Ever since the new manager Lilly and maintenance have arrived you can already tell a great difference in the park, cant wait to see how awesome they make it. Amazing people doing an amazing job.

Marsha berg is a drunken nightmare. She makes up rules to suit herself and threatens residents to kick them out. Everyone is afraid to make a compliant.for fear of retaliation.

This park is amazing. Great family atmosphere. The manger is awesome 5 stars. Ive been here a little more then a year and i couldnt be happier. Many great people here.

I wish I could live there, I definitely would its quite and very peaceful and everyone is as nice as could be. My sister Teresa Doty lives there and I feel she is in a very safe park Im extremely happy with her living there

Swift pretends nice when you move in they are extremely racist ,park is ran by a couple who do nothing but select people to harass and make up rules as they go 80 percent of park does not have tahs on cars or rvs or mobile homes they want you to weede every couple of days . even though they cut grass like onve a month.running side hustles accepting kic k backs . Trying to threaten you to have your rv washed at 35 a hour when rvs are clean . running commercial business out of park as many as five to six truck and trailors in and out daily.hundreds of code enforcement violation s . select guest can have parties with bands .others not allowed to have someone pick them up . perfect example of friend s of management can have 100 guest and drink smoke pot with management no problem.if you are disabled then extreme prejudice is shown sit out side rv all the time looking for reason to harrass .swift pays for a person to be in a office and be available for guest cant hardly cath them even to pay rent management just does nothing . except hangout in their house and hang with their friends.the selectively chose a couple of people to enforce even made up rules while the rest get to have as many guest .a ride came to go go a apt management stoped them told them to leave for no reason.could write pages but the important thing is the whole place is so far from in compliance its ridiculously and a major violation of civil rights especially targeting disabled people .imbezlment is highly likely .people taking checks for jobs not performed.the people they threaten to use and charge 35 a hour or are unlicensed no insurance not even county occupational license .they told me i have to register a person to atop by drop off something other people have tons of people in and out staying no problem . keep up with swift code enforcement be here any day have 30 pics of violations in five minutes .solely ran on good ole boy system if you are not included then rules matter real and made up .my opinion i would never suggest any one to drive by . because you have a small chance of living in a up to code environment or a fairly run park many rvs cars mobile homes have mo tags or stickers.place filled with pit bulls shepards lots of other large breed dogs once again ok if in mangers pocket.early in morning lots of loud trucks bc of company being ran from here but others cant can a ride to ipick them up

Managers are not good people. Cover your back know the Law around these two. There a couple of , you know you have seen the type. Niece one day listen in on your private conversations then here comes the knife.
