Ive lived here over 10 years and the amenities are wonderful. I enjoy driving by the golf course for its view. The tennis, basketball courts, Olympic sized pool, Roman tub, card room, mini bowling lanes, laundry, and rest rooms have all been upgraded. You feel like youre at a resort. Theres security around the amenities that give an added feeling of safety. The gym has a lot of equipment.( Which can use some TLC) but it doesnt take away from being one of the most beautiful Mobil home parks in the area. The park is especially festive during the holidays when our northern residents return. The lakes are beautiful. You can view fireworks across the western skies and now view the beauty of the Hard Rock Guitar hotel as the lights give off a show of their own without obstruction while you visit what I call Lighthouse Lake for obvious reasons.Carmen in the front office is a pleasure and is always willing to help. Stop by and check it out for yourself, its a pleasure to live here and shopping is very convenient.

They discriminate under the guise of an HOA! Paid dues for a badge that I have Never recieved!!! When I call they pretend like they dont any clues or have my contact information in the paperwork I gave them!!! I WANT MY BADGE OR I WANT A REFUND!!!

A beautiful mobile home estate, with a to die for grill The Orange Bear Sausage Gravy is made fresh each morning and the absolute BEST along with the constantly changing specials! This weeks is fresh taste just like Cinnabon Pancakes. Oh so good. A must try place with delicious down home cooking at a great price....

The association permits a yard sale once a year and I attended. I enjoyed the day such lovely people. I spoke to a gentlemen and he directed me to check out the club house, it was super nice. Found great treasures, cant wait till next years event :)

Just moving in here. So far, everything seems great! Fabulous community center (best Ive ever seen) and fairly well maintained homes, especially in the lake areas. Ill re-comment when Ive lived there for a while. One doesnt really know a place until they live there.

This is the clubhouse for our homeowners association. We are a private club with a gigantic heated pool, 18 holes of golf, a beautiful Jacuzzi as well as restrooms with lockers and showers. There is also his and hers work out facilities; ach with a steam room. There is a diner, beauty salon and a bowling alley as well as a large hall for events! ( And so much more)

Hidden little gem! Real estate values can only go up in this community. Close to FLL , 95, 595, Turnpike.
