The Riverside Nature Ctr is an awesome place. Tucked away near the Animas River and beautiful walking trails. Enjoy seeing the wildlife.

Always the place to be when you want to be with nature and see some wildlife. There always seems to be deer here.

A beautiful viewing area and lots of souvenirs you can buy. Great for hiking, or spending the day with family. I mostly go by myself for the good photo opportunities. Lots of wildlife, and of course, the beautiful river.

Love to take the kids here! However there is an old lady who is SO rude to children when you go. She won’t let them touch anything and tells you that you can “ come inside only for a couple minutes”.

Very nice people and the deer hanging around were amazing.

Always a great experience. Even if the site is closed for the day, you can still view the wildlife at the pond. Never know what animals you might see enjoying the park!

Very well kept grounds. Nice place to walk or run. Bring your kids and the dog, but please keep our land clean!

This is a local favorite especially for families with small children. The education center is very informative. The walk is best in late spring or early fall when you get the best chance to see migratory Birds.

Best place Ive found in Farmington to walk a trail and enjoy trees and creatures.
