We love walking down the jetty early morning or late afternoon. There are a lot of swings, tables, and benches to rest and relax at. The beginning of the jetty has picnic tables and grills, there is even a fish cleaning station! Lots of good fishing. There are restrooms, and quite a few restaurants in a very short walking distance. Great place to grab a bite to eat and go for a walk.

The jetty is my GO TO place when I want to zen out by the ocean. It’s typically busy but there is plenty of room for everyone. The views from the jetty are phenomenal especially at sunrise/sunset. There’s swinging chairs and pavilions along the inlet, restaurants next to the jetty, and fun little link scooters to rent. The soft white sand of the beach is AMAZING reminds me of the gulf coast. Definitely have a visit here if you’re in fort Pierce.

Beautiful park and nice beach. Mosaic park bench are throughout the park. There are public toilets. However, when we were there they werent very clean or well taken care of. Lots of information plaques along the sidewalks.

Great place for everyone. The restaurants are across the street with live music at times. A long walkway to watch for manatees, a swing to just sit back and enjoy the scenery or to fish.

TODAY was breezy and beautiful out. This park was very accommodating lots of places to sit, or swing! You can fish,picnic, take lots of pictures, great beaches, and a long Jerry. Take the time to go here

Great park. But too many dregs of society hang out there. I seen two colored people fishing right next to a No Fishing sign. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately adopted an argumentive attitude threatening me. I wasnt surprised, as this is common with those kind. But other than that, the park is really nice.

Very nice area..One side is the ocean. The other side is the river..have great food in area and best rum runners in the world at jetty bar..Best part is the rum runners come in to go containers

Its peaceful relaxing, the people you meet are friendly. The view is breath taking. I enjoy my walk ever day between the walkway and on the beach over there. Its refreshing

We love to walk this area . Always something to entertain you! Pelicans, people, fishermen, and wind surfing! Always breezy so be prepared . Taco Dive and Hurricane Wings across the street with outside tables. Very nice a sunset too. Watch out for fishing lines as you walk along the rocky edge.

The view of the sunset was phenomenal! Needs a little upkeep and the stench on the beach side was unlike anything Ive ever smelled before. I definitely will not be visiting for beach days. Not sure if it was a flow issue or if its always like that. But what a view!

The Jetty may be one of the prettiest places in our area. Its a place that you can bring family and friends to enjoy a relaxing afternoon and evening. The park has public restrooms and there are a host of small shops and restaurants, eateries nearby!If you are looking for a place to take some great family pictures, then I would recommend heading out to the Jetty late in the day. As the sun goes down, its simply stunning. I havent been after dark so I am not sure what is offered or what ages the nightlife attracts, but for a day-trip with family and friends, the Jetty is a must stop!

Great place to spend a couple of hours. Take in the sun, sit by the water, fish (though Ive never caught or seen anything caught here). Nice place to have a beer or two if youre going to sit a while. Go to Archies for a burger, theyre the best.

One of my favorite water spots in South Florida. Beautiful scenery, sharp eyes can catch the occasional manatee w/pup. Always see people catching fish on the jetty. I can sit there for hours, just watching the pelicans, and other birds fish for food.

Love the walk out on the jetty listening to the waves crash the rocks. Very peaceful.

Please keep eye on the coconut trees. *^ Cool feature about this park is the fosh bike rack with built-in pump. This park has the cleanest public restrooms & water fountains I have ever seen at a Florida coastal park. There is a fun Ft. Pierce pic zone at the very entry to the jetties. Great spot to fish but be careful. It is super easy to get hung up on the rocks when boats pass through. This jetty can be dangerous for small kids. There is a small beach area near the jetties for them to play at though. There are shady seats everywhere and a place to clean any fish caught. Try not to let the pelicans get any leftovers. They are pretty agressive birds. There are warning signs about feeding them. (*The water is often tested due to the Okechobee River issues from a few years back.) Our family loved this spot and met some amazing locals. If you want to have a lazy chill day, this is the perfect place for you! The Jetty Park is usually open from sunrise to sunset but they dont tend to enforce the sunset time for people fishing on the jetty from what we heard. If I had to describe this place in a few words I would say, fun in the sun, family friendly with a Key West feel. Hope you get some time to bask in the goodness of Florida at Jetty Park.

Absolutely love Jetty Park. Fort Pierce has done a wonderful job of making beautiful Community areas for the citizens to enjoy. You will also find a cultural representation of the Fort Pierce Community here as well. Lots of people fishing, lovers watching the boats come in, the sun set and the moon rise. Awesome spot with beautiful ocean access and views!

Beautiful and relaxing place to visit for a day or night of fishing from covered bench and table areas, walk up and down the jetty for exercise and sightseeing.There are restaurant with live music and entertainment within walking distance of jetty.Photographers looking to get great shots of sunrises over the ocean and giant moon shots as well, will love taking different types of photos in this scenic area to add to their portfolio.

Great place and Free, we paid $6 on the other side of the inlet to visit the State Park...wasnt half as good !

Hithere its me Lorenzo the Jetty Park was a good experience for the last 5/days ago it was a great fishing experience for me too.I love the outdoors events in peoples jet/Ski in peoples swimming in peoples Cooking out in hang out on the beach just about everyday.

Beautiful small park and beach at the top of Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce. Has a lovely view of the inlet, and is well appointed with individual sheltered picnic tables, swing seats, and mosaic benches. The sites history as a World War II training facility for amphibious assault is documented with a half-dozen or so markers. Has an adjoining beach as well as the jetty for which it is named. A great place to spend an afternoon on a nice day.

Some of the friendliest and helpful people reside here, beautiful views, so many spots to fish from. Be very careful around the jettys as some rocks may be slippery, also be prepared to be harassed by big birds wanting to steal your catch, they can be very aggressive... best to fish away from them if possible, though they still may come toward you if youre 1 of few people fishing. I caught a variety of species, from spotted pinfish, mangrove snapper, to black seabass. Ive seen people catch many other species, like jack, snook, pompano, whiting, permit, other snapper, the list can go on! Many fish are good eating too, I caught a nice size spotted pinfish Ill be having for dinner tonight.

We love going down to the jetty to walk and get fresh air! My wife loves the salt air and beach vibes!! Trash can be a problem as can rats at night!! Lol, yes rats. A great place to fish, walk, relax, or sightsee!

Really enjoyed our stop here. It wasnt too crowded. Got to see many different birds. There are plenty of places to sit along the path and what I would call a memorial wall at the waters edge.

Great location arrive early for parking parking is limited close-by City Fort Pierce several restaurants in the area on the beach 5 to be exact service is a bit slow not much to do or see just visit and have a slow day enjoying the beach

Relaxing park with a beach that Ive never found overcrowded, a large jetty for fishing or just taking a walk, very clean picnic area, and no fees.

Love this piece of paradise. Besides the wonderous feeling of being surrounded by water when out on the jetty, always feeling the wind on your body, and watching the river swirling with the ocean, I love reading the memorial plaques attached to the benches and rocks. Many bring tears and others laughter as friends and family recall sweet memories of those who passed before us.

I grew up in Fort Pierce and used to lifeguard on this Beach. Of course over the years this has changed dramatically I guess for the better. There is parking and easy access to the jetty.

THIS is why Fort Pierce is named The Sunrise City! If youve seen a sunrise out on the jetty while manatee swim in schools in the early morning light, then you get it immediately. Even during the day, the park is alive with swimmers, shell collectors, fishers, joggers, and so many others. The parking is free and the park is open to everyone. The turquoise of the water here is incredible. There are swinging benches, many picnic areas, bbq grills, and fish cleaning areas. They do need to clean up the restrooms, and someone needs to keep the fishers away from the No Fishing areas, but the positives outweigh the negatives by orders of magnitude. Mad love for Jetty Park!

Still one of our favorite places to visit - especially because it is pet friendly. We love walking out on the pier, and now we have at least three options nearby to grab a drink or food. And at least two of those places are pet-friendly as well (outside eating).

Was a clean and enjoyable experience. The picnic table areas were well kept and the walk to the end of the jetty was refreshing

A great place to hang and enjoy the view

This is such a beautiful place!! We had family from abroad and bright them here; nature indeed showed off. We were able to see manatees, a sea turtle, different fish, and birds. It is a very relaxing place.Three only thing that made me sad (hence, the 4 stars) was how dirty it was. Some people are so careless and inconsiderate. There were tons of trash, bottles, cans, and even a couple of plastic bags in the water.

The best place to be.....

Gorgeous waterfront park, lots to see and do if you love the water, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you dont!

The beach nearby is nice, probably wont catch anything fishing off the jetty but its still fun. The only downfall is the bar right next to the beach sells rum runners and you would think people werent allowed to throw away the bottles because they litter the beach heavily. In all honesty the city really should hold the bar responsible for cleaning them up from the parking lot and beach or just not be permitted to sell them.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a triathlon that started and ended here. The ocean view was spectacular and the weather was quite temperate.

Awesome beach and fishing pier.

Jetty Park is a little on the basic side but the setting makes it very pretty. The Jetty itself is amazing on a clear moonless night because you go out a nice distance from any light to see a sky caked with stars. The facilities are pretty dirty so buy a drink at a bar or restaurant surrounding the park to use their bathrooms instead. Otherwise its a fun place to hang out and enjoy.
