I have been here 8 years. 5 owners in that time. New owner putting in beautiful new homes..however the havent repair ruts cause by new move ins. Its been a year. Trees need to be tended to. Lots of trees need to be topped out to make them safe. Also dead trees need to be taken down..other than that...my neighbors are awesome.

I have family that live there. My suggestion, security patrols. I retired after 22yrs in security, not many issues, but high visibility will help. Family member is satisfied with the management.

Are you kidding,,run away as fast as you can...I would still run,you rent new homes and fix nothing.sewer lines broke and the odor. After months of broken promises you take them to court and kick them out of their homes..

My personal experience WASNT the best. Bought a rehab mobile and it got broken into. Changed the locks and they kicked in the door frame. Got my $99 back. AMY & DON mngrs were very nice [but] no one patrolling. No thanks. Park has new OWNERS. Expect upscale changes in future.

Told me on July 10th that my trailer would be ready in 3 weeks. And then again in August told us 3 weeks. Then a week ago said they were setting 4 a day and would be ready by September 3rd, so I go in today to make sure after I stopped at my bank and get told another 3 weeks!

Very poor place to live the office is never there and I have been charged multiple times for things I should not have been because I own my trailer. Example for 4 months they tried to charge me for thawing pipes they did for my neighbor and now extra water charges.

I have friends that live in this vicinity. Roads are paved better now but, I really wish that the little street that isnt supposed to be used to enter the part connected that exits to Pasadena would be a street we could all use.

Sad. I was saddened by my drive through to see the homes & land b so devasted.

This place is horrible nothing but slumlords have been living here for 6 months and have paid rent on time and they have not done required maintenance to my trailer or anything as a business should be handled.
