They have framed a few of my degrees. They do awsome work. They will frame just about anything it it will look stupendous.

I had a diploma and a professional license framed here. Although the framing was nice, I did not have a good customer service experience once I paid for the frames. The staff never called me to let me know that my frames were done even though I was told I would receive a call when the frames were finished. I finally came in 2 months later inquiring and the woman at the front was very rude to me. She stated that theyre simply too busy and they never call unless the frames have been sitting around a really, really long time. To my surprise, the frames were sitting up at the front desk for who knows how long. You would think an employee would have the curtosy to pick up a phone if they notice frames laying around for months. Although I liked the frames, I would chose another local option for framing due to the poor customer service.
