The store is well stocked for a multitude of crafts and hobbies. Once you understand the store layout, you are able to navigate to your particular hobby supplies.With specials and coupons, it is easy to shop and save money also.

Best store ever. Went in there for a art set for my daughters birthday and found one much better and cheaper than the one we looked at. She was so pleased with it, and that made me feel good about my selection.Hurry hurry go to Michaels

Staff was nice but very thin. Lines were long. Like many other stores, Michaels is gearing up for the season that starts after the one that hasnt happened yet. You should be able to get New Years decorations by the first of November. Christmas decorations may be out of stock by then.

I like this store a lot, but you have to be careful whit the prices of the products when they are in sale. They sometimes put the signs in the wrong place or they dont separate the products on sale from the others and you may have an awkward moment with the cashier.

Normally staff is pleasant. The checkout clerk was overwhelmed with trying to take care of several things at once. She forgot about customer service. She was rude to me and raised her voice to me unnecessarily. I understand her stress. I hope her days get better

I called to find out if my order for pick up was ready (2 items) 2 hours after I placed it. The person on the phone was rude and hung up on me as I was asking if I could just come in and grab them myself since clearly 2 items takes way too long

I feel like Michaels here doesnt take the craft game seriously. The store was significantly dirty and disheveled.And for this visit I was surprised to not see the Halloween town or the Christmas town up.Oh well.

Been a while since I shopped here and I struggled with changes in the store layout. There were some empty shelves. Hmm, while that makes sense considering the pandemic, it was disconcerting. I still found what I was shopping for and my granddaughter found nearly everything she was looking for. The 3 stars is because I didnt enjoy shopping here today.

Ive been painting since I was 8. When i was young I shopped at michaels. I hated it then and I hate it now. Their customer service isnt good at all. They never know where things are and after 20 years I thought they would be better. I started shopping at ac moores about 10 years ago. Best arts syore to and now there gone Im so sad. At least hobby lobby ia back open.

Best Craft Store Ever!

Very helpful staff. Had my oldest daughters college diploma framed after she was killed in a car accident. I had purchased the frame from another place and they were very helpful in doing this for my family.

I was very excited about the new store opening but was quickly disappointed when I got there. I couldnt find things and like things were not together...the jewelry stuff. The isle were extremely narrow and it was not a comfortable shopping experience. I go to Michaels in many different towns, and this is not one that I care to visit again.

Its no Hobby Lobby. Its small. But the staff is super nice and the prices are better than hobby lobby. They even do a price match discount, honor competitors coupons (hello hobby lobby 40% of coupon!) and have military discount. I found what I wanted when I went. I will now always check them out first before going to other craft stores thanks to the helpful associates and low prices.
