We called ahead of time to check covid policies. Supposedly two people were going to be wiping down games in-between use, as well as mask and gloves required. We seen no body tending the games what so ever, and most the adults were not wearing mask or had them pulled down, and of course no body was wearing gloves and no one was enforcing safety precautions.Food experience was good hence the two stars instead of none, but we actually left before we used all our credits because of concern for all the people that were piling into the arcade.

The kids, husband and I loved this place, you do have to wear your masks but that was no inconvenience to us.

Nice because there was only a few people in there. But I only saw one cleaning station that is off to the side. I walked right past it. I would feel more comfortable if I saw people actively cleaning.

Food is absolutely horrible here!! this is the second time Ive ate here and had the same experience both times but i thought Id give it another shot, there wont be a third. I will eat somewhere else and then just come here for play. Service was okay, waiter was nice but took way to long to get anything. Games were fun though, thats about all this place is good for.

It was the very 1st time visiting both Florence, KY and Dave&Buster from Fayetteville, NC. Heard a lot about it especially commercial ads while vacationing, I took my wife and we both had a BLAST! We racked some points, enjoyed ourselves, and took home some stuff. We love to come back but we also waiting for Fayettevilles own Dave & Buster to be built in North Carolina. It was the coolest! Cant wait to be at either one...

Love this place.. usually. Was at Dave and Busters at Eastgate Ohio. can drink beer on gaming floor there. The one in Florence, KY wont let you eat and drink in the arcade. Didnt stay. We left.

We had our sons birthday party here, and could not be happier about the results. Booking the party was a breeze, and everything went smoothly. I had a little sticker shock at the initial price for the party, but it was well worth it. There was so much food, we had a lot of left overs. Speaking of the food, it was outstanding. I was not expecting much to be honest, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste. The kids had so much fun. Everything was easy, and went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful, and did a great job taking care of our large group. We will definitely be using dave and busters for future birthday parties. This facility is so much better than the other company located in Newport KY. The game selection is great and offers a lot of variety. Also, there are tons of t.vs everywhere to watch a game. The bar area is very nice and clean.

We were so excited to stop by on our way home. Right off the interstate, food, beer and games, sounds great. Unfortunately the food was tiny portions that couldn’t fill up a child, the service was slow and mediocre, games malfunctioned, and beer prices were insane ($5 for a miller lite can) we all left disappointed and felt totally ripped off. None of us would ever recommend this place to any of our friends. Such a waste of money.

The tortilla soup was awful sent it back everything else was good. Service took too long waited over 20 minutes to just pay the bill. The waitress looked like she didnt have nearly the amount of help she needed. Games were good.

Very disappointing...went to help support the business cause the parking lot is always empty. Before pandemic the food was great...now just a sliver of the food (limited menu) about 5 different entrees. So with that being said one would think theyd do a good job...not the case. Food was absolutely horrible... I wont be back.

Yall. This place. It is amazing. I did not know what to expect. The man at the front desk was so helpful. He explained everything to us. Our waitress was great. It was not SUPER busy, but definitely busy. Our food came out in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious. I could not have asked for a better experience!

The food was great but a little pricey. Also, we planned on paying the premium to get the Unlimited Game Play combos but decided against it after learning that the games included in that deal were quite limited.Fortunately, it was Wednesday and my kids were able to take advantage of the 1/2 price games.Also, I enjoy the atmosphere but with the music being turned up to 11... 3/4 of our group ended up with a headache before finishing dinner... so some of us went out and waited in the car rather than opting to purchase game cards.Overall, the kids enjoyed the night and dinner was great but, as a group, we were just a little disappointed... hence 4 stars instead of 5.

We have dinner and some of the food was not right and the art serving any draft beer. The gaming area was very clean and we had a lot of fun.

My husband and I have enjoyed this Dave and Busters for the past couple of years. Its exciting to have one so close - before they built this one, the next closest one was more than half an hour away. The games are pretty fun and there are some pretty good game chip packages! The food is tastier than you might think - I had a super yummy pasta dish and my husband enjoys the chicken tenders! Their drinks are alright. The bill comes out kind of high unless its happy hour, so shoot for that if you can. And they dont list their prices on the menu, so I find that a little odd. Theyre always changing up their layout and getting new games so its a fresh change whenever you visit next. And even though there are some wacky things in the shop youd probably never get, there are some cool things to keep your eye out for. Last time we were there, we got a dancing water sound system that works with Bluetooth and it was totally worth it!

I once had a birthday party here. It was great. My friends and I had a blast. However, I wasnt a big fan of their chicken fingers (but thats just because Im an extremely picky eater). The games were fun (although the game cards were a bit pricey), and the prizes were also cool. I had very fond memories here, I kinda wanna go back.

Great fun and a much needed addition to the Florence area. I went here last night with my girlfriend and enjoyed a few hours of games and drinks. We purchased a card with 170 credits and ended up refilling it with another 170. Be advised, there is a $3 activation charge for a new card. The selection of games were great, from air hockey to basketball to The Walking Dead shooting game. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is due to price. It is very expensive and can add up quickly.

I loved all the games and the best deal is ten bucks for each person, for 1 hour free games but you get no tickets. (something about tickets is you could pay hundreds of dollars on tickets and get a little dave and busters cup and a key chain) Ive everything other than that and that you have to where a mask i dont agree with that but overall was really good.

Went here about 2 weeks ago! The food was delicious, ribs and sliders were amazing. Our Waiter was also and amazing person. I can’t remember his name but he was very friendly and amazing! Games were games can’t really complain about those! Can’t wait to go again!

I love taking my daughter here we have so much fun playing all the games they have. It can be a bit pricey but will all the fun we have I think its worth every penny.

Always fun, watch and look for deals. Our kids are 7,5, and 4 and love any games. Not particular. We found a all day for 2 only $25. Kids had a blast. Food is great but a tad pricey.

Dave & Busters has an exceptional variety of games to play for all ages. Very fun , but overpriced. The food there is HORRIBLE. On a good day it MIGHT be average at best. My Busters cheeseburger literally smelled like a dirty vagina. Very disturbing.

Fun time for the whole family. But try to go on a weekday when its less busy. It gets crowded on weekends, and service is slower if getting food or drink etc. Been to bigger D&B but this one is still great for a lot less travel distance for us. Overall good experience. :)

My family and I have been here twice. We loved the food and the service. I had the fried dynamite shrimp. The drinks were good as well, the TNT Teas were so good we ordered four. All the games were in service and were clean. No complaints.

Half price Wednesday is always a good game day. Went from 100 tickets to almost 4500 in a 2hr time span lol. Also pleased with the staff sanitizing a lot of the equipment in between plays.

Eh. I dont like arcade games much. And I dont like chaotic places. But thats just me. Tell you what though, Ill raise my 3 stars to 5. Heres why. We had an amazing waitress. I was really impressed. She was extremely nice and friendly. She kept our cold beers coming. She put up with our huge birthday party table and kept it clean. She really helped make sure everyone had a great time and had everything they needed. We were there for several hours and she was never gone for more than a few seconds. She kept a smile on her face the entire time even when I felt like she probably had the right to be frustrated with us. I wish I could remember her name because she really was a stellar waitress. She had shorter blondish hair. I feel like she had a short 3 letter name maybe. If you know who Im talking about give that girl a raise because she deserves it. Fantastic customer service skills! Someone like that should be running the place.

Good gaming for kids. Terrible food service. Ordered Philly Cheese Steak. Took over 40 minutes to receive. When I got it it felt like it had been in a refrigerator for 5 or 10 minutes. Another hot order received late at our table was also very cold. Waitress did apologize and offered to replace it, which I agreed to, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for that. By the time I received the sandwich and an extra order of fries everyone else at the table was finished eating and the kids were finished gaming! The sandwich was just fair. The waitress did offer me a free sundae for my trouble. We wont eat there again.

Typical Dave and Busters. Games are fun. There is a bar with TVs if there is a game you want to watch. Some games are definitely more of a value than others. 3 games of ski ball are worth one person playing a newer game that may be lame. We spent about $45 playing games for 1 kid and 2 adults for a little over an hour and that seemed like enough time to do everything we wanted to.

We had a great time. Food was good and the kids really enjoyed the selection of games. Our server was awesome and took a pic for us.

Took my grandkids there for the first time last night. What a horrible rip off. For $30.00 we enjoyed about 15 minutes of play time. It is a very impressive place no doubt, but the cost is certainly prohibitive. My 8 year old granddaughter stood there in shock when after only just a few games she was shut off. Will start looking for other avenues to have fun with my granddaughters.

We had a GREAT time! It was my first time actually. Great atmosphere, workers, food, music, games, and whatever else I am forgetting. Spacious so people arent running into or all over each other. I felt as though everything was reasonably priced. The bartenders made some delicious drinks! I will be returning soon! I have some leftover tickets to spend, lol.

This place is a money pit. Food is okay, but overpriced — $22 for an okay 5oz steak and diet Coke. Food service was terrible. Atmosphere is deafeningly loud. You have to buy a card to even buy credits to play games. They use casino style tactics to sway you into believing that your just spending credits or units or whatever on games and not cash. Average game price ends up being about $1.50 and most of the games last only a minute or two. 90% of the game selection it terrible and amounts to one of two game types — shooters or racing. The best games were the mini carnival games, but theyre all miniaturized and cheaply built. The only thing there that actually looked fun was the VR experience, which cost $5 per person to play. Aside from a vague feeling of arcade nostalgia, the Dave & Busters experience felt empty and like a huge rip off.

Food, service and atmosphere was great!

Our food was great and arrived quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Updated games to coincide with new technology and maintaimance of existing games (one I wanted to play was broken) would be good ideas. Fun time, but room to improve.

Great for date night! This falls on the more expensive side of life so be prepared to budget beforehand. You will easily spend $50+ on tokens. It can be crowded during peak times with children and families. The food is good again on the expensive side so be prepared to spend.

Such a fun place. Crazy packed on a Saturday night, but thats to be expected, I suppose. This is just a personal observation, but this location seems small in comparison to other locations Ive visited. That may just be my impression.

Had a blast with the kids but just a heads up i took my 13 and 11 year old boys and my 2 year old daughter and the four of us had a dinner bill of $85 be ready! Then spent another $112 for game cards.

Great place to unwind! The kids love this place and it is super easy with the power cards. Just tap and you are playing! Wednesday is half price for all games and you can get more for your dollar. Food is good and the desserts are amazing. Bar and TVs keep parents entertained!

Our server Matt was amazing. He has great recommendations and is super super nice. If you have him as a server your guaranteed a wonderful dining experience.

Dave and busters is a good place to eat and play but the food is... so so... Typically the food is cold, over seasoned, or bland. I am not sure I have ever eaten anyhting and thought to myself.... I want that again! Good games but be prepared to spend some money.

The actual worst experience ever. The food took an hour to come out. The drinks were forgotten and had to be orders twice. The food was cold. The games were out of order in mass. Some just charged you and didn’t let you play. Zero cleaning of the staff... what staff you couldn’t find them anywhere. 0/10 returning

Ordered the BBBBurger, it was a frozen patty not prepared in house taste was Terrible. Service was ok it did take about 20 min to get a server to see us sitting down. Very disappointed and would not recommend the food at all.

Need yo turn up the AC and it would be so much more enjoyable would like to see some more classic arcade type games but amazing place to have fun, make sure to have hand sanitizer tho for flu season

Busters was great. We take our grand nephews there sometimes. They love this place and always have a blast. They have some cool kid drinks there. The kids get tickets based on scores to buy a prize from their store. The food is good, but bar type food. Adult beverages available and a bar. Great place to go. Also, we had a great waitress.
