I dont know if its up to the city to fix their roads or the owners of the property, but the roads in and around the place are bad.

Residents say mngment is nosey and the way my mind works I dont think it is normal for a power trip for a person who is receiving my money.

Not great place to rent house are run down

The roads through the Mobile home park are rough and have lots of large pot holes all through the park. The lighting in the Mobile home park is not good at all. There are a lot of cats running through the park.

Great place to raise cockroaches.

Kinda shady place, but I hear they owners help residents in need out as they can.
