Good place for life

I love my neighbors and the community atmosphere but the office personnel are not easy to deal with. For example today is in the 90s with very high humidity and dew points and our community pool is closed so many of us bought a pool and now were getting noticed that we.are breaking rules!! I think Greg and mr.gustuphson need to lift this crazy rule!!! For this summer!! The owner and manager are heartless and dont care about their residents, yes maybe I should move but I live ny house and the.area I live, I think the manager needs to go, we need someone that has a heart .

I have no clue how people can leave poor reviews of this park. Im shocked. Its in the perfect location. Surrounded by tress. A hiking trail. A big play park. A pool. Two community rooms. Annual picnics with prizes and food and events. Personable on-site management. All nestled in a growing suburban area only minutes from major shopping and local schools. Just on the border of Apple Valley which was voted #1 city. And the lot rent is under 500.

Clean looking park.

Its like other neighborhoods. Its what you put into it. There are pets. Few cats on the loose. Parking is ok. Daytime is parking on the street.

Weve lived here for just over two years and really like the community, most of our neighbors, and the manager. The manager is always helpful and always seems to be at work or running around the park. He could use an assistant. The maintenance does a pretty good job, although they seem short-staffed sometimes. Still, no complaints and we are happy here. Like most places, home is what you make of it.

That is something else

Grew up here. Its one of the nicer mobile home community, but not a lot of maintenance on the over all park as a whole, huge area where a baseball diamond used to be, the basketball court coulduse a little TLC. The pool is great but to many children without adultspresent. People speed through the park ALL the time despite. children being present.

Weve lived here 8 yrs..really like everything. More maintenance and care need to be done. I dont understand why it took the park nearby 2 yrs to get rid of a eyesore and a half of a home..with no occupants no electricity. Trashy!! Glad its gone.. Better Grooming of the lots that are empty and make it more presentable for the next prospective mobile home resident of Country View. A few speed bumps should be put in..with many driving over the posted speed limit, not stopping at the store signs. With residents out walking, children around.

Not the first place on the list of places to live thats for sure. Its better than most section 8 though. Some are very well taken care of. Others, not so much.

Havent been here

Weve lived in Country View for several years, and have had family and friends whove lived here and in the area for a long time. Weve always found the staff to be genuine and helpful, even though it seems like they work a lot of long hours. Its a nice community. We always look forward to the National Night Out event in August--great food and lots of fun.

Traffic is crazy coming in and out of the park and it smelled like a skunk and pot were on fire for a couple days a week ago.

Looks somewhat run down. No expectations to keep their property up

Was only there because I was getting pulled over and was just at the entrance. Other than that experience it doesnt look too pleasant.

Nice park but the office workers are barely available because they are at the bank.

You would think that they would do something about the abandoned trailers in their park. It just looks trashy.

They keep increasing lot rent to fix and replace driveways but NOTHING has been done.
