Brittany the manager is probably the best person I have ever rented from the wife and I absolutely love her.

Awesome place to live. Very friendly and peaceful. Mostly quite and not a whole lot of crime.

People were great court doesnt look so great after driving extensively through the community.

Have lived here for 18 years. Now have a great manager( Brittany Hooper). She is a hard working , fair manager. The 5 starts are for her doing a wonderful job of organizing and improving our comunity. I have seen many managers in the past come and go. Brittany has been great !

Office was closed but people were outside. Gave little information in terms of what and when places were available almost as if they didnt really seem to want our business. Had to damn near beg for info. Made me feel uncomfortable really. Ive also called multiple times and either get no answer or get put on hold and then never returned to. Not very professional

Was an amazing experience working with Brittany. She was very up front and honest about everything about our purchase and i would recommend anyone to go apply at stonecrest 2.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. They are all friendly but dont count on them doing anything they say they will. They claim to fix all non cosmetic issues you find in the first 30 days. I have family here they said they probably wont fix everything but they will fix most. That has not been my experience. They have been through I dont even know how many managers in the last 6 months. All of them make promises and all of them lie. No matter how much you bug them. They will loose your list of things that need fixed. Then claim you signed off that the work was done when you didnt and it wasnt. I am not the only one that had this happen. They hire shady people off the streets and fire them a week later. The entire place is a joke. Do not move here unless you like living in a run down trailer that they hid all the problems on and then wont fix them when you report them in time. The people in the community half of them are just as bad. Vandles, theirs, and lots of drugs. If you expect to get any sleep at night you wont most of the people have little to no regard for their neighbors. The place used to be decent but its falling apart at the seems.

Too bad this place is so run down. Wild cats spray and defecate under trailers. Hms. are poorly maintained. Sighn says they love their residents. This is not my experience.Be careful if purchasing here. You must check the conditions of the grounds and hms. They are falling apart. Mold, rot, rats, mice,cat urine and leaks are prevelant in these hms. By far the worst repairs I have ever seen. Area manager for Stonecrest 2, Heather, is poorly suited for her job. Very unprofessional and counterintuitive to your needs. Yet she boasts of her high status and yet has no ability to calm, validate and commit to address yr. issues. Manager on site may not be totaly honest with u. Expect for them to put u off and do nothing. Thats their MO.They are working toward their interests not yours. Wheres the love in that? This was my first hm. Im deeply disappointed with their response to my complaints to the extent I needed to call the State Department of Health due to cat urine smell from under trailer filling my hm. They didnt do one thing to address my concerns. Nothing! I was told cat urine smell is normal and under all trailets by Brittany the on site manager for Stonecrest 2. Guess that makes it okay? LOL! When expressing to Heather the lack of follow up from on site manager she may just as well called me a liar. She chose to side with her subordinate in spite of the truth by dismissing my comments. Avoidance and a commitment to not taking responsibility for their property that u will be charged with maintaining and paying $350 ea mo for. These hms are worthless. U wil be upside down fro day one. Then u will be fleeced with property issues, hm. issues and an insane amount of finance charges. Save yourself the hassel, look elsewhere! It would cost more to scrap this hm than what its worth. Good luck.

As of living out here its a nice community. But the management is always changing and they mess up your rent alot to make it more complicated. I would recommend it if you want a quiet place to live.

0 stars for sure. Yes we walk our trailers before signing anything. Thay dont matter they still dont fix it. Hell i walked my trailor and a week after I signed the papers the floors started getting holes! We have spent nearly $500 on the floors now and still have holes. Our roof started to leak a month in. We got cockroaches when they started cleaning out a close by trailor. We had sewer back up that took them almost a week to get to after my neighbors bathroom flooded with the sewer water. We lost water most recently and the manager ran away when she heard about it because it was her day off! The managers are a revolving door same as there contractors and they just keep getting worse. The manager lives on property for the sole purpose of emergencies. They are there for moments like this one and she refused to do anything. They keep bumping up lot rent and we all expect them to use that extra money to actually put an effort into making it better and all the end up doing is making the office area prettier for the poor people that come in looking for a home. This mobile home park and from what I was told but others in other courts ALL MHA trailor courts are just giant piles of garbage that they con people into waiting hard earned money to live in. Run. And I dont need the owner to comment on this because anything they say is a joke they will lie til there last breath.

Okay. Ive had a review up before, as this is a job of mine, and have taken it down to make nice. This mobile home park is the worst. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They rob you of your money. They add on fees that randomly pop up. They CHARGE you during your 4 month grace period if they have to fix things that were originally wrong with a home. Not to mention, they do NOT care about their clients!My family has lived here since the first week of February 2017, and they ONLY thing they fixed, was our busted water pipe that their staff originally duct taped over. Then they charged us for it! We still havent had our front door replaced that leaks (like a waterfall) every time it storms (plus its molded and rotted out), our hallway floors still need replaced as someone could fall through them, and not to mention our BATHROOM. Our tub is COVERED in black mold, there is mold all over the walls where the old sink vanity used to be, and the floor boards are rotted out under everything! My husband and I had no choice but to fix a portion of the floor he actually fell through, just to I wouldnt get hurt. Thats when we found out that the whole bottom level needed to be replaced as it was rotted (bathtub and toilet are up higher).We, myself and my husband, both lost our jobs due to the home we live in as they refuse to fix anything and blame 2-3+ years worth of mold / rotting floorboards on my Service animal and ESAs. How can one work properly with the public if they are constantly sick, delirious, or throwing up / dizzy all the time? They cant. So I was unable to do my job and lost it.THANK YOU STONE CREST II!!!Dont waste your time here. This place is a major joke. OH! And Ill probably get in trouble for this post, hence why my other reviews had to be taken down. They dont want the public to know the truth!Pictures of just the tub (how can that he caused by a few animals?), and then one of my SD to show you all that Im not lying on that part. This dog tries to keep me healthy. She cant if she gets sick from this place too. And dont worry Stonecrest, we are looking for a new place to go as we are sick and tired of this place.

I like to live here only cause the rent is reasonable. It is also cleaner than alot of mobile home communities.The only big downfall of living here is that the guidelines are never followed. Such as the one dog bite rule.

Worst place Ive ever lived wouldnt recommend it to anyone and once I get out Im gone!
