You pay as much as other parks but this place is tiny with a lot of broken attractions. Was here before Covid and it has gone really downhill. The trampolines are filthy. None of the friendly faces I remember are working there. It’s like no one wants to be there at all. Taking the kids elsewhere from now on

Beware: read the fine print on Groupon!My kids wanted to go to a trampoline park so I picked this one since they had a good deal on Groupon. BUT, when we got there we were informed we can’t use the Groupon since we purchased it less then 24 hours ago. Never heard of something like this before so I went back to Groupon to find that in the very fine print...We asked to speak with a manager and explained we are not from the area and won’t be able to come back there another time and we came during the day when no one else was there but he still didn’t agree to let us use our Groupon and told his employee to do whatever she thinks was right. His employee was super nice and allowed us to get in with the Groupon but as soon as we went in, the manager was giving this employee a hard time for letting us in! I felt so bad for her as in my opinion she did the right thing but after hearing how this manager was talking to his employee I really don’t want to support this place anymore!!!!Also, my kids came with grip socks from home but they forced us to buy their branded socks for $3 each! This was the last straw for me!Also, the obstacle course is only from 54” so the kids weren’t able to do it, the climbing wall was closed and many balls needs to be replaced.This place has good potential but after today’s experience, we definitely won’t be back.

My kids had a blast, staff was friendly. The only negative was the music. Really nasty, explicit lyrics. Mostly little kids on the trampolines but crazy, inappropriate music.

The workers were rude and made us keep r masks on when there was no one in the entire park. One of the workers was on their phone the entire time and freaked out at one point when she was om the phone. The most fun attraction was closed. Very disappointed.

Great place for the kids. There are planter of trampolines in the Rockin Jump place and outside there are games, go karts, a roller skating rink, arcade games, a gym, a unicorn adoption facility, and more. Please note: this picture is for a Halloween promotion. This is not a real skeleton.

We were a little overwhelmed by the amount of things to do here but were pleasantly surprised when we made it to Rockin Jump. Its a lot quieter and very clean. Our party host was AMAZING! She helped me set everything up and helped take it all down. Allowing me to enjoy our guests and entertain! Will be back!

8th birthday party went off without a hitch! Cameron was our party coordinator and did an amazing job; he even helped me carry the presents and leftover cake out to the car, IN THE RAIN!! Very impressive.Jens took the initial reservation and had great customer service skills; he knew we had come before and really made sure the loyalty was appreciated.Overall, despite the expense, I would recommend this place for a party since its all handled for you. You get what you pay for, which is the ease of enjoying your kid(s) having a great time, versus running around and managing all aspects. Keep your socks! You can use them again. :)

Water was $3 of a small bottle call other than that my kids had fun

Very friendly and attentive staff that looked after our kids all the time. Very clean and organized facility making the whole jumping and waiting for kids a pleasant experience. Walked up to the mezzanine parent lounge the first time after almost a year. Really nice space and the sofas are so comfortable!!!!

Staff was cleaning but no one was watching the jumpers. Lights went out and kids that didn’t pay were all over the place.

Amazing experience, super friendly staff! Had a great evening with the family and even booked a birthday party for our soon to be 4 year old. Andres and Breanna were super helpful, giving ideas, tips and great prices! Definitely closed the deal thanks to their effort and knowledge.Thank you guys for the great experience. On June 21,2019 my family and I attended this establishment ..and I want to say the manager on this day was very nice..She helped me with my Groupon which I was having issues and didnt read the small print she explained things nicely and professionally ...there was a incident regarding another customer after me and the customer was VERY rude to this manager...I have to say the manager held her composure and remained professional ..(way more then I ever could have ).She seemed like a very genuine person and was willing to help the customer the best she could .. I just wanted to share this in my review and make this clear that all the staff this night were very helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make this night special for our family ️ and did a great job managing all the kids jumping and making sure they were safe..yet still having a good time ...will definitely visit again ..

We had our sons 7th birthday party at the Rockin Jump. It was a perfect success and he loved every minute of it.Everything worked smoothly, things were delivered exactly as ordered and we had absolutely no issues, the kids had a total blast and there was never a slow moment. If anything, things were better than expected, which isnt something you get to say too often these days.Much of the success can be attributed to our Party Host Cameron, who worked tirelessly not only to keep everything running like planned, but also took time to entertain the kids. Playing dodgeball with them and being a perfect host. He seems to have an uncanny ability to be one step ahead of everything at all times. If you plan on doing an event here, Id strongly suggest requesting Cameron if possible. Hes a true star!

The place is a cool fun place for kids. My kids had a BLAST! However, the employees that was working tonight 8/03, the late shift with manager Malik, (two very unprofessional playful gentlemen and one very unprofessional rudely young lady). I will be contacting the manager!

Having a party here today for my nephew and after paying to rent out a room, they will not allow us to bring in our own food for the adults. We were going to buy food here for the kids only. It is terrible that they couldnt make an exception seeing that we brought lots of cold items like fruit and veggie platters for the older adults. No one ever told us when we booked our event that we could not bring outside food. Check Yelp before renting a party room or doing anything here at rockin jump. Alot of people have experienced issues. I think its time for new management or this place will fail quick! We asked to speak to the manager and he did not have the courtesy to speak to us.

This place is run by a crazy person. The people working there scream at the kids non stop. And they will come up with 50 reasons to make you pay mandatory extras. Dont punish yourself...go somewhere else!

My family and I celebrated my sons birthday at Rockin Jump this past weekend and everything was great! The staff assigned to us was extremely helpful, the facilities were clean, the kids had a blast and the customer service was impeccable. I am so happy with my decision to have come here to celebrate my babys birthday. Thank you so much to everyone at this establishment for a great event.

My children and i had the time of our lives. It was amazing, the staff working last night had my kids and I smiling at all times from the banter they shared with my kids to the happy personalities they had it was hard not to enjoy the establishment. Even the cashier and manager were amazing after me had an issue about a groupon. You guys can expect us to come every saturday night just to enjoy the fun environment

I highly reccomend this place!!First off , as soon as I walked in , all the staff members were super sweet ! The owners are even sweeter. The place is so clean and my daughter had so much fun. Ill definately be throwing my daughters birthday here.They also have so many great deals and prices.

Celebrated my son’s 10yr birthday party last weekend and we absolutely loved it! All the guests had an awesome time. The staff and owner very involved and friendly. The party room was cleaned and organized. The party groupon package completely worth it! Thank you so much and highly recommend this place.

Awesome experience! Had my sons 9th birthday party there! From setting up the party to through out the whole thing, all the staff members where friendly, attentive, and all around the BEST! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, will definitely be throwing all my parties there! My son had the best time and so did all our guest! The trampoline park it self is very fun no flaws at all as well as all the staff my only tiny complaint is the slushies they didn’t taste that great expect for blue raspberry but other than that this place is great and I would recommend to my friends

Arrived for my daughters confirmed birthday party, come to find out the person who was suppose to redeem the voucher on their end to put the booking on their schedule never did it. needless to say we lost on our jump time as it took almost an hour to get things figured out, mind u I arrived 30 minutes early. we spent almost 300 dollars and this was a horrible experience. they didnt have a host for us until last min which she was very kind. water they give you is warm with no ice.. the kids didnt want to drink warm/room temp water thirsty from jumping.. they had the kids come from jumping at 525pm for pizza and they sat there till 6pm waiting, one kid did not even get a slice of pizza she was in tears as he was very hungry. I thought well simple let me just order another pie, sorry mam it will take an hour for the pizza to come. little boy was in tears so I cut the cake right away so that he at least had something to eat. I felt so bad, I was embarrassed. they were not organized what so ever. my daughter did have fun with her friends jumping when they did however it was t0o much off an on, not organized they couldnt fully enjoy them selves. DO NOT GO HERE for parties, maybe just for a jump session as family. I dont think the manager cares what we went through.

DO NOT CELEBRATE ANY BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!!! I celebrate my son 8th birthday here and is the worst party ever !!! I reserved the most expensive room fir 25 guest. I spent $1000 . You cannot imagine how mistreated I was at the party. It was a big nightmare. The guest were thirsty, hungry , eating cold food, serving salad with a spoon, dirty all over , and I had to do everything ( serving, cleaning, giving information to every guest. ). I celebrated so many parties for my son in different places for kids , and never ever had such a bad experience. The staff was almost rude with me when I complaint. I had 2 kids that had hurt themselves on the jump zone where the staff were most of the time distracted. The whole place was a disaster. I paid every penny at the end and even tipped the girl who was assigned to “help” me at the party. She acted all the time like didn’t want to be bothered. She was never there. I had to go downstairs more than 20 times during the party. The room was dirty with trash from the party before.After that I received the email from Valerie (manager ) offering me free jumps ( that I accepted ) and never hear from her.I love the infrastructure of the place but, believe me, the service that this people offer here is a complete disaster. I felt so bad with more than 25 guest ( friends and family ).

Went here for date night. It was a fun new experience. We got a lot for what we paid. We were tired as beck before our time was even up. I will surely be back soon with the kids.

Terrible!!! Stay away from this place. Rude staff. Valarie the manager is worse of all employees.My daughter and I have monthly pass. She tells me they dont have monthly pass on my next visit. I argued with her for almost an hour finally she was able to find 1 monthly pass for my daughter. Second monthly pass she cant find it in her system since I paid cash for it.She has NO customers service skill or managing skill. She would walk up to customers and ask for RECEIPTS, if you dont have yours on you she is going kick you out of there even if you paid for it. She treats her customers like a criminal. May be just to pocket their money who knows.GO TO SKY ZONE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE HUMANBING.

It is a little costly but it was fun, the restrooms are not located near the jumping area you do have to walk out and around. Also, there are no water fountains either. If youre going be sure to bring water with you. The staff could have been friendlier and loosen up a bit I brought my 9 year old daughter and 6 year old niece and we felt like one of the workers were following us, literally next to us with 3 feet of us the entire time

Good trampoline park but parents have to watch there kids ...only 1 attendant watching 6 attractions. First time here maybe its an anomaly but the one person who was there was busy and not focused on keeping the kids safe. I do this anyway but some teens were jumping at the basketball hoop for a couple minutes and pushing each other into the walls and just not safe for kids. I waited for an attendant to stop them before I had to tell them to stop.

Great place for a party! My kids loved it. They could jump on the trampoline, shoot hoops, jump on the giant green bag, go through an obstacle course and play trampoline dodge ball!!! The only thing that would make it perfect and give it five starts, would be if they had planned activities for 5 and younger. Kids that age get bored easily, even with trampolines everywhere. If the designated host had planned activities for each interaction in the park it would have been excellent!!

Came for the third time, the other 2 times we purchased the 90 minutes and my children were allowed to do the small ninja course they have. We came back and now they won’t allow them on the ninja course, this place is not big enough to jump for 90 minutes without that. Absolutely ridiculous and the rock wall not even open. We do not live here but visit 3 times a year, and before this enjoyed coming, but now charging more for a small part is not enjoyable. I know you probably don’t need us, but we will not be coming back.

Rockin Jump is a paradise for everyone. I have not seen so many happy little faces in one place for a long time. With so much to do, this is the perfect place to spend quality time and have great fun.

This place is amazing... theres so much to do. My Twins are enrolled in The Rockin Jump summer camp and they couldnt be happier, the staff and the owner are amazing people, definitely worth it.

I worked at rockin jump as my first job all excited and stuff .First week came and i was like wow all these days i got , then weeks pass by and they get lower n lower n lower until finally i was literally working only one day a week making $80 . Ryan Bodgan (GM) has favoritism so he pick the workers that talks junk about people with him and the ones he likes, to work almost 6 days a week. People quit there good paying job just to work here and come to find out it was even worse then their previous job ! Honestly worst first job experience , i moved on to bigger and better things getting paid $500 the least every 2 weeks. He is not General manager material at all he is too immature and full of his self . But yeah thanks for even the opportunity to letting me work there .

We have been several times this summer but wont return after our last visit.We have attended the Friday evening lights out sessions and they were out of smaller sizes. We were given a tshirt that literally came to my sons knees. Of course the tshirts are compulsory and you have to buy them.On another occasion we were given the wrong color wrists band for the time we had paid for. We were asked to leave 30 minutes before our time and the children were excluded from the activities until this could be sorted out. None of this has raised a complaint from me but the conduct of a member of staff at our last visit certainly did. Worst still, I sent an email and they failed to respond. I accept that occasionally errors are made and problems occur but I get concerned when they are not addressed and/or ignored.

Rockin jump is seriously such a perfect place to take your friends or family! When you go to Rockin jump.. You have many options of things to do other than just the regular jumping.. They have basketball, stunt bag, ninja course, rockwall, dodge ball, and lastly X-Beam. Everything is so much fun! The staff are really sweet and when it comes to the prices its not bad considering all the things you can do!

Update: Recently went to this location after purchasing a Groupon. We drove from our home in South Miami all the way up to let our boys and their cousin enjoy some jump time. However, upon arrival we got told that they would not honor our Groupon. After speaking to a manager and explaining that we purchased a Groupon and drove over an hour and a half and it would be upsetting to all the children if they couldnt jump. The manager had not an no sympathy. He said that he maybe a manager, but he is powerless. He blamed the entire issue on the corporate office and Groupon. End of the story after a over 3 hour round trip non of the kids got to jump and they all cried. Horrible experience cant even begin to explain how disgusting it is to see someone who cares so little about the customers and their follow humans. I cant recommend anyone to spend money at a company that has no issue with treating paying customers in such a fashion.Original Review: Been to this place several times now, and we truly enjoy it. They have an area designed for small children, so my 2 year old can safely jump and have a good time. They have rock climbing and a Ninja course as well. Tons of fun to be had here. It

A bit more expensive then other places, but they have a ton of extras there. PLUS I do love the fact that this place is separate from all the video game BS. SkyZone and Off the wall... its like right there. I dont want to pay for trampoline time and then have kids asking to spend more money on stupid games. At Rockin Jump, its a clear delineation from the trampoline area and the arcade.

Place is nice and clean,but every time we go to the trampolines I just see bad actitud or energy from the staff working there,just few really enjoy theyre job and know how to talk to costumers! Plus my kid is special needs we said that in the front and for that we need to be close to our kiddo and hold to jump because thats the best way to jump with our help and a person from the staff comes and tell me you cannot hold hands and I told her well I have too,my kids is special need and explain that in the front so yeah my kid needs me close!and the area was empty and this person came before asking me about my kids age like just trying find something,anyway just ruin the moment I was having with my kid!and her actitud was horrible! If you can make some changes and maybe have a different bracelets for special needs kids would be good so we.dont have to explain ourself over and over about this kind of things...other than that is a great place ! And I understand many people dont get it about kids with special needs like autism,so please would be easy for us parents if is some awareness here for our kids ...
