Was really fun. Really get it mind to thinking. Fun with the right group of team members. And my team escape....

We have done several escape rooms and this one is pretty good. We escaped from the Arizona Shootout in 51 minutes using all 3 hints. The clues are challenging but not over the top. We were able to make progress to a point before needing hints. The room was well put together, the story was interesting, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wed go back if in the area again.

We went a little over time. By 30 seconds. But they let us finish ourselves. It was amazing. Ive done a few in person I normally will go VR or just online. This was the BEST one. We did the hacker themed one.

We had a blast at escapology. The games were challenging yet intuitive and had great stories that were woven throughout. The staff was ultra friendly and organized, when we had a hiccup after the first room they took amazing care of us and went above and beyond. I also found it to be super impressive the way they manage, hints and support you throughout the game— really anyone can enjoy the experience whether you’re a group of 2 or 8! Definitely check out their Ft Lauderdale location for an amazing time!

The room we did was antidote. It was challenging enough for my family of 6 ages 14-44. We had fun and we escaped with 20 minutes to spare!!

This was seriously so fun. We live here and wanted an activity to do so we decided on Cuban crisis. It was hilarious (although we were like “how many college degrees between the 2 of us?!” Bc at times we felt dumb lol) we will def be back to try another room!!!

The staff was friendly. Played Jigna while we waited. The rooms are amazing. The Fantastic 4 ESCAPED The college dorm room in 40 minutes. Had a blast will definitely go again.

Had so much fun that we ended up doing another one right after. Puzzles were definitely challenging, and game masters were super accommodating.

What a wonderful place! We chose to try and solve the code room. It was challenging and we had so much fun. I cant speak highly enough of our game host Rebecca. She took the time to show us the parts of the room we werent able to acces. So much nicer than other rooms where its usually times up, gotta reset the room. Because of Rebecca I will most likely come back to try another room. The game master Deonate provided us hints along the way and was accommodating enough to describe multiple rooms before we chose the code. If you are in the area and have an hour I highly recommend you stop by and try a room.

Took 80 9th graders here on a class trip. The facility was wonderful. Clean and nicely decorated with themes.The staff was friendly and fun!Activity was exciting and appropriately challenging.Five stars from me.

Escapology is always, but I found the reps in Orlando way more animated which made it even more fun. However the room was still a lot of fun. Our game keeper was awesome you could feel their desperation for us to make it.....lol

This was my first time doing an escape room ever and even though we didnt make it out in time, we had a great time. We did the Budapest Express room and it was pretty difficult. However, our game master Francesca was really helpful and engaging, and we definitely wont forget her lol. The place itself is nice and seems fairly new and the staff there were very nice. After failing to get out, Oren explained the whole room to us, he was really patient and answered/explained everything very clearly. I will be going again and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Were did Shanghaed with two and finished. As a couple who has done over 50 escape rooms, we have always thought escapology has well decorated rooms. The puzzles are good too and provide a good challenge. I usually struggle with the game master as they almost always use pre-made responses when you ask for a hint. Its almost as if they are not really paying attention to you in the room and end up hinting things youve already completed. It can be frustrating sometimes. That the one thing I really wish they would change.

I have done many escape rooms, and this was the first time I’ve ever escaped. The Cuban Missile Crisis room was very difficult and if it wasn’t for Spirit, the game master, my husband and I would have surely failed in the first ten minutes. Definitely would come back again. Rebecca at the from desk was very kind and welcoming.

Saturday escape room fun with friends, stop #2. Have to say was a bit disappointed. We did the Budapest. Too many red herrings! Too bad. Fun for most but for us we needed a more challenging room.

Best escape room Ive seen so far. Its clean and professional and fun. Staff is super informed and helpful. They have lots of different rooms. The clues are themed, too, which is nice. Its not just a bunch of locks or random puzzles and black lights like other places.

We participated in an escape room activity for my daughters 15th birthday at this location. The staff was magnificent. They were polite and very in-tuned to our needs. The location was super easy to find. Of course when down town, you will have to pay for parking. However I loved the fact that, as soon we got off the elevator and went up the escalator, there it was. The decor is beautiful. Such an inviting space; very old Hollywood glam. It reminds me of a cigar bar that Sherlock Holmes would have frequented. The actual room was clean, and very well lit. We have plans on returning to try each room. I was able to attend using a discount voucher, but even once this deal is done, It will not deter me from attending. I would like to thank management for the training they have provided the staff, as well as creating a space that allows us to play of a fantasy. The real world is so unpredictable, thus such a place like your establishment takes us out of our mundane existence and gave us an escape...no pun intended.

This is the best escape room I have been to! Jalissa and Desiree were awesome, welcomed our group in and we were really excited to play! Spirit was a great host for the game we understood very well how to play and not mess anything up and Kevin the game master played close attention to what we were doing! It made this place a fun and engaging experience for us and I will come back one day with more friends. By the way its very clean and kept up so you dont have to worry about that. Lots of fun things to do while waiting in the lounge its amazing!

Esacapology is the best place youll ever go it has good service and really good decorated rooms.

Friendly staff. Went on a quiet night. They gave us the complete run down including what nights they have specials and other locations they have in our area that have special event nights. Ari was super helpful in giving us the run down on what each room’s theme and level of difficulty would be.

Really didn’t think I would enjoy this but I got dragged in and I was glad I did. It was a blast and surprisingly challenging, great team building opportunity for your employees.

Horrible, if you truly are escape room enthusiast, the rooms are okay, game master are okay at best. It helps if the colors of the items are correct. It is a meat grinder, they just want to push you though and get the next people in. When you go to a escape room where an own is hands on, you definitely feel the difference. When you got a kid Making $8 an hour, you get an $8 an hour worker.

Happened to be in Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise and had some down time on the second half of our trip. We had always wanted to do an escape room but never got the chance until March! Luckily Escapology was within walking distance of the beach. Then there was some confusion on the website but after just a few minutes on the phone with them, everything was sort out! Jalissa was our room attendant and Kevin our room master. Both were so gracious to our first timers in the group and made it a great experience overall!!

Meh! Game was not that fun... too sequential so everyone has to work on same thing.Terrible customer service.Game ended and no one came to get usThey Called before hand to tell us to park in garage and would validate. Did not , but instead told us to “talk” to a guy and give hjm $10 cash. Got to exit and no one was there so paid $25.Such a mess. Check out Think Escape Games on Oakland Park Blvd instead !!! You will not be disappointed.

Loved this place! Im an escape room junkie and I absolutely loved this location. Budapest Express was my favorite game. They had awesome puzzles and a fun atmosphere. They do a fantastic job of immersing you in the story. I completed every room over the course of about 6 weeks and if they get more Ill be back again! Very friendly staff and Erica was an awesome game master. I also liked their system for giving clues; its very efficient compared to other places Ive been. Best of all you always get the room to yourself no matter how many players. Overall, 10 stars in my book!

I love the wall painting on those walls. Beautiful an very creative. It is an imagination and creativity in painting for everybody.

This escape room has a great environment to start with. Everything feels very high quality and well done. We did the Shanghaied room, which was difficult but fun. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely return to do another room here.

I was impressed. Tried the “Antidote” room - very well designed, a lot of fun, impossible to escape in an hour without hints in my opinion, but luckily you can ask for hints. Don’t wait until it’s too late! Staff was friendly and professional. The Beach Place area itself does not look too classy, so I was hesitant, but Escapology is a class act. Would have tried another room if I had time.

The hour flew by, Great experience. Will be back!

The place was very nice and I loved the way the escape room looked! I took friends here to start our day off on a rainy Saturday. The staff was not the best and definitely didnt seem like pros. At the places Ive been to before, the game master is only watching you and is available to give help all the time (via voice!) In this one the game master is apparently watching 5 games at once so the guys working there said. We knew we got three hints and wanted to use them because it was difficult. When I pressed the green button it took about 20 seconds for the game master to answer us. Also at one point she gave us a hint in the form of a code. About ten minutes later she said sorry and told us that the code she gave us was wrong. That sucked time out and really messed us up. When I said something to the guy afterwards he said that we shouldnt need help from the game master and that was it. I was disappointed and wouldnt go back.

We have escaped from BUDAPEST EXPRESS & SHANGHAIED, both were tons of fun and had great themes! We plan on finishing all 5 rooms they have, and hope they add more. The staff was very nice as well as helpful as some in our group were new to escape rooms. It is 100% worth checking out!

Me and my cousins did over 17 escape rooms here in fort Lauderdale Boca and Miami including this one. and the staff was terrible worst staff members I ever seen out if all the escape rooms we did Whit the worst attitude its like they didnt want us in there we booked are room around 5:50 we came in the place at 5:57 we was ready to go we even paid ahead of time waiting 7 min for parking because this place dose not have there own parking so the staff member Kevin and some blonde lady (didnt get her name) was very RUDE and did not make us feel comfortable they wanted to remove time off are game because we was late 7 min but before we booked this room we asked if where a little late can we still get the room they said its OK so then they told us that we have to wait 2 hours to start are because they have a very big group coming in so left to go and pay for more time on the parking we came back and waited for like 2 hours while we was waiting.other customers Walked including the big group they was telling us about but only 4 put of 15 people showed up that was the big group they was talking about I guess we was in before these other customers came in and the staff was serving them waters and talking to them being all friendly Whit them while no body not one of the staff members asked us if we want waters they made feel very uncomfortable and unwanted like how do you treat your customers like that so we waited for are game to start the while we was in are game was asking for clues it took 20 or 30 seconds to give us a answer the rooms where fun but the staff made it a terrible experience I dont recommend going here because of the staff we Evan asked for the managers name or phone number and they said they dont know anything and the manager save your Money and go down the road to think escape they have a way better staff and make you feel comfortable and not unwanted like this place I did like 3 rooms there highly recommend think escape over this place

This was a fun experience! Good facility, quite a challenge. We played the code and it exceeded my expectations.Parking was steep- $15. But thats not a reflection of escapology- just be prepared.

I have done 2 rooms in this place and it is great! Awesome atmosphere and excellent puzzles! Will be back to do more!

Different dont go stoned gotta think challenging mentality

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our game was a blast, the location was beautiful and the inside space was aesthetically pleasing.

The bad experience started from the staff’s attitude to the location. If you decide to go to these mediocre escape rooms make sure to set your expectations low and to find parking WAY ahead of time (at least 30 minutes). We were only several minutes late and our time was already ticking. Their way of “helping” was telling us to choose a different escape room if we wanted all our time. We ended up doing Arizona which lacked any connection between puzzles. The plot was to find the missing cowboy yet there was no connection or clue so you were basically lost the whole time. I’ve done their rooms before “Under Pressure” and a Pandemic Room. They were significantly better but still nothing compared to other rooms in the market. If you want a good experience with competent masters go to another escape room. I’m giving up on escapeology cause I’m convinced they aren’t fun anymore.

I did over 30 escspe rooms and this place is hard to get too. You have to pay for parking reminder the place is 4 blocks from where you park. The staff was very bad like i said i did a lot of escape rooms and this staff was bad we booked a room at 5:50 and we was on are way and they called us and told us if were 5 minutes late its okay so we walked in at 5:57 2 minutes late but dont forget what i said he told us if were 5 minutes late ITS OKAY so they started are time at 5:50 and wouldnt put back 5 minutes because of a big group coming in and they would ruin there experience. But we was only asking to give us a other 5 minutes we was ready to go and everything in said the place but they didnt want to do that and the best part is the group that they was expecting didnt even show up they was expecting 15 people 4 only showed up we had to wait 2 and half hours the staff was horrible so we came back and waited in the place for 30 minutes for the room and when we was waiting there was a girl that worked there with blonde hair that called us sour pusses to the group that came in right im front of us. Very mean she offered the group of 4 that came in water and was very nice and friendly with them. With us she didnt even talk to us or give us water like she did for the group of 4 that came in and we was in there for 30 minutes and soon as the group of 4 came in she gave them water and talk to them and had a happy face with them but they was the group that was supposed to be 15 people but only 4 showed up the whole staff is very bad we asked for the manager number and they said they dont have it and the if you wanna do a fun escape room and that have nice and not cry face staff and they wont call you names like this escape room did because you was 2 minutes late go down the road to think escape you dont have to pay for parking and if youre 2 minutes late they wont make u wait 3 hours and the staff is amazing. I wouldn never come back to this place just because of the staff while we was waiting the girl called us name and act the way she would act with other groups that gos for the whole staff very bad it made all 6 of us very upset of how the way they was acting with us. For really no reason. If i owned this escape room would forsure start looking for new staff .all 6 of us just isnt the ones talking about the staff go see there reviews the staff made us feel so uncomfortable and upset we lost all fun and hype for the room if we could have got an are money back i would have just because of the staff

We played one of the games the 18 of December and was very disappointed.We have played over a 175 games in the United States and escapology is one of the worst we have played,There was no flow to the game and the part of the game we played had no electronic props,they were all locks .when we did get the answer for the locks ,it might be a 4 letter word in a 5 letter lock,so we would have to put a blank at the end.we finally lost interest and quit.the game master gave us three hints and they were not even good hints to help us out,he wasn’t very game friendly.,It was also the most that we have paid anywhere for a game,72Dollars+ for the game.after playing here we have decided to take a couple of days off from playing escape rooms.
