We went to warm mineral springs springs and were there for less than 30 minutes when thunderstorms came. For ever time it thunders, swimming is postponed another 30 minutes. I requested a refund and stated no funds. I state I had been there a few years ago and patrons received a rain check. Assistant manager was unfriendly and lacked professionalism. This concession company doesn’t about customers and will go back. Florida residents pay plenty of dollars to be treated like a second class citizen.Sarasota County needs to review this management policiesCarlee Olsen
