I dont know about everyone elses experience but mine is good so far maintenance came immediately when needed and office has been friendlies. No complaint here. Fixing up roads. Hopefully more good things to come like maybe updating park as I see Children and parents going to enjoy themselves at Park but not many options for them. With so much room to update park that would be great for them!! Hopefully management/owners take note.

No explanation needed......jeff(park manager)is rude and talks to you like youre stupid. Only good thing were the maintenance guys they always showed up quickly and fixed the problems.

I have lived at Oak Creek Estates 2 separate times. Once for 4 yrs & once for a year. I loved both the homes We rented. The staff is friendly, helpful...the landlord is NOT a rude man unless youre being rude! Hes easy to get along with as long as You respect the rules . Most places have a rule about big dogs...no bulls, German shepherds, dobermans, akitas , etc.....so get a wiener dog, or toy poodle...its a safe place to walk, & neighbors are kind. Call it home & enjoy a safe neighborhood!!!

The landlord, Jeff, is a jerk. No matter how you speak to him, he will talk down to you. They fix nothing, ignoring any requests you have. They do not clean the homes after people move out/before you move in. If you report any neighbors for whatever reason, they do not care. The upkeep that is done on their rentals is just bandaids until it breaks and then they ignore you! I have heard every neighbor say at least once they were contacting a lawyer. I really hope somebody follows through on this in the near future.

So before I left for Florida I took pictures of my place because maintenance was scheduled to come fix things.Now before I tell the full story. Maintenance was supposed to come fix things for about a 2 month period. I had to call about 3 times to finally get them on task to do their job.So I leave for Florida. I come back for a very brief couple of days and leave again for Buffalo for a week.Now that I’m back from Buffalo I’m actually having time to grocery shop and live like a normal person.Guess who’s Great Grandmothers cookie jar is missing from this picture. MINE.So I call in yesterday wondering where my grandmas cookie jar is. I don’t have a lot of items from my grandparents so this had me concerned.NO ONE CALLS ME BACK YESTERDAY OR SO FAR TODAY.So I call and the owner JEFF of LCF Homes and OaK Creek Estate on DuPont answers.I tell him the situation. He calls his “maintenance group”Tells me he is just now hearing about this situation.Informs me that my grandmothers cookie jar was knocked over and broke while they were fixing my fridge. His maintenance crew tries to tell him that it was in a cabinet and it fell when they moved the fridge.Which is funny because you can clearly see in the picture I have that it was on the counter next to the fridge and that any normal worker would pick that up and move it before working on something.You know what he had the audacity to say to me?“If you knew maintenance was coming to do work behind your fridge you should have moved it”No one left me a note. No one left me the pieces to try and fix it. THEY BROKE MY BELONGINGS AND STOLE MY BELONGINGS AND THREW THEM AWAY.Instead I’m left with a picture. And a whole lot of tears today because this cookie jar was so important to me.I don’t care if it’s an item. Every time I looked at that jar I smiled because it reminded me of my grandma.

Unsanitary living conditions. Rude landlord and manager. Only temporarily fixing mice problem putting down poison pellets, refusing to do anything as simple as putting down foam so mice cant get inside anymore. Apparently theres nothing else that they can do. Im ready for my lease to be up and I havent even been here a full month yet.

This place was a slum, the owners put next to nothing into maintenance and repair, and they are way overpruced for their cheap tin cans

It has really went down hill.

Streets all tore up, broken liquor bottles all over streets, furniture in the street. Not worth even looking at a place to live.

Descent and pleasant

They refused to rent to me because I have a dog that LOOKS like a pit bull.

Very quite friendly place to live and raise a family.
