I love living here! Moved to this park in 2008 and raised my family in an awesome environment. My kids enjoyed the park and pool area. The clubhouse is amazing and have used for my private family functions free of charge! The park is clean and there are so many that do take pride in taking care of their mobile homes. There a few homes that need attention, but overall this is were I choose to live because it is affordable for my family.Everything you can possibly need is at walking distance. I have not had ever any issues reaching someone. I’ve left a message and I receive a prompt response. I love that you can pay your rent online now! Thank you Harmony Village for adding that to your website! My experience has been a good one since I purchased my home from them.

Quiet place homes maintained well

Its decent. Driving through this trailer park, it seems rather clean and upkept. There are signs throughout this place that say No parking on street but apparently it does not matter. This is rather confusing, as I am a non-resident, and waiting for the person I was visiting to get home, I felt nervous and worried that I was in any violation. This is really all I can speak to, since I dont live here and rarely visit.

Today again there are water issues & I only get the answering machine. It seems every time I call I get the answering machine. It is 2:45 pm. Frustrating to say the least. Is it possible to create a communication system to all the residence that would alert if there are water issues...like when you completely turn the water off?

Mgt. Does not seem to care how the village looks, was very run down, no pride.

I agree with the very extremely poor management. She leaves earlier then the time listed for hours. Then never ever ever will return call or concerns. Just a few of the concerns I’ve had are...1. my water bill went from 11 units to 112 units from one month to the next and I’ve tried to get a credit for this error and never get a call back or any type of communication. I am told I will get one but never do.2. During this month alone I’ve had my water randomly turned off without notice. Once while taking a shower, once while trying to give my kids a bath, and so on. It’s happened 4 times now. No explanations.3. The children’s play park located within has been missing a baby swing for over a year and the top of the slide has been broken as well. No sight in it’s repair.4. We have a dead tree located next to our trailer. We told the park because part of it already fell from a strong wind. We had to get repairs done. After this happened the tree trimming men came but said they were told since it was not on the list of trees they couldn’t help remove this dangerous tree. It literally had extremely dead large limbs hanging over my neighbors car and where her kids play at. I pray no one gets hurt.5. Last summer they would leave the utility shack attached to the pool open constantly. I luckily was out side and saw a 3-4 year old (which shouldn’t have been alone) wandering around in the shack...with chemicals and tools and so on, then proceeded to open the pool door which was cracked open and he started to walk towards the pool. I immediately told him to come away. I then went to the office and speak to them and the manager literally, instead of being shocked and concerned...acted in a defensive manner. She said that the shack door was never left open and I said - I’ll take pictures, I see it open and unattended all the time. I left by saying if a child dies it on you. Because she didn’t seem to get it.Anyway, this park, where I am located I fairly quite and decently clean. I honestly never imagined living in a Mobile home Park but this is where we are at for now. I’m just really sore about not being able to gate/fence the area we pay for - because the neighbors walk their dogs by and allow them to poop and don’t pick it up. It’s just a waste of space outside when you have kids because there’s no barriers.I would over all say it’s a nice location, close to shopping and I’ve had good luck with nice neighbors but management definitely needs to be changed.

This place is awful. Management is poor and unresponsive. Once youre in, they wont lift a finger to help you. They rarely answer their phone. They will never call you back. They are the worst run park in FC. They raise the rent all the time. Do not live here.

Office is never open when they are supposed to be. So I guess the package that containes medicine will just have to wait until Monday. If they are open. They keep hiking up the lot rent but are making no changes. Have lived there for 9 years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Looks like a dump. They pick and choose who they want to enforce the rules with. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This is the worst place to live ever the people who run it are nothing but rude. The neighbors had problems with there electricity it took them over a month to fix it there an elderly couple and it was in the hottest part of the summer. You try to use the pool and the they always change the hours for you cant ever use it. You have a simple question and they will never return your calls tried to store our camper and they said it was to big. In there lease agreement it doesnt say anything about what you can and cant store. There rent fees are high and you dont get anything but problems.

Im done watchin them sell meth and herion and house 7 addict in our neighborhood its not fair otd not right, the other werk we stoof out side our trail and watch a man and woman run out of 355 and attack and older women she was standing right in the middle of street next to her car , there going to end up burning our homes down who know whatd going on over there but we dont even want to know but we cant sleep at night and do they all pay rent extra why dont they have to work like real people ,,, xif every one did what they do we all would be kicked out and there animals is being abused.he has rights too

Management and maintenance is horrible they are last and wont even check on problems they just push it off and never do anything it till its to late. For instance a half a tree fell and hit a home the other half is threatening to fall on a different home management was told and will not do anything till middle of next week when most likely the tree will already have fallen and damaged another home. We pay insane am out for a damn pad to put a home on with nothing in return. The park itself is a good place just the management that is horrible and makes every one want to leave. Oh and the fact the raise the lot rent every year and again it doesnt include a single thing except for the lot your home sits on apparently it doesnt cover maintenance for the landscape in example the tree thats falling in houses. Park would be a lot better place with new and better management

This place is aweful! Would rate zero if I could! If I didnt have kids,Id live in a big tent,its that bad,not 2 mention over priced!! False meter readings,dont answer phone,they pick&choose who they enforce rules with,corporate office doesnt call u back,sketchy people moving in,its way over priced for a community that doesnt take care of there stuff, maintenance blows stuff in ur gardens,driveway& on your vehicles,rude,inconsiderate&raciest! Dont be fooled by the photos on their website!

They report false meter readings and then lie and say they are reading a meter from under the house, however when I requested that they show me where they read the meter the maintenance man was very clear that they do not do that and that she was strait up lying. Poor management never dealt with so money grown people who lie. What they are doing is illegal, they do not count on tenants knowing the law.

Its wonderful placer to live, very close to many stores and restaurants...... And schools.

Moved in - 1996. Lot rent was $245/mo. Park paid for the water and trash usage. every single lawn was was taken care of and green. Great community. It was a pleasure living there.Left the neighborhood in 2002. Lot rent was almost $500/mo. Basically doubling in 6 years. The park stopped paying for water and trash in there, thus there was a lack of interest in the quality of the community lawns. In a six year span, the cosmetics of the neighborhood dropped and looked like a real trailer park and not a community at that point.Leaving was a must. Im not sure what lot rent is at this point, but it is odd that I own a home now, property, and I pay less for that now in 2015, then I paid for rent and a trailer payment in 2002.It used to be nice, I drove through recently and saw that it was still junked out. Some families try to take care of their houses and lawns, but that is the minority in this neighborhood. I would encourage anyone wanting to move in. .. do your homework and see if home ownership makes more sense. Dont lose money in your hopes of owning a modular house.

The Place to live I like ... what I do not like that the Manager that is today .. has a bad character with the Hispanic people .. the rent every year goes up, when snow falls does not have to clean the snow, perocuando She wants to be aganized Things one has to do .. in itself is not good Person and One does not feel in Harmony with the precence of it (manager) I say because we have lived 2 stars for her and I am long ago

Nicer mobile home park in NoCo residents need to slow their vehicles down and folliw motoring rules like stopping at stop signs.

Outrageous lot rent and ridiculous rules. You have to have a permit to park in your own driveway! None of the lot rent money goes back into the community, the parks are filthy and unsafe and the management is unwilling to care. I would give less than 1 star if it was possible!

Horribly expensive. Atleast 200 dollars more for lot rent than any where else in town. Will take you to court after 9 days late and will not accept any type of payment plan or partial payment.

Just picking someone up

By far the worst community to live in. The park manager is a complete joke and represents the owners very poorly. Not only is she bias and discriminatory towards residents, she also thinks shes above the law. By entering your trailer while gone at work, snooping around, taking apart skirting to view under your trailer without any consent or knowage to the rightful owners. Over charges on any mantaince that may need to be taken care of by doubling the hours and material. Does everything while youre away so you have no idea how long they were there. Ended up putting a home security system that records for 2 weeks. Noticed everything going on while im at working. Im filing a lawsuit first thing monday morning with all the evidence. I really hope this park changes, as of right now i am not renewing my lease!
