Lived here for about 7 months. The owners are strict yes but that is how they keep this place getting better and better. I havent had a problem with people bothering my stuff and had a limb fall. Maintenance was out very fast to clean that and fix damages if you can offord this place. Come rent you one.

Not that bad of a trailer park. My inly complaint is that the trailers are packed to tight in there and no one has much of a yard. Besides that everyone seems to be very pleasant

Ive lived here 3 years now. its gotten alot better since the gibsons sold the park, the owners not a bad guy. people complain because the landlord doesnt hold peoples hands and baby them. if your late on rent pay the late fee. if you want your grass cut then do like i do and cut it yourself. or pay for them to do it.

The manager was very nice her and her family it could use some curbside appeal but didnt rent thwy had nothing open so maybe thats a great thing.

Amazing. Great people. Quiet area. Lots of room. They will work with you on getting a place at an affordable price. They always help with anything you need.

The land lords are not keeping the grass cut and some of the trailers need a match throwed to them.

Dont really want to review cause Id be talking about peoples families and lifestyles and you never know if how people live is the best they can afford so with that being said I just hope I never have to live in a place like that

Great place to raise your kids, they really keep the place under control and neighbors are friendly, and very good bout maintaining the place.

Trashy place needs some work could be nice it use to be really nice when it was falcon head an they had that big pool

Ha these ppl complaining cant pay the rent SMH Ive be in and around this place for years only times there is complaints is when the eviction notice comes!! Needs a proven prior rental reference before half the trash lies and moves in.. btw its not their responsibility to clean up your trash from piling up they spend enough time getting completely rid of roaches and cleaning trailers from the bunch of domesticated humans that move in!!!!

New Owners. Guy i spoke with was very friendly. Stated they took over place and are trying to gentrificate area.

Freaking awful, ever since new people from Oregon took over its gone down hill, there gonna be raising the rent for every tenants. Probably so they can afford all these new trailers that there getting all of a sudden, sounds like nuthing but scandals and cheapskates I would not recommend

They cancelled my sisters lease for not paying her rent and she wasnt even 2 weeks late on the rent. Then only gave her 7 days to get out of her home.
