We purchased a mobile home from the community in May of 2020. We got an extremely good deal. There have been some minor issues that needed fixing such as the subfloor or some issues with cosmetics. All in all it was a good deal because we got a good price on the home. We did have to agree to keep the home here in the park for 5 years, but there was an early payout option in the contract. The neighborhood is quiet. If we have any issues with the office is quick to handle the problem the best they can. All in all our experience with The Mesa has been a good one.

Im happy my son found a home to buy here... He is only 18 and they have treated him so well...the park is nice. It is well kept... I really like it!

Love living here so far. Love my neighbors. Manager is good always listens and does the best she can to resolve your problem. Friends and family live here also. Where I live its quiet with no problems.

I was hesitant moving here, but the experience and the environment has made it home. One person in particular at the front office that I deal with made it all so convenient for me. They acknowledge my concerns and address it in a timely matter.& April is amazing!

I have been to the park several times and it is always clean and beautiful. The maintenance crew is usually bustling around and making sure things stay in good repair. The office girls ate very professional and helpful.

if they see a family member visiting with pets, they slap on a $500 fee to the unsuspecting residents. Even if the pet was only there for a moment. SMH seem to be a little to greedy for extra $$.

Great helpful staff. Got a great move in deal. Words can’t explain how wonderful the staff is from the Beginning of our process to sign a lease and living in our new home.

The park was so nicely maintained. It looked clean and inviting. We could tell that they were working on the roads so the fact they were a little rough was excusable.

If ur planning to move here, DONT... there doing all these things around the trailers which is making everyones life harder... roads have been torn up for the last few months and nothing is getting done... they want to charge you for eveything... their coming up with more and more regulations...

We were helped right away into a home we wanted. Lots of info was given, questions were answered. Has a great community. And the main office informs residents, like myself, of any outages and reasons through email or through phone. That is priceless.

The staff are very friendly and answered all my questions. Very respectful.

It is rustic look and feel in side the park..Also a great job to the servants an mangers that work hard for the people

Bad people and owners are worse

To be honest this place does not make you feel at home. I strongly recommend on anyone who is thinking of moving their trailer here to look at other places first. I have been noticing many people are moving out. Im not one to write negetive reviews but I just had too.

Was a good trailer park 12 years ago everything was taken care of and safe neighbor hood and the manager help made arrangements if u had too , as u know rent add $20 every year .it seem like back then was good now everything is about new rules cant do anything it has to be approve before u do anything around ur yard ,so I see thats this trailer starting to look empty .their still a lot more to this but as u already know nothing we say changes it ,dont have nothing against new management just the way they do things

This place is a labyrinth. I can never remember where anyones house is because they all look the same.

I really like this place.

Crime rate is high and its practically every neighbor for themselves here. If the owners are gonna be raising rent then they should atleast invest that money into the property to make it better secure instead of driving around in their golf carts trying to find someone to give ticket about their 1 of weeds

It use to be good to live at The Mesa but now that they have new management its not so great. Their always harassing tenants about every little thing. It just doesnt feel like home anymore and crime rate has gone up. For a person whos lived here over 10 years i sure feel like im walking on eggshells all the time. We shouldnt have to feel this way when we call the place our home.

Moved in 6years ago. Over the past few years alot of positive improvements have been made! That made the community alot better!! I was sad to leave. Especially the amazing ladies in the office, and the maintenance staff was always so helpful and nice! Never had an issue other then some of the neighbors could care less if you have an issue with them. And they dont like to follow the rules for keeping their dogs on leashes. I dont think the issue alot of other reviews have is the managers or the way its ran the issues are coming from other residents who dont like to follow the rules.

If you have to live in a mobile home park this is definitely one of the better ones places for kids to play, quiet, slow drivers.

Rent is too high! You would think we lived in a five star community not Even close! Aside from all the vandelism that occurs our vehicles have been broken into many times! And our trash can was lit on fire. Never leave anything in your own yard thieves well steal you blind

Management is horrible, only one from front office thats pleasant is Edwyna. Dont move here , rent goes up they cheat you on electric and good and leaving notes on your trailer that tears up the paint. Move on

Horrible management, rude manager, trying to over price rent do to new ownership, trying to change stuff that been here for a long time in example home owners have to get rid of their dogs that have had them for years, raising rent more and more and nothing gets fixed or repaired tho even they charge more money from the people
