Great place, Needs street lights at night.(Edit) May, 2020.Theyre making major improvement in security thanks to the owners, everything is safe . Front Gate looks reinforced, Keypad entry/Keyflob, more lights! Etc.That makes me happy, being thousands of miles away nothing worries me more than my family. Everyone at the location seems to know each other but Im starting to see its becoming a small community. Weve been broken into twice but, didnt seem like professionals, just kids from the neighborhood with a flathead screwdriver trying to take a dollar will be installing cameras soon for my family. Also buying a pitbull with a 500psi bite force for protection . Great prices for the location !

Ive been living in carefree cove for the past 7 years. It is very nice neighborhood. It is a little bit overpriced but the park is ok.

Customer service of there are very bad they treated people like trash. That guy in office is a mess locked the office door all the time, and he expects money from the residents of there in other to served them.

They often good but gate keep breakin they need to hire a security guard to pervent that.

Good and service was excellent. Patty our server was very attentive and nice.

This place is the worst place anyone could ever live. Loud music at night when you are trying to sleep. Ppl breaking into homes. Manager does nothing to make the park nice. It looks like a pig stye. The place is dirty and houses are falling apart. Dont even look to buy or rent because you will regret it big time. A very nasty place to live. Lisa S.

Back then was quiet and nice, until Haitians and Asians turning the place like trash, noisy and rowdy at night hogging all the street nowhere to go, your house will be looted during hurricane blackout , kids roaming in the streets late,... Its a pigsty....Dont rent or buy a house there or you will regret it..
