I purchased some items for work with our company card. I came back the next day to return a few things that I ended up not needing. The cashier returned them but only handed me a return receipt instead of the original one I gave her. I went right back to the store to get my receipt once I realized that she didnt give it back to me. I need it for work, since I used the company card, I HAVE to turn it into corporate. I asked the other cashiers if they could re-print it and they said no. I then asked if the other cashier threw it away and they shrugged like, probably. They pretended to look for it, then instructed me to call a 1800 number. I called the 1800 number and they told me its not in the system. It shouldnt be THIS HARD to locate a receipt that SHOULD have been given back to me in the first place!

I had a good experience here. I needed a frame for a concert poster I wanted to display. I was advised of a good deal on frames and the person that helped me was very nice and helpful. I will be back.

The employees are very helpful and efficient. The place was well stocked and clean. I found what I needed with a little help. Would recommend!

I like the other michaels in lake worth. This store doesnt have alot to offer, in crafts such as beads, spacers. Ill drive the extra miles to lake worth next time

Clean, stocked, and organized store. Staff nowhere in sight and wasnt too friendly upon checkout. I purchased 4 flowers with a total that came out to over $120 and the cashier asked if I wanted a bag and receipt. Pardon me, but my thought was, why would I want to walk out of the store without a bag and receipt?

The store is clean, and usually pretty empty. There are not very many sales associates to help you locate items. Cashiers are really nice though.

When I tell you I fell in love with this shop, it’s the truth! I always catch myself coming there and the Target in the square . Staff are friendly and very efficient even if they’re new. I never had any problems there. A wide collection of arts and crafts, Decorations and much more!

Friendly people, nice location, right next to a target, marshalls, ross, and dollar tree which is a bonus for me. So it has awesome stores next to it. Only thing is if youre looking for mechanical pencils, this isnt the place surprisingly. But besides that its great.

I can always find arts and crafts that that I cant find anywhere else. The prices are a little bit High but everything is of such good quality. I am one of those that I do look for a bargain because I just dont have a lot of money. But when I need something of quality or something different that I know I cant find anywhere else I go to Michaels. One of my favorite art and craft stores ever!

Placed an order on pick up, not much just a single item. Waited 2 hours and it still wasnt ready and when i called they told me there were several orders infront of me. Now i work ecommerce so i understand how it is, but to have an order with 1 item set unpicked is stupid as hell. If i were to do that at work id walk by the 1 item 20 times. Learn some common sense and get your business right

Very clean and organized

Ordered some craft supplies online for pick up, Michael’s was supposed to call when they received the order and again when it was ready, they never called me and then blew up my email with a bunch of trash, then said it was picked up when it wasn’t. Terrible service, I’d recommend Hobby Lobby.

Michaels is a good place to shop for art supplies. I particularly like the 40% off coupon you receive for shopping there. Be on the lookout for sales that make items a lot more affordable.

I was there looking for something but got caught up in all the other items they had. A very large and very clean store. Well stocked. Prices were a little more than what I wanted to spend on some items.

They need to step up the dollar section. It used to be awesome but not so much anymore. And some new ideas please but I love them great store.

This is a smaller store than the one in sputh Fort Worth and therefore does not have a lot of the same products.Employees were friendly and helpful.

Not the biggest Michaels, but its well stocked and the employees are friendly and professional.

This Michaels locations is nice because it is more compact, so theres less ground to cover to get to the section you need. I like that the jewelry makers section is right in front and everything is easy to see as opposed to being relegated to a side aisle like in some locations. Fun fact, I broke my arm after tripping on the curb in front of this store.

I am always greeted by friendly staff upon entering store. The staff is helpful and if they dont know they will find someone who does. Going the extra step in customer service does make a difference when I dont know exactly what I need. I have had to return a few items I didnt need after all and their return policy and process is fast and easy.

This store has most of your arts and crafts needs. Its not as big as the store down by Hulan Mall (may have more stock). It is mostly crafts supplies. They have a very small section for fine arts.The people that work here have NO IDEA what they have in the store. If you ask for something, the answer is always, no, we dont have that. Even when they have plenty in the store. I recommend using their app to find things in the store instead of asking anyone that works here. The app tells you which aisle and if its in stock.

Fully stocked craft store. Found everything we needed for the days trip. Very helpful employees that helped find certain items I couldnt myself.

I enjoy buying novel candles and gifts from this place. The yarn selection is not bad, and they offer great starting materials for scrapbooking, wire art, and geek baking.

I love going here. No matter which location I go to, I always find employees who are able to help me find exactly what I am looking for. They have also been helpful in the past regarding coupons. I usually come here for scrapbooking materials and I am never disappointed in what I find. They are great to go to during Christmas time as well.

Very hot in store and when I asked flour help with 2 worked, they just said they didnt know and would not go help or ask for help.

I like the smaller mochaels stores. Seems everythign is easier to find. This location is no exception. Great staff provided great customer service. Will continue to come to this location on that basis alone. Also, pricing is standard but if you buy online and pick up instore you can usually save some money.

I don’t always find what I need at the store but I do on the website. But I always get creative ideas when I visit. I love the classes they have for kids.
