly and very helpful.

Purchased tickets for MIB international. Movie started playing in 3D. Nobody in the theater had 3D glasses so many of us went to the manager, who seemed irritated that we needed the glasses to watch the movie. 10 minutes later the 3D glasses were no longer working but we couldn’t see the movie any better without. The manager said it was our fault for buying tickets from fandango and seemed annoyed when I wanted a movie pass.I’ve been going here for years with no problems but I’m doubtful I will return after the horrible experience today. Thanks AMC!!

Generally speaking its an okay theater. The bar was closed while we were there which was disappointing. And there were crickets in multiple areas. The seats were torn and filthy between the cracks. The snack bar did not have the full menu available even though it was a 6pm showing. There is nothing to do inside while you wait so if you have kids dont get there too early.

Great movie theater but no imax in there in arlington there is an imax but here there isnt but still great atmosphere nice leather chairs and clean indoors

One Friday morning, I took my mom to go see an 11:40 showing of the movie Ma. Overall an awful experience.Lobby Area:Lack of staff, attitude from the black guy who seemed to be running around everywhere and doing everything, Blonde, white girl, ignored us while we were in the A-List line, no salt for popcorn was out, popcorn & soda part & floor were very messy.Theater Area:Lady next to me nearly choked to death 3x, loudly, during the movie, took off her shoes, her phone with off 2x with the back light nearly blinding me as it flashed repeatedly and her dude, next to her, took a phone call during the movie. Lady in the row in front of us was recording on her phone from time to time. This made us move seats to actually enjoy the rest of the movie.

Love the exceptionally comfy chairs. I feel like im reclining in my living room with the largest big screen ever! I was directed to the wrong movie by accident and the manager responded rapidly and without hesitation or question. Excellent service!

Always love going to the AMC not once had a complain about this place

My first time seeing a film in this theater, and pretty disappointing overall. Granted, it was a 10PM showing on a Sunday night, but the staff was really checked out. No one in the ticket booths. The lights were not dimmed very far during the feature and their reflections on the 3D glasses were distracting. I would be immersed in the movie and then move my head slightly and a reflection would pull me straight out. For a sixteen dollar ticket, I expect a little more.

Great place and friendly helpful staff in but theater #2 today it was so hot we were fanning ourselves with any thing we could find.

We enjoyed our movie experience here. We ordered tickets ahead. The process was quick, simple, and easy.

Great seating with lazy chairs with motorized leg rests... Basic food and fare but hamburgers are delicious though come at a harsh cost to your wallet but no surprise there.

I loved this AMC. Super big theater and it was the only theater that wasnt sold out on endgame a week in advance. Great time.
