Whether your just going in to refill your lube bottle, or you’ve got an extreme fantasy you’re looking to explore, leatherwerks definitely either has what you need, or knows where to get it. The staff are friendly and helpful but also very discreet if you’d just like to just be left to explore on your own. The absolute best quality harnesses in town and you can’t beat being able to try on tester c-rings onsite to ensure proper form fit and function! Just thinking of going in there starts to get me all giddy and warm inside.

What a fantastic shop! Ive browsed other leather stores but never purchased because I wasnt crazy about the prices or selection other places. The staff is always around to assist. Very knowledgeable. Great selection of items. They customized the leather harnesses to the very best fit for me. They werent pushy and really wanted me to look good in what they suggested. The leather goods are really good quality. One garment I bought had a small defect and they corrected it at no charge. Very satisfied.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I needed help picking sizes and the guys were more than happy to help. I was about to purchase a pair of underwear but I was stopped by Ira, who noticed a TINY defect. they swapped it out for me and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will most definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Their customer service is impeccable I went there last week bought a watch actually I bought two watches the next day I put one of them on and the pin came out to the hold the watch band on it must have flown somewhere because I couldnt find it so this week I took back the watch with the receipt and spoke to the manager he said go ahead and pick out another watch,and I did.the watch I picked out was a couple bucks more which I told them I would pay the difference when the manager was all done with the transaction he put the watch in the bag with the receipt and said thank you very much have a great weekend I said what about the two bucks he said dont worry about it were sorry for the inconvenience have a nice weekend. well let me tell you thats impressiveI I mean two bucks is two bucks but its the principle and he knew that and thats why I shop there because they have great customer service and they stand behind the products they sell we need more people in our neighborhood like this thanks again guys youre the best

I have yet to be to the main store, but their satellite store inside the Ramrod bar is great and the people working there are super helpful and knowledgeable. I have so far purchased a leather harness, leather shorts and matching leather studded collar and bracelet. I also got a great deal on a cap there for my spouse which he absolutely loves. This is a SUPER fun store. Obviously its not a family friendly establishment, but if you have need for anything related to the fetish community then this is the place to go. Toys, clothing, harnesses, masks cover all the bases. While obviously is caters mainly to men, women are welcome as well. A special tip, shopping naked gets you a discount, and much admiration.

Im not very happy with LeatherWerks right now, although everybody there is really nice and they offer a lot of things that interest me. I bought something last week that was too small for me when I got home. All I wanted to do was exchange it for something else. It was brand new, in the package, and I had the receipt. Yes, I was aware of their no return policy, but this one is a no brainer, and it really should be looked at on a case by case basis. Its not like I was returning a used condom or some piece of intimate clothing.I went back to the store yesterday and was told by a very nice guy that there was nothing he could do, and that I would have to speak to the manager who was not there that day. Apparently they have ones you can try on in the store and I wasnt told that when I bought it.Really? How about empowering your employees to make simple decisions? I have better things to do with my time and money. What am I supposed to do with the thing now? Put it on Craigslist?

I have been traveling to Fort Lauderdale for YEARS and ALWAYS stop at LeatherWerks when I am in town. I am always found their selection of top quality apparel and items to be second to none and the staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This past Xmas/New Years trip was no exception as I brought my new BF with me and wanted to outfit him with some gear. We are fairly new to the leather scene and are exploring what works for us. On this particular day I wanted to get my BF a new harness and some accessories. Our salesman (wish I could remember his name) was a GREAT help! Im sure he would remember us. I was the skinny guy with the HOT bald, bearded muscle tattooed daddy in tow. He was MORE than willing to show us all the harness options and even outfitted my Daddy with his personal touch. Talk about erotic getting to stand there while he undressed my Daddy and gave him a personal fitting from head to toe! HOT HOT HOT! We walked away with a GREAT bulldog harness with removable suspender options that frame out his mid section nicely. Also got a nice Cellblock 13 jock and some toys. LeatherWerks will ALWAYS be my go-to place when I am in town!! Thanks for the HOT TIME!!

Excellent service with an amazing selection of products. While they cater to a gay male clientele (specifically the leather crowd), theres certainly plenty of products of interest for anyone wanting to spice things up in the bedroom. The staff goes out of their way to make sure customers are comfortable shopping the store. I cant rate them high enough. If youre visiting Ft Lauderdale, you owe it to yourself to pay Leatherwerks a visit.

Dont believe when they tell you oh you can return it. But they wont accept it when you try to return. . make sure you really like it before you buy anything or go another leather store ( I recomend that.)
