No long lines very helpful and had a good system or was organized and was courteous.

They were a great help to me and my family, helping us vote.

The covid testing was fast and easy.

The registration lady was more interested in messing with her damn phone then helping me I kept having to interrupt her from her phone

The Advisement Center open for walk-ins during registration turned us away at 4:30 when they were closing at 7 because “some people are going home at 5 and we want to get everyone out by 7”. Oh and they wouldn’t take an appointment for this required meeting. Totally unwilling to help. So we drove to southeast campus instead. Would not recommend. Will avoid this campus going forward.

Im currently enrolled and I have not been having a great experience to say the least. Registering was a nightmare. After doing everything that I was told to do I found out my application was not fully processed so I had to apply in person. Then when I tried to register for my classes I got four different versions of what to do by four different people. Its like the staff is not even aware of the process. Finally the head of the department that has my class intervened and got me registered.My instructor was nice enough at the start but less than two weeks in Im already being threatened to be flunked for not catching on fast enough. It feels like Im new to an important job that could fire me any day. Instead of feeling like a student that is being instructed. But Im in this for my family and our financial future so there is no giving up.

If i could give it a zero i would but i had a Terrible experience with one of the teachers here, she is so desperate to feel important that black students who go to her classes struggle, she is black and races of her own race, Dr. Something i care less to remember her name, i was striving in a college introductory class, in a even worst situation with my disabled son, however she didnt care for others. Trinity was way better, they make everything so much more convenient and real! How is it that i attended with no problem, South Campus please remove all your Racist and Uncle Toms so that everyone gets a equal opportunity to learn. I also got denied financial aid because my sons new school wouldnt give me a letter stating that its a good place for him because he is Autistic and was going through a crisis during school causing me to be late by a couple minutes and missed a few unimportant assignments in the college introductory class, its bad enough I cant work but now i cant even go to school all because my son got Autism spectrum disorder and the City College Campus refuse to be understanding of a special circumstance even after i worked hard for everything to pass that class the financial aid office allowed me to feel discrimination, hurt, and depression because they have no help for people raising disabled children.

TCC is a scam. Teachers arent required to post a syllabus/course requirements before the semester begins but you cant get a full refund unless you drop before even knowing what the curriculum is.

Summer classes are really easy and it’s very easy to get an A. Professors are always available to help and they are very well knowledgeable.

I was a 4.0 student until I attended the south campus honestly its a great campus the only problem is their is professors at South campus who think they know it all! And want to do it all, they want to teach and be in the advising and counseling offices too students do not want go to a professor who has failed you! Quit being so ambitious and find your real passion or get out!!!

Took general chemistry 1 and 2 here. Great professors, decent education for a decent price, and most of all the regular study sessions/tutoring helped tremendously through gen chem. Keep it up!

So I would also give it zero if I could. The school really needs to get rid of the blonde lady at the financial aid office she it RUDE and need customer service classes! Please do something about her!

I wasnt allowed to retest for TSI...the person in charge was very rude and wanted to discuss my situation outside in the hallway, very rude to say the least very unprofessional and arrogant nothing warranted or prompt for her to behave towards me in this manner. I feel rather intimidated no student should ever be made to feel this way in the pursuit of a degree. I will not be attending this campus on the future it appears once a person is given keys, desk or some sort of whistle they display dictator traits over individuals they view in a lesser form ....this is very sad very o have never been treated this way before I didnt understand the bully mannerisms....

Top notch education at a fraction of the price. I can’t say enough about how well managed and efficient the entire college is on every campus. Beautiful campus downtown that would make many schools jealous. Thank you to everyone who makes this substantial and affordable!!!

Great college.. Their counseling center is phenomenal. Especially Ms Coleman. They are all very understanding and help a lot

The staff members are really rude and they make fun of new students going over there instead of helping. I wish I could rate or report the staff that assisted me she was really rude and trying to avoid the questions I was asking.

This place is amazing and very well lit at night, I love the library it opens at 7:45am till 10 pm, its spacious and the staff is so friendly, the best part is its open to the public and you can print and make copies here. Pretty cool

The administration ladies (the two I dealt with) were extremely ignorant and rude. They asked personal questions loud enough for everyone around me to hear. Questions that I don’t believe they even have the right to ask. I felt very discriminated against. I had to go back, for a third time, to turn in some paper work and instead I called the trinity campus to finish my registration because I was traumitized by the way I was treated. I spent a whole day trying to register and when I went to trinity the lady was so nice and took care of me within 20 min.

I had a very easy time enrolling for my first time. Pretty much common sense. The professors are awesome. Very good school to start at.

Another bad tcc school. My mom went there and the teacher basically lets the student trash talk each other. No respect for people at all and he didnt even try to stop it. Honestly tcc shouldnt even be a school

Love this campus majority of the professors go above and beyond on helping you to succeed or get closer to your goals

Wonderful college and my favorite campus within TCC! Honoured to graduate from there and hope to be back teaching later on!

I took calculus 1 and physics 1 at this campus — in 2012! I drive by this place from time to time and think about all the experiences, and I’m thankful to have had my engineering start here.

Shaundrika has helped me at the financial aid office shes great with answering all of my questions especially coming back to school

People at front office shouldnt be there, they cant explain and dont give you all the information or forgot.

I really love this campus the atmosphere is brilliant! Love how friendly the staff is. I wished I completed all my studies here!

I did a campus tour and tried to gey everything squared away for school. only three people were really helpful. Its very sad I had to practically neg for help!
