I hadnt been to a Chuck E Cheese in a while and the location closest to me closed due to Covid-19. I was pleasantly surprised to find out Chuck E Cheese has implemented a card scanning system to replace their token economy. These cards have the ability to be loaded with tokens for play or used for unlimited timed play. The time on the cards can even be paused, really useful for times like eating or bathroom breaks.

My granddaughters 3rd birthday. It was well planned and the staff was very pleasant. Monica was a great host. Thank you!

My family has gone to chuck e cheese for my disabled nephews birthday every year. He turned 19 today and the CEC in Greensboro was closed so we came to Florence, s.c. this CEC was fabulous. The staff was courteous and helpful, the place was clean and the food was good and hot. One of the staff, Arienna Hunter-Brown was especially wonderful with my nephew and was very helpful and kind. She is a huge asset to your company!! Thanks for a great birthday celebration!!!

It was fun, but some people was in there with no mask on

My kids love to play the games but we never eat there because the pizza taste like cardboard. The employees usually go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I bought one of the party packages one time and my daughter enjoyed her party but it wasnt a good value for the price.. too expensive. its better to just go and bring a cake and sit at one of the available tables and have your own party

Its so much fun watching the kids especially when two of them are your grandchildren. They have so much fun, the pizza is not the best in the world but its not horrible. Its actually better than I remember it.

Great visit!! Management was very helpful with our large group. The restaurant was clean, and the food was great. My only concern was that half the tables up by the stage area were reserved for 1 party, leaving only a handful of tables for anyone else. All in all, a very fun time for all the children and adults!!

Disliked the I dont care attitude by the staff. Came in on a sunday at 8pm ordered wings and a game pass. No problems with the games however the food never came out. I asked about the order at 830 and was told it would take 10 minutes. Closing came and still didnt receive our order. We simply canceled and got a refund. Staff blamed the kitchen. The only game in town and you would have thought they would have perfected a positive environment. Last thing we didnt get stamped with our kids so it caused a little confusion. Sheesh

Grat place to bring your kids. They can be a bit expensive but your kids will be happy. They have a person come out as chuck every hour and they give kids free tickets. My son was scared of the other mouse at a different one, but here he felt comfortable and actually hugged the associate. The associates do an amazing job and they are patient and know what they are doing. Great place.

Took my son for sensory time and he really enjoyed himself, staff was very helpful and involved.

We stopped here on our drive from Florida to CT and we couldnt have been happier. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with my indecisive children. The play pass and the salad bar were great additions to our expectations. Weve already determined well be back again.

Was way too crowded probably exceeding what permitted by law. Tables werent being cleaned in a timely manner. But the staff was ver nice. Im just assuming they needed more staff on the floor.

I didnt get to eat but the staff I met was very nice and really seemed to like their job. They were great and very patient with the kids. Its great to have a place for the kids to go and actually see that they can play and not be a bother to the staff.

The food was ok, but the service requires some upkeep. Especially the Chuck E. Cheese mascot. When it was time for the so called entertainment, he came out walked to the front of the restaurant, threw candy in the air and left. It all took about three whole minutes. This is very upsetting, since the children look forward to that event, excitedly to just be left hanging, pretty much. No hellos, no hugs, no photo opportunities, it was very disappointing to say the least. Recommend to the time to take care of the customers a lot better in the future. Unfortunately, the children cant complain. Oh, I got my cold pizza, after I asked why I hadnt received it after, over 40 minutes of ordering. Not sure whats going on, here, but better management and better organization, and improved customer service is highly recommended.

Booked a birthday party on 2/22/19 and might I say it was amazing!! $24.99 for each child with all you can play games, pizza, drinks, and best of all our hostess! Her name was ariana. She was what made everything worth it. So gracious, kind, and fun! My two year old took up with her and wanted her the whole time. She was absolutely amazing and I’m recommending solely for her. Chuck E. Cheese Florence, y’all have an amazing crew member and she definitely needs to be recognized! Great job ariana!

The manger is beyond professional... takes time with customers and makes sure everyone is happy. The cashiers on the other hand act like they dont want to be there and get irritated when asked for assitance at one of the game machines because the tickets were jammed. No tech on call so the wait time for that is unbearable. Plan on driving out of town the next time the kids want to go to Chuck E. Cheese because this location sucks.

Recently updated with new games and decor. Always a ton of fun with kids and all games are a quarter each which is great because the kids can play all day without breaking the bank. Pizza is good but not gourmet. the overall experience is definitely worth it.

Love the hand stamp! Great safety feature. Hey kids had a blast. It was easier for the kids to use the digital cards then coins. Overall a good experience!

Definitely more space and brighter in this location. Pizza not the best but itll work since nobody really goes there to eat anyways. My grandson had fun and thats all that mattered to me! Wish there was a bit more for the under 5 kids to do.

Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to take your kids. Tons of fun games to play. The menu has kinda updated for the parents. Pretty good pizza as well. Neat little prizes for the kids to win.

I liked the upgrade to unlimited play time. They steeped it up with the 15 inch pizza for $4.99 I thought that was pretty neat.

I always enjoy myself when I come here, & then again, the trip isn’t for me anyways! My son enjoys himself with no complaints!! Very small location though.

Way overpriced with what they have. It seems to be alot of cheap games with very under presenting employees. The kids enjoy it but be prepared to spend the same as you would at a amusement park.

What can I say.,Kids love so this review is based 95% on my kids live for the place. I myself,not so much.,its always,too,crowded if you ask me. Birthdays are way to expensive and not personal,enough.,They get you in and,out for bday parties. One thing I can say is kids do enjoy it.,And,personally for me,the food has gotten better as I remember them,advertising the food,was going to become more,adult,friendly and,it did. They kept their word on that.

My kids had fun but when it was time to redeem their tickets after waiting in line about 5 mins, not to long, employee finishes with current customer clocks out and leaves. Never acknowledging the other waiting customer. Not great customer service at all. Need to hire people that want to work AND provide great service. Not to mention I wanted to enjoy the salad bar but bar was never set back up after lunch buffet. I arrive around 215 and left at 4 bar was still not set up!!

I will never return to this establishment, the manager walked around with a baby, passed the baby around to the employees as if the place was a daycare, employees were sitting down playing with the baby instead of assisting with the party, unclean hands while touching food disposable items that the kids had to eat and drink out of..Too many young employees no leadership, rude manager, she was on her phone most of the time that I was there. Manager was upset that I didnt purchase a ticket bag and demanded that I buy one, employee gave me small trash bag which I requested. Manager watched me the whole time waiting for me to go to the counter with my ticket receipt, she took my childs tickets, he had 138 but she only allowed him to use 38, i told her I would speak with the owner about this, she stated the owner told her to do it, they mustve forgot I had to buy those points in order to even play,...Was it that serious all because I wouldnt buy a ticket bag..Who does that to a child... Employees thought it was funny what she was doing... Myrtle Beach will be my new attraction site for kids..Btw the manager is a Caucasian slim 23 y/o...

I mean its no Dave and Busters but there isnt really anything else in Florence. When I come from Atl. the manger and staff are nice . As far as food its on par for a kids place I mean what u expecting Ruths Chris.

Alot of games were broken. But for $30 and two hours of play .. my kids had a blast so it was still lots of fun!

Great place for a kids birthday party.

We had the best time earlier this month when I had a birthday party for my sons 6th birthday! our host was very nice and handled everything wonderfully. i know my son was very happy and enjoy his evening. i even had family members wanting to go back just to have a fun filled evening lke that again. the only thing that couldve gone better was the machines constantly breaking down or having issues. everyone that was with us seemed to encounter some sort of problem. the maintenance guy was very nice and tried to keep fixing things though.

Very nice place. But today seems like chucky Cheese was slow entertaining are party today. Yall need some improvements.

Cleanliness: trying to find a table was very difficult; not due to being all occupied but due to the filth. The tables were all dirty the floors around all the tables were filthy. Also the drinking station and the floors around it was covered in cups spilled drinks also used lids it would definitely help putting a trash can close to the drinking station.Employees: Did I mention the table we decided to settle at was indeed clean by myself I would have not mind doing so but I started to observed the employees standing around each other talking and laughing like they arent at work throughout my ENTIRE time there. It also took 45mins to and hour for the other tables to be cleaned.Entertainment: The coins are out and are replace with cards I like and hate it. My daughter was having trouble with some of the games not dispensing the tickets that she won. And another game not beginning after she swiped the card and took her payment. An employee walking by helped her in both situation without any issues.Suggestions to management come out and walk your floors to see what is going on! 2 stars for the employee that was walking the floor doing his job. 1 star for the food.

Its overrated the games are lame couldnt get the kids to play any of them. Instead of you buying tokens you have to $10.00 for card that only lasts 30 minutes.
