The management is friendly and the homes are nice.. Im so happy me and my fience is moving here soon

Nice quiet beautiful peaceful place to walk around at night

The management is horrible, even though you rent your mobile home it is your job to fix anything. And the maintenance people have no clue what there doing and on top of that they would much rather party. I would never recommend wasting your money. Plus before move in they tell you one price for rent and than when the first comes, its completely different

I take back my previous comment people are just so busy and its hard to get to everyones phone call. The events that happen within the parks clubhouse for the kids is outstandingly amazing and I love that its for all ages. Residents are really nice and great environment and kid and pet friendly. I would recommend living here.

I have lived here since January 2019, and i absolutely love it here! Management is great, i love all the kids and their parents. Great environment to be and raise my little one!

Ive been living here for two years now and have had no problems. If anything did arise the manager and maintenance took care of it imediately. Highly recommend living here!

Such a welcoming place to live. They are working on a lot of upgrades. The manager is easy to work with and very friendly.

Nice and quiet

As a resident here for 4 years I have to say, DO NOT COME HERE. The management is absolutely rude to us residents, they cant even weed the office garden but jump down everyones throats about the grass being too long. They are CONSTANTLY coming up to your door and taping some ridiculous note to your doors and ruining them with the tape, the paint on my door has now started coming off in big sections from the giant pieces of tape they put on my door. GIANT POT HOLES in this whole entire park, one being right in front of my driveway and they still havent fixed it after its been here since the beginning of the year. Nows the best part, the mailboxes! I went to get my mail today and the mailboxes are GONE. No stupid little letter from park management this time though, this seems like a good reason to make one. I guess someone ran all of them over and upon asking when theyd be fixed, I got an extremely rude I dont know from someone inside the office that wasnt the park manager. For your own sake and sanity, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I absolutely hate this place, 4 years has been too long and once its warm Im out of this dump. Dont give these people your money, find a nice home to live in. This isnt it.

I would not recommend anyone to ever move here. The way this place is ran is for the money and they do not care about the people who live here. They will do the bare minimum, if that, to take care of anything that needs to be taken care of. It was recently bought by a new owner who promised changes but its really just the same old half done stuff that it has always been. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else. If you do have any problems, there is no one here who will do anything about it. The owner will not talk directly to anyone to address any issues, just tells you to talk to the one and only person that you have already attempted to resolve issues with, which is pointless. Youre left with nothing to do but deal with the problems and try to warn others not to put themselves in the same situation.

This place is going to pot , I dont see it lasting much longer ! The management is horrible they demand more from the residents then they themselves are willing to do. Keeping the grass mowed where no one lives .street lights remain burned out for years vacant sights are overgrown with brush drainage issues, on and on ...
