Awful! The people taking over management are Rude Nasty & Extremely Unprofessional! The deformation of character as well as verbal abuse by staff is Atrocious! Will be hiring Lawyer for the violations of privacy trespassing & stalking by staff!

New Management is awesome. Been living here for almost a year and seen more done these couple weeks then ever. New improvements are looking great. Other then people can’t live their own life it’s a nice place. Next to the mall restaurants and grocery store. I love it!!

Great place to live office worker here is great she works with you homes here are nice summer time is great grass is cut we are cross from the mall.store get food Melissa I gave her 4 stars she works with us gets things done

Basic. No frills. High traffic on roads surrounding it. Very close to shopping and gas station. The property is well kept.

This park is on its way to showing improvements. Relieved to not work here and disappointed I believed what they are selling and now Im stuck with it.

Very run down. Roads in park are horrible! I hope the new management fixes things up for the residents!

Neighbors gossip too much... Some go to the office and gossip and tell lies about ppl. Other than that its ok to live here. Ssupposedly they are exchanges all trailers for new ones and replacing the road.. But this new management is iffy...
