Very nice, small park and beach in Ft Myers. Not a lot of parking, so you must get there early or get lucky with someone leaving.

Good location. Parking, showers, restrooms, picnic area. Lots of seashells.

Went on a Thursday morning and found there was ample amount of parking available. The fee is $3/hour. It wasnt crowded just as many other reviews stated. Its about 3 miles down the street from the bridge. If youre looking to pass up beach activities such as jet skis and parasailing, this beach is great. Very calm and clean beach.

I hate the fact that you have to pay $3 an hour. I dont think it would be idea if you were wanting to spend all day on the beach. Not sure what the price was for the no time limit option.

Great beech access, got dropped right in front of beach access from Lee Tran 410. Soft beach sand but still picked up some great sea shell treasures. Awesome day on a beautiful not crowded beach with access to clean public restrooms, picnic shelter and even a few cabana covers if you get there early enough. Walking distance to a few neat eateries..

This little park has all the basics and then some...the best restrooms I have ever seen in a beach park, shade, and short walk to a beautiful uncrowded, clean and spacious sandy beach. Mid island away from all of the noise and crowds of Times Square. Our go to beach when on Estero Island. $3/hour parking.

It was very nice not crowded and very close to parking. Said charges $3 but we didnt see where we had to pay? And the only bummer today was the restrooms were closed until November 27th if you should be going to prepare for that. Otherwise very nice Sandy Beach and it was very enjoyable . would definitely go again

This place was just what we were looking for. There were restrooms, a few picnic tables in the shade, a shower to wash the beautiful white sugar sand off, and parking was easy and inexpensive.I used the app to pay for parking. It was $3 per hour and is easy to track on your phone. There were not a lot of parking stalls, but we were able to easily find one on a Monday morning. Short walk out to the beach and there was plenty of room to set up your beach gear.Waves are small in this area and the white sand is so soft. It brushes right off like it is just dust but still doesnt get everywhere. We were able to is the shower to rinse off before leaving and the shaded picnic area it easy to sit down and have a snack and relax out of the sun cool history plaques are there to give you a bit of history while you wait for your family to rinse off.

Parking, picnic pavilions, bike racks, clean bathrooms, beach. What more could you ask for? Great location (across from Publix) center Island.

Love the área and very clean washrooms. Publix is near by, convenient for some food and drinks...easy yo get to from south side of island, Easy Way out instead of north side that can take an hour.

I like the convenience of the parking and rest rooms and outdoor shower. It is clean and family friendly and just a few feet to the beach. Ive been going there for 3 years. Another plus is that across the street is a Publics supermarket.

Nice beach, easy access and cheap parking. $3/hr Download the Passport Parking app for quick payment. Very user friendly. Theres also a pay station near the bath house.

Really nice place with restrooms, many parking spots, a shower and foot wash, picnic tables, handicap accessible parking and ramp, and some cute and informative signs of local flora and fauna. Also, watching the sunset here was just beautiful!

I so enjoyed the opportunity to be on the beach. Parking and having access to restrooms, water and shade make this spot a unique experience on Fort Myers Beach

Its usually difficult to find affordable parking spots in Fort Myers beach, but this place fits the bill perfectly ar $3/hour. Nice access to the beach, restroom, benches and shower is available.

Its our go to beach spot! Has restrooms that are very clean and a beautiful picnic area! Both covered an uncovered! We love it! Fyi- restrooms close at 5pm sharp!

Great public beach on Estero. Away from the craziness of Times Square, yet closer in than Lovers Key. Very limited parking (as is the case at all Fort Myers beaches), but public transport to and on the island is great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful! Soft white sand. Its Spring break but not a lot of people (its almost 5pm). Very happy I came. And the water is warm in March. I hate cold water, but I would get in if a had a bathing suit.

Try not to visit the beach the day after a storm - shore and beach were full of seaweed. Other days beach is a good one to visit.

It was a hot day at the beach but the tiki hut offered cool breezes and places to sit. We enjoyed our day at Newton Park.

If ther is an open parking spot, and you want a beach space without the big crowd, Newton park is the place to park!

Great beach place! Parking, ramps to beach, public restroom, and that beautiful white, sugar-sand beach! Also attractive landscaping with educational signage about the island, birds, ecology, etc.

Although parking is not free it IS plentiful and the beach is gorgeous!

Parking was plentiful, the place was not crowded. I didnt even know this place existed, I was just driving down the beach to find beach access without a lot of people.

Nice spot away from the masses at the beach center. Has benches, covered picnic tables, a clean bathroom and dogs are allowed. Clean up after your dog is expected - follow the rules please, not too many spots allow dogs. Limited parking spaces, Lee county parking pass not valid here. Cost $3 hr.

Relaxing place to walk

Parking and facilities are great...air conditioned building with restrooms...beach is really nice but alot of seaweed!..seaweed knocked it from 5 to 4!

Nice little park. Sign posts with interesting info. A nice building you can reserve for special events. Handicap accessible. Picnic tables. Clean restrooms open daily. Beautiful view of the gulf and sunset. Parking fee.
