Went in today to look around with my husband and bestfriend around 10. We were automatically greeted by the man who was friendly from the start(didnt get his name) he was always talking to us, cracking jokes and making us feel welcome. He told us to come back and we definitely will! We loved him so much I wish I got his name. This is going to be our go to! Thank you to the cashier who kept us laughing!!

So it was 3am and I was with my boyfriend after a night out and I brought up the idea of stopping by because him and I have been wanting to buy some stuff online but I prefer talking to someone about our wants and having opinions. As soon as we got to the parking spot I got super nervous. I finally went inside. Right away I was greeted by Mel and the guy with her. Most of the toys we got were for me, so I worked up the courage to call Mel to help me and she came right away. I ended up walking away with everything I wanted! Mel was so helpful and understanding and tailored the products to my needs! Ive already used the products I purchased and I can fully say that everything worked the way I wanted it too and more! Great staff and great service!

This is HANDS DOWN my favorite place to go for toys. If you have the luck to have Mel attending you she makes the shopping experience so amazing.. We moved further away and we come to this location not only for the best diversity in choices but mainly just because Mel is there.. She is very professional and at the same with her charm will make you feel so confortable in the store.. no matter what you are into, she treats you with kindness and respect, we never fell judged or embarrassed. every time we go she assists us all along the process and give such genuine advice. This place offers something so special you could never find online and they somehow manage sell at online price marks. Love love this place!

I went in with my boyfriend to spice things up and we had a really good experience at the store, stefanie made us feel so comfortable even though we were a little shy about it. You should totally ask for her, she also recommended us great vegan products to make the experience more Sensational and keep it safe as well!

Product turned on, went off three times then dead! Does not charge and no lights. Never even used it. Contacted the store only 2 hours after purchase and asked if they would exchange this for something of the same value. The guy said he was sorry that there is nothing he can do for me. Contacted manufacturer and they want to charge me for shipping and it will take 10 to 15 business days. I think this should be taken care of by the seller. OK, I literally bought it, drove home and charged as I was driving. Got home turned on 3 times then off and it does nothing now. I will attempt to reach Jessica and see if she can resolve this SIMPLE PROBLEM. If they take responsibility for the products they sell and swap or refund me I WILL REVISE this review and make it positive. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Was going to give this store 4 stars only because they didnt have what I wanted, the third visit I was stared down and followed like Im a thief! I get watching people and what they do, but because I was black I feel the guy (young white kid) racial profiled me he was very firm in his answers (as if he didnt want to answer). Im not the type to put a post like this up but I got chills leaving this store. I live right around the corner and wont be back! I hope the owner sees this !

Usually my boyfriend and I visit a store closer to our house but we were out for date night and passed by this one. Not only is there selection limited but the cashiers were rude to us the second we entered the store. I tried to ignore it and keep shopping but I ended up putting all of the items back and leaving. The rude things they said as we left were appalling. I don’t buy from unprofessional racist stores sorry!! Also, to the men that were so disrespectful to customers: your attitude is probably the reason why you’re only a cashier this late in your life.

Sorry to say but keep away from this place, employees seem over being there and the attitude shows. You should re-train the staff to act like they want to sell you items from the store instead of making you feel like your the inconvenience for coming to shop as a customer.

We were visiting from out of town and came by -- and we are so glad we did! The store is very clean, bright, and inviting! Steven helped is find the toy we wanted from a really good selection (that was not overpriced) and Jessica helped us look at lingerie. They made us feel comfortable and were very inviting.I would recommend this store for toys, lingerie, fetish things, and lube/cleaners. Im leaving not feeling skeezy or dirty at all!

Steph was great in helping me find what I needed so I didnt waste any time, she even thought of something their sister store had that I might like and had a picture sent over so I didnt drive for nothing. Definitely a clean, well stocked, good priced place with helpful staff.

The staff is awful, great selection tho. Mariela told me some information about a product that was totally wrong. When I opened it I realized it could land me in the ER because it wasn’t anywhere near as stretchy as she informed me. If I were to wear it for more than 10 min I personally would have had permanent damage. Then she wouldn’t exchange it for the right product even tho she gave me the wrong info, her bad advice cost me $30. And I specifically asked her about my concerns, still no exchange.Know your products, and fix it when you screw up.

Me and my girlfriend came here and it was awesome! The managers jessica and hunter were really nice, extremely helpful and honest about which products were best. We will deffinitely be back for all of our future needs. I would definitely reccommend this place.
