My dad has lived in Mosbys Point for 23 years, its a sad day that I signed his place over to the new owner since he has passed. But I am happy with the person she is and glad I can contribute to her family getting their business up & running. They rehabbed & moved in to the neighboring place and now are going to rehab my dads place. Cute community, my dad never had any issues.

Horrible the trailer was full of bugs

We had a problem with our electric and they had to dig our yard up to fix it, it took 2 weeks , (we had no electricity except for running extension cords ..the first part of November , this is March it’s still is a mess ..they have not fixed our yard at all we can’t use it but yet we’re paying for it ..I do not recommend this mobile home park and we are working on getting out as I speak ..

Weve lived here for a little over a year and love most of our neighbors. Office management has changed a few times. The men in office are personable and professional. It seems things are only going to get better!!!There is a problem with teenagers and kids being disrespectful and destructive. However we have a nice police presence which has made our neighborhood saver by far.We have an amazing location too! Close to just about everything but far enough out of the city for comfort. Plus there is a nice little park by the clubhouse. Our children love playing there!With everything on the upswing we are happy to call Mosbys Pointe home!

Hello !! 1st Mosby Point Its Self.. Away from or not Affiliated with Management is a good place to live Great Area Great Neighbors...2Nd at Hand Management and any and all of there Staff are completely and Indescribable the worst I have ever met.. I purchased a mobile home there in July from a Person. I paid cash There was no back rent no liens no Mortgage owed nothing... After obtaining my title I went to meet management where I was totally surprised when they Tried to Extort me by saying there was 5 months previous rent owed...... After this talk with management I left knowing there would be an Eviction notice coming to me... What I did not Expect was for it to come in the old Owners name..The Management knew I bought the home and owned it....we had 1 summons sent to the address in her name... My wife and I went to the Court date even thou our names was not on the eviction as the new Owners we have Major (Interest) emphasis on that in the eviction since the address is OUR recently purchased home.. Well it was cancelled no court... We never received no more notices.. One morning our we had our Door Knocked in by Boone County Police saying there was a Warrant of Possession.. It was In the old owners name....Not Mine ..After being removed by Law enforcement Illegally we spoke with an attorney and required our home...On 11/8/2019 we was served again and Removed Illegally by Law Enforcement... Shortly after that we come driving by checking on our (Interest) Where we found Management,Maintenance Personnel and another person that does not work for them Loading up our Personal Property... I immediately called 911 to report a theft and was surprised at the fact after showing law Enforcement that I own the home and that the Warrant of Possession had been wrongfully filed in someone elses name they said they couldnt do nothing... My property totally in more then $15,000.00 in tools and another $10,000.00 in total value was stolen By property Management and Maintenance and still leaving my wife and I Homeless and victims of how a Mobile Home Giant can Go file False charges in another persons name with the Courts and Law Enforcement and even after providing proof you Legally owned it was treated like scum....... I am Already in the process of filing New Charges on them and was Already had talks between there attorney and mine while this occurred... I do not recommend this management nor its staff to anyone...Update...11/20/2019Well not only are they the way I have said they are in above statement.. The have completely Robbed my wife and I.. And They Can Say No they Didnt That it was Given to them In Court as A Warrant of Possession.. That was filed in the old owners name that did not own the home since July and Both The Maintanence personal and Manager Have known I am the owner.. But still pretend that what they are doing isnt illegal.. Plain and Simple Is Crime at its Finest.. They have had people in and out of My Home.. Let me say again MY home... Do Not ever rent from this place.. The maintanence personnel also has Stolen property that belongs to a Family member of mine Radial arm saw A Motor Cycle trailer and much more .You know who you are man I have witnesses...you need to return all property .. Do not ever rent from here... They have STOLEN $60,000.00 dollars of Personal private Property Not including Mine and My wifes home $20,000.00 but have lied cheated and stole the entire time I am and will still seeking an attorney to Sue you and I hope place you both in Prison....Update 11/29/2019 well as you can see homeless completely robbed of everything we have no help from the courts Or any of the local news ccompanies and heres one of the papers used to take our home funny thing is we dont live in Danville Kentucky We LIVE IN FLORENCE KENTUCKY....... But I guess its okay to rob people now right and neighbors just sit around and dont care wait till this happens to you ... Sad dam days in America is All I can say when neighbors and Community people courts and police Allow this Illegal act to Happen ....

So we were told that we were approved to get a trailer there. we put the down payment and then we were contacted by the loan company that said our income was not enough. It has been since 11/29/18 and we have been calling to get our deposit back and still have not received it back. my next move is to contact a lawyer to get this taking care of. This is now holding us up from moving somewhere else.

This place is not well maintained at all. They let trees over grow into the streets oh, and the ponds are completely mossed covered.

Really needs attention. No is ever in the office and they never answer the phone. Getting something fixed on their end is next to impossible. The park could use some cleaning up both cosmetic and the people who live there. You want to feel safe in your home.

Its a real big housing comunity. Family orientated. Not all people there are great but most are.

The roads are freakin horrible. They will take ypur tires and front ends in places

My husband and I are very much happy here. The people weve encountered are pleasant and the neighbors are nice as well. I like that its peaceful, day or night.

Nice clubhouse with AC for activities. Small basketball court and a great playgrounds. They REALLY need to address the problem if the goose droppings everywhere, though. Almost impossible to walk around.

Tried to get us to buy a mobile home that we just wanted to rent. They kept on pushing the issue.

Be careful these people will rip you off!!! Lived here for a year when lease was up we gave a 30 day written notice that we are moving turned the keys in on the 1st. Called a week later about getting our security deposit back they say we are not getting it back because we didnt leave a written notice that we was moving and that we didnt turn the keys in by the 1st which both are complete BS. Now we have received water bills for the place for the month we didnt even live there over $300 for water and sanitation!!!!

Dirty and dogs run around no Leach, and a pig that not getting proper care. Cracks in the road. Kids running in the road.

Very nice for holiday get togethers

Cant get anything fixed. Been without electric in bedroom for over a year. Above the range microwave went out 8 months ago and cant get it replaced. Just not a good experience at all.

Lot rent goes up every 6 months the roads take forever to get fixed when they get torn up a neighbor of mine moved out and it took probably around 4 months for someone to come around and start cleaning up all the debris that was left from the movers moving his home out and I have two young children that love to go outside and play and that was dangerous because they were sharp objects laying around all over the place so me and my son started cleaning it up thats not my job and theres hardly ever anybody in the office when you call it when you go there
