I always enjoy my visits here. The grounds are meticulously clean, and the roads are smooth perfect asphalt. Houses are not too close together. Everything is perfectly maintained. I did not have a gate code to get in and visit my friends, so I parked outside. During my walk in, every car that drove by waved hello and people in golf carts said hi. This is a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.

Great 55+ plus community in a convenient location to both Ft Myers and Ft Myers Beach. Multiple pools and a hot tub, shuffle board, library, and horseshoes make for great leisurely activities. Most people are from the Midwest and are super friendly, so making friends is a breeze.

It is wonderful to see that Tropicana still flourishes! My grandparents were among the originals of this beautiful place and it was a joy to visit them there twice in my youth...such great memories. How rare to see the care that has gone into maintaining and improving this mobile home community!!

I dont trust this place. $30K for an old home with no share and almost $600 lot rent, is ridiculous. Move to Broward and get one for $10k or so, or move to West Palm Beach and get a 2006 2 bed, 2 bath for $30K including share.

Living here in Tropicana 28 years loving every minute of it dont want to live no other place and that is full time.
