It was a very clean & well organized RV Park. Excellent priced. Easy to navigate to everything Farmington has to offer. Diane & her team go up & above to make sure your stay is stress free. Was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

My husband is working in Farmington and staying in this park. It is a nice, well cared for park. The management and owners are professional and work with normal folk well. As far as Farmington is concerned, I am grateful for the screening process they preform that other reviewers complained about.

We spent just over a year at sundowner with our fifth wheel. Ray and Diane were very gracious hosts, and Jonathan was great! He was always very helpful and attentive to our needs. The facilities were very clean and well kept, and we always felt safe in the park. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in the area.

Sundowner is nice, quiet, and secure. Its a bit higher in price than the other RV parks, but clean laundry room with no waiting, clubhouse, and plenty of shade makes it well worth what little extra they charge. I lived here one whole month...never heard one loud voice, or disturbance. Ill be back.Second stay, They are friendly and caring. I caught the virus during my time in Farmington, and Dianne practically adopted me during my illness. She went to the store for me, spoke with my family, and basically treated me like one of the family. Its a great park, and I recommend it to anyone.

Easy access and close to many stores in town. The tradeoff is that this is more of a mobile home park than what we have been doing (rv camping). At our site we do have full 50A, water, and sewer, but the site is so small we really cannot put out the canopies, and there are no provided picnic tables. Good for a night or two as we are doing. The place is clean and well maintained, so if you need a travel break this just might be the spot.

My husband and I lived at Sundowner Park in our 5th wheel for about 1.5 years. The park is clean and the owners have done tons of updates, and continue to make improvements. There are great people who live at the park and travelers who come and go. The owners do a great job of screening people who live there and do not tolerate people who break the rules or cause trouble. This park is definitely the best one in the area and the owners are wonderful!!Pros: rent is affordable and there are onsite amenities including laundry facilities, gym, game room, and a dog walkCons: the surrounding neighborhood can have some characters at times - but the owners are vigilant and very responsive; we felt safe the whole time we were there

Diane and Ray are wonderful hosts. The park is very clean and lots of shade trees. Highly recommended if you’re coming to the 4 corners.

Had to stay for several days at farmington due to a family member who had to stay at the San Juan Hospital.The RV Hosts were all very helpful and kind. Got everything what we needed at the CG. Nice, quote and shady place.If in Farmington... this is the place to stay!

I have lived here at Sundowner mobile home and RV park since September of 2013. The rentals all look like new and are very well maintained. The rates are very affordable as well.The property owners/managers, Ray and Diane are Christians and I have the utmost respect for them. The maintenance crew does a very good job at keeping the property well maintained. Any issues that I have had have been taken care of in a very timely manner.There is a small park with walking trails along the river next door and a larger park with picnic tables, BBQ pits and tennis courts a short distance away. There are many small mom and pop stores in historic downtown Farmington and a Safeway within walking distance. There is also a Wall Mart a short drive away as well. I highly recommend Sundowner to anyone looking for a quiet safe neighborhood to live in.

Great park very clean and quiet owners are awesome people if you are ever in the area this is a must stay. I would recommend them to family and everyone. Couldnt ask for a nicer place to stay

Easily best place Ive ever lived. I made the mistake of moving once but I quickly realized my mistake and returned!

So-So and Overpriced for RVs -- This is a mobile home park with a few spots for RVs. We camp all over New Mexico, and this place is overpriced as an RV spot. It has no amenities -- no restrooms or showers, no picnic tables, fire rings, shade, or in some sites no water or sewer. Supposed to have internet but it is slow to nonexistent -- we gave up on it. What is does have is small spaces for RVs, very close to next slot, with electric hookups. Sites are level and clean. The place feels safe. If you just need overnight for a place to sleep its ok, but again, overpriced for what you get.

The park itself is nice the owner however is HORRIBLE to work with ! Good luck if you go here ******contrary to what was responded lived here for over a year on lease with boyfriend no criminal history or credit problems and even went so far as to recommend them to family member in rv overnight stay who also had problems. Homes and park are nice management not so much

I came to Farmington from Ann Arbor, Michigan seeking a peaceful, secure and affordable place to live in my 25 ft motorhome while working as a registered nurse at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, NM. I also wanted to be as close to Shiprock as possible to minimize commuting time. After visiting many RV facilities in the Farmington area there was only one which satisfied all of my requirements, Sundowner. This will be my permanent residence for 3 to 5 years, possibly longer, and I couldnt be happier. Sundowner is a tranquil well-run no-nonsense community of friendly neighbors and very helpful management staff. If youre looking for a community which looks like a graveyard for neglected RVs and like to make lots of noise and engage in obnoxious behavior, Sundowner is not the place for you. Diane and Ray look out for their tenants at Sundowner and ensure that their stay is peaceful and enjoyable. I have never had the slightest concern about my safety, security or property at Sundowner. It is a community where neighbors look out for one another and keep a close eye on all who pass through.Dont take my word for it. Come to Sundowner and see for yourself!

The lady was not nice she said she only rents out her spaces to people that are on jobs here. But her Web site says to rent a rv spot or trailer. Told me I was not her kinda people she doesnt even know me. Shes very Judemantle
