My absolute favorite place to get a tattoo in Fayetteville. All the artists are amazing, super friendly and are the most creative with their work. All the passion in this shop shows through their work as well as the shops overall environment. The artist here truly care about their work and the happiness they can share with their customers. I gave this place 1 star instead of 0 because u have too. So I paid a deposit an waited 3 weeks for my tattoo an the shop canceled on me the day before my appointment. I asked for a refund an they told me they dont do refunds. I didnt cancel my appointment they did,an I was coming from out of town., so beware they are shady they must have needed the money. They will cancel u or try to reschedule u at their convenience.

This was my first time going to New Addiction. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They treated my husband and I like family! My tattoo artist was Thor and he did an amazing job on my cover up!!! He took what I wanted and somewhat made it his own which turned out phenomenal!!! He took his time and made sure I was comfortable! He didn’t even mind taking a little break due to me getting a little lightheaded, he even gave me some candy to help lol.... overall an amazing experience and will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!

I got my septum done there during one of their sales in February. My friend got their nose done for $30 and I got my septum done for $30 as well!! Normally it would have been $60 but he gave me a killer discount due to some confusion of pricing based of their instagram special! He was very personal and made me and my friend laugh a lot and very comfortable. The place is Spacious, very cleanly, well decorated and allows privacy. Overall amazing experience!

The best, I got my nose pierced here the other night! I went in totally nervous and not sure if I was going to really do it. Went to see Mike after an awful experience a few states away with my piercer not securing it in place properly.He was very gentle and was able to make sure everything on my daith was secure and would not come loose.He also gave me advice about what jewelry I could get later on.I will definitely go back to this shop and will recommend Mike when ever anyone wants a daith or any piercing.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Having my tattoo done by Alexis has been a whole new experience worth mentioning. First, let me start off by saying that i have 2 previous tattoos that i got somewhere else and the time and attention from them is no where near to what Alexis provides to her clients. When I went to see Alexis I had ideas of what I wanted. Alexis was able to put my ideas together and tell my story. She took her time, gave me her vision, and we made it come to life. She even redid one of my pieces and boy does it look like a different tattoo. Im glad I took her advice because now everything goes together. My multiple pieces became one!!!!!! This experience will only keep me coming and this is only the beginning of what I have left ro do.

The atmosphere was great, I followed Alex here and will continue to go back. I Luke how up to date they are and how private The rooms are. The only downside is there seems to be a lot of hang arounds that do not know this is a place of business and not everyone wants to hear about you can get it anywhere.

Amazing place! I love the atmosphere, people, and work done here. Ive come in to New Addiction on two occasions, once taking my friend in for a septum piercing and the second for my own tattoo. Both instances I was treated politely and the area was very clean. The piercer did a very clean job with my friends piercing and was very thorough about the after care and a fun person. Same when I went in for my first tattoo, done by Danny. He was very nice and helpful and did an over all wonderful job.Going in I heard laughter and smart comments poked back and forth which in my opinion helps makes the best atmosphere!I will definitely be coming back for future tattoos and I always recommend them to anyone I talk to about tattoos or piercings.

Alex has been my artist for a couple of years. She has done both of my arm sleeves and I could not be any happier in regards to her artwork. Her greatest strength as an artist is how she and I have developed a collaborative relationship. Alex knows what I want and has worked with me on the specifics of colors and intricacies of the designs. She is one of the best on developing original complex geometrical designs and the best color schemes that you can find. Thanks again Alex for such an awesome experience!!!

I spent months going from shop to shop finding the environment and artist that would be the best fit. After coming into New Addiction multiple times I always got the same treatment. They wanted to help you find the best artist for what you were looking to get and actually allow you to speak with the artist instead of having to put down a large deposit to do so (unlike many shops I went to). The employees at the front desk were polite and easy to work with.I decided to use Cesar and I am so glad I did. His work is fantastic. He took his time to listen to what I wanted and getting the perfect design. This is a permanent change you are making so it is very important to have an artist who will listen and work with you. My piece turned out better than I could have imagined.

By far the best shop Ive ever been to. Get your ink from Alex, shes the greatest!! I have three tattoos from her and every piece is perfect. Seriously yall will not be disappointed.

My daughter had a horrible experience with a tattoo by another artist. Adrian went above and beyond to cover it up for her. Im amazed at how talented of an artist he is. He came up with a design and went to work freehanding the entire piece. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. I love how the shop features many canvas paintings throughout done by their artists. An extremely talented group of people. Truly artistic.

I enjoy the artist. They really dedicate to personalizing your tattoo for you and wanting to give you want you want. It helps immensely to know what you want before you go in to not waste your own time. The only thing is the haggling of price. Some work is worth more or less to others. When you go, dont be fooled into thinking a simple tattoo is worth more than it is. However, be fair. But overall the environment is very comforting. Each artist has their own room, which I think is pretty cool.

I was a walk-in and was told I would have to make an appointment because no one would be available to do my tattoo so, I was super bummed out. When I have the mind set to get a tattoo I want it now, not later. So, I gave my info to the front desk and she said she would call me if a spot came open. In the meantime, my boyfriend was getting set up to have some writing done. While we were waiting at the front desk a tattoo artist came up, looked at what I wanted and said she could do it since a client cancelled. I was stoked!! The tattoo I got was of a Black cat with the scorpio constellation and moon in its back and a blue eye. This tattoo has a special meaning for me as my Mama passed away in August of 2017. She had an all black cat named Cocoa who was killed about 6 years ago and that was her baby, my mama loved cats so, I chose the black cat in memory of Cocoa and my Mama. Ashley, the tattoo artist added the scorpion constellation as that was mine and my mamas sign. The original art was a Black cat silhouette with some stars, clouds and a moon. Ashley added special touches that I will never forget, lol! She made this tattoo amazingly perfect with amazing detail. Ashley is light handed so it was easy to sit ghrough the 2hrs it took. I am so grateful, I chose her for this extremely special tattoo of my heart and soul. Ashleys drawings are one of a kind and she has an eye for detail. Her special touches, made my tattoo that much more meaningful! Ashley was laid back, funny, kept conversation, easy going, detail oriented, a perfectionist with her pieces, I love Ashley, she is my new tattoo artist! I recommend her 1000 times over! All of the staff I came into contact with at New Addiction were super friendly and very professional! With a laid back atmosphere, clean and sterile environment, free coffee, vending drink machine, clean bathrooms, oversized lounge waiting area and food within walking distance, this is the ideal place for your next tat! This is truly the only place I will go to have any ink done. And if I can help it, everyone I know will go there as well. Adrian is a truly great artist and visionary. I came in with an idea and he came back with a work of art that depicted everything I had visioned. He can see your vision and put it on skin as if you were a canvas.

During a short trip back from a deployment, I wanted to get some work done. I was only home for 10 days and when I came in they were able to fit me with short notice. Danny did my work and he was absolutely amazing. He came in on a Sunday on his day off to make sure I was able to get my work done before I left. We did a solid 5 hours and it came out even better than I had imagined. I just gave him a couple of pictures for reference and let him run with it. I can not wait to go back to get more done!

So it had been 3 years since I got my last tattoo so I was kind of unsure about where I wanted to go and get another one. I had heard so many good things about New Addiction so I decided to give them a try. I loved my experience from beginning to finish. My artist Jezabell Morgan was amazing she took the example I brought in and made it into the exact tattoo I had been trying to picture in my head. I will definitely be coming back to see her to get more work done in the future.

My sister has gotten tattoos from here before and highly recommended them. I came in for a tattoo of some of my mothers hand writing along with some flowers. Brandon was awesome and made getting this very sentimental tattoo really special. I cant wait for my next one.

Adrian & New addiction were recommended to me after a different shop in town left me with a shoulder piece that left a lot to be desired... I cant say enough good things about this shop.. If your one of those people that can allow an artist to just do their thing.. then this is the shop for you. Great artists that can take the spirit of an idea you have and make it something truly unique. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else..

So first off we have to drive an hour total the day before for apt to pay down payment for myself and uncles tattoo. Okay so we did that..they day of our appointment we had a time slot for 1pm. Well we didnt even get seen till 2pm bc he said he had to finish the details of it. Well it took him an hour to finish 4 numbers so it made me believe he didnt even have it drawn ahead of time like he said. He said he was gonna draw and send us a pic of it but never followed through with it. Then he worked on my uncles tattoo for 30 mins and then took a 30 min break to work on it for another hour. So by this time bc Im out of town and he took so long i couldnt even get mine and they would not refund my money when this was this artist fault. I had to either waste the 50 dollars or put it towards my uncle tattoo. What a horrible experience. I have had tattoos and not once has it ever been this bad. This tiny tattoo cost him 200 and this was a horrible experience. We paid a deposit to hold our spot and we were explained that ots because they draw tattoo on their time so its incase someone cancels and they spent time on drawing but yet it took him an hour to see us bc he said he had to do 4 numbers on our picture which it wouldnt take an hour.

Adrian Warwick has been working on me for almost 5 years. AMAZING! The new shop is fantastic! I was there on a very busy Saturdays getting some work done and one of the other owners ordered like 20 pizzas and tons of drinks for everyone who was waiting and also the artists. I thought that was such a fantastic gesture. I personally suggest Adrian Cz we work well together with ideas for new tattoos. But I also know a few of the other artists who do fantastic work as well.

Got a tattoo sleeve from Adrian. It started with a consult with clear guidance on what I wanted. He then turned it into his artwork. He also raised the price that was agreed on without prior knowledge. He was consistently started late by over an hour, he also would work for 2 hours and quit when I booked for 5. Wouldn’t be an issue except the appointment was booked over a month out. The work ended up getting covered up. Don’t waste your money on this artist, I lost over a grand, by getting the run around.

My husbands appointment was cancelled by another shop EXTREMELY last minute, on his birthday, so I called New Addiction. The lady who answered the phone was extremely understanding when I told her what happened. She put me on hold for a minute and came back and said that Jezabel could get him in for a tattoo that night. We were beyond excited. He said it was the best tattoo experience he’s ever had. Jezabel was cool and made him feel very welcome. Her art looks awesome and New Addiction has gained some new loyal customers. Thanks for being so professional and caring about your clients. New Addiction Tattoo is the place to go to get a new tattoo. So far I have gotten two tattoos from two different artists and both came out looking like top dollar tattoos. The water color tattoo I got has not faded one bit and water color tattoos are one of the hardest tattoos to do without it fading at all. Also the second tattoo I got the artist was able to incorporate my existing tattoo into it. I have no complaints for this shop, everyone is friendly and they remember you. I always recommend this shop to everyone.

I see a lot of people I know posting and promoting New Addiction and I wanted to give my 2 cents.So my experience with New Addiction was spending $50 to reserve an appointment with an artist that took 5 hours to ever get me into a chair to start my tattoo. I wouldnt have waited that long if they would have been willing to refund the $50. I also wouldnt have cared if it took 5 hours to get in a chair if the artist was designing the tattoo. Instead he kept leaving with his wife for God whatever reason.After I finally got into the chair the artist was only able to do the outline because he had to leave again. After that I just went to the counter and paid my balance and got the hell out of there.Typically I would just take the loss and move on to something better (which I did The Chop Shop). But I have heard the same story I have from a few other people. I realize that there are some really good artist that work at New Addiction but this was my experience. I had a bad experience with the artist and the front desk and I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you are wanting to get tattooed.

Adrian is by far the best tattoo artist I have entrusted my body to! He did an elaborate entire back piece for me to honor all Armor Soldiers in the United States Army and it came out perfect, just perfect. I showed him the picture and gave him free will to do his own with it. I cannot express how great it turned out and all the compliments I get about it at the beach!!

When I went in for the first time I was greeted quickly and set up with Jezabell as a artist to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and when I came back to start the tattoo we spent a lengthy time going over it. She has major attention to detail. I ended up getting a much bigger tattoo then I originally thought about (completely because of me) but no regrets about it all. Two sessions later (one line, one shading) I have a piece that I am beyond happy with and I am already thinking of ways to add to it. With having a piece that takes up more then half my back, I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me and make sure we were on the same page. I will be coming back at some point hopefully for more work, just have to save more pennies.

I went here to get my eyebrows microbladed, Savannah did a great job and talked me through the whole process. I havent had any tattoo work done here but I saw a few of their binders & customers and they all seem very talented. The artists are polite & make you feel at home. Overall, I do recommend them and am planning on getting some piercings & future microblading done. If my artist ever leaves I would consider this place for tattoos as well.

Zakk did my nose piercing, his area was extremely Cowan, he was proficient & gentle. Tech did mine, my husband, & my sisters first tattoos, he did phenomenal work & made us all feel very comfortable. The shop is clean, quiet, & All the staff is knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable & they advise you on how to make your tattoo look the best to fit your body type & size.

Well I got a tattoo from kerry and I got over charged for my tattoo Im not happy bout the price ..I didnt know that I was getting charged twice for a piece on my upper right arm after my wife asked if it was paid in full and they said yes .I got over charged and plus got scarred in the process ..so if anyone gets a tattoo from kerry just know the guy DNT come in for less then a 1,000 dollars in which opinion no one in this town is worth that much. So with that being said I will not go back .they have a problem with lack of communication up there .and no I I didnt do anything to my tattoo but take of it and I got four scars from it not happy about tht at all ..yes gald to see I wasnt the only one getting over charged for artwork .they are MONEY HUNGRY UP THERE ...SRY TO SAY THIS BUT NO ADTIST UP THERE IS WORTH A THOUSAND DOLLARS A SESSION THERE IS NO WAY ...so by me saying that I will not be going back there for nothing else nor will I recommend them to anyone else they just LOST MY BUSINESS

This is honestly the best tattoo shop the few bad reviews are just people either being impatient or hateful or smoking dick because there isnt a rude person in the store they make you feel at home and they show people mad love. After getting the run around from Best Ink of Fayetteville I was very disgruntle. I called ahead and talked with the receptionist at New Addiction and that evening got with Tech and got the tattoo I wanted. Great atmosphere and friendly people. I wont go anywhere else.

This is the best shop in Cumberland County. The artist are amazing. The shop is clean. The environment is amazing. My artist is Jon Dump and he is by the best artist. Only one I will trust to tattoo me.

Jonathan Dump did tattoos for my sister and I before she moved to Germany. He worked with us to find the right font we wanted and they came out so perfect. I had heard nothing but good things about New Addiction and Ill definitely be back for more in the future!
