Really cleaned up. Nice place!

Ive been in the manufactured home business for more than 20 years. One of the many things Ive learned is that the people who dont follow the rules or are denied access due to a myriad of reasons strike back w/ negative reviews and various untruths. We are a safe family park close to town. Come see for yourself

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I were planning on purchasing a mobile home in the park. Upon attempting to get park approval we were strung along by the park owner Peter Goldstein. He was beyond rude on the phone and refused to approve us for the park unless my rich parents paid him 12 months of rent in advance. He is very unprofessional and was an absolute nightmare to work with. We will not be moving there.
