I not for sure about this one alot bullies and partys and drugs. I live here so I mean its not a bad place the Southern pines people are amazing and really nice.

I want to see more people of all colors learning to respect and live around one another. Times has change so lets continue unity.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I drove here from Columbia, Missouri (straight through and it was a 20 hour drive). We had been in constant contact with the leasing agent there, turned in our applications, paid the fees, and were told by her that we were accepted and there were availabilities in the park. When we finally got to Florence we spoke with the manager of the office who informed us that we hadnt been approved and they had nothing available for a couple weeks. The website shows available trailers for rent and when I showed her she told me that a) the picture of the one we were looking at were a different price than the picture listed and it wasnt ready yet. There were also pet fees and other monthly fees that we were not informed of when we first told them we had a pet before driving here. We left very stressed and homeless. We have been living in a hotel room for 3 days now, frantically searching for a place to live. A realtor in the area informed us that this business has scammed a lot of people. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Affordable clean quiet great experience when buying my home. The process takes patients but a great experience.

Do not maintenance people yards do not take off bolt trash do not take care of the tenants would you need to all people move out on a daily basis than they move in rent is too high for not maintenance the property are taking care of what the tenants asked them to horrible place to live

It would be great if there was police or security riding around thru the neighborhood during the hours of 12am-5am

Management is awesome and very family driven. However, since living here going on 5 years I have addressed cleaning the ditch behind my home (which run all around the property), it fall on deaf ears. The mosquitos are horrendous even more so since the flood. I cannot sit on my porch and enjoy the outdoors because I’m dinner to the humongous mosquitoes. I have also addressed for years that there need to be fencing placed around the property which separates us from Tara Village. I had to spend over $300 to put up my own fencing because guys were shooting and running through the hole in the fence that was behind my home and there are many others around the property. They were running through here in mobs. I had to make it safe for myself and family. I’m a retired Law Enforcement Officer and moved from Brooklyn for a peace of mind and lower rents (sikeeee I was fooled), not to get killed walking out my door by errent bullets down here. The lot fee increases every year by $15. I started at $245 now a new letter in the mail state that it has increased again for November and now I will be paying $275. If I stay 10 years I will be paying close or more than $600 or more just for having my home on their property. I also am told that the residents are responsible for cutting these tough trees back that literally lay on these homes. I’m 50 years old so tell me how am I going to cut those mosquitoe laden trees down? I will be calling my council member again this week. I DONT WANT WEST NILE VIRUS FROM THESE BUGSSSS️ I open my doors and 20 or more fly in. These property owners (not the employees) are leeches of the poor.

Terrible place they will say one thing then another and basically steal money from you, even though one of their half finished trailer could have killed us!! I do not recommend nobody renting from them! And the manager and leasing Manger are very rude and night staff not good had to call the fire department to come check out the place!! Do not rent from them!! Im give them a negative ⚊

I shouldnt even give them one star because these thieves dont deserve one. I used to like living here but Im so ready to get outta here!! If u late on yo rent it a $100 dollar fee I mean really?? Im just paying rent I aint buying no damn house here. And the manager that works for them thinks she can do whatever because she is the manager. They messing with the wrong tenant(s) and if I keep getting harassed by her she will be just a paycheck away from losing her damn job. Nice property manager at first, but kinda pushy when it comes down to it. Rushes through paperwork in effort to swindle Needs to work on security issues. Also rent prices increase yearly.

If I can give advice to anyone, please do not rent or buy here. The manager has a terrible attitude, and everything is about money and no service. I tell everyone who is thinking about moving to either Southern Pines or the mobile home park located across from Southern Pines-Fenwick Grove, they need to rethink the decision. Both parks are owned by the same people, and as I said earlier, Katrina, the manager, is the absolute worst!!!! How did she become a manager?????????????

Nice place...but its to crowded to many mobile homes up on each other....

Horrible dont rent from here . They lie just to get you here. Dumpy and no lutious flower gardens. The playground is full of trash and shattered glass. Swing set is rusted junk and slide is not anchored in the ground, safety hazard more than a safe place to play. Make sure you lock up your possessions or they will get stolen. This place is a fraud and dont bother calling corporate, they wont call you back.

I wouldnt move there if the rent was free

Its taken good care of but the people that live there steal from each other threaten everyone and cause problems but other than that the place its self are nice and have a pool and small park
