A piece of my childhood with a beautiful view. Loved it!

A great carousel in a great building. Definitely worth a visit. But dont they need to get the elevator fixed.

Carousel ride is 2$ ride could be a little longer, and theres a little restaurant, food is good,fresh, sandwiches and salads, ice coffee is great.

Fun day, except the AC doesnt work and the windows dont stay open. Please, fix the windows.

What a wonderful piece of history in a gorgeous waterfront location!

We are not from the area. The only reason I found out about this place, is because a nice woman came up to me and asked me if I was there to learn about Fall River. I said my family and I are here to see the ships. She smiled and said Enjoy, dont forget to visit the indoor carousel. I walked past it, but had she not said anything to me, I would have figured this building to be closed. It is seriously under-utilized. The downstairs is empty. Tables and chairs are bare. There appears to be somewhat of a snackbar counter, again, bare. All the doors near the seating are closed and locked with signs saying not to open the doors. Do they ever open these up? Its such a shame this looks so forgotten. Signs saying paying customers only can use the bathroom. Water bubbler that shoots to the ceiling. The carousel itself was okay. Some broken things, again, with signs stuck to said items. Appeared to have at least 2 staff members but no one was riding the carousel. Just some people sitting around. Its pretty and magical for kids. My daughter had fun on the short ride. I have to wonder if this place ever gets busy?

I am only giving this a rating of three stars not because of the carousel the carousel itself is amazing but the staff and the conditions of the building are terrible first we were there with our 90 year old dad and my wife in a Mobility device and were told the elevator was broken so we were forced to climb the stairs while climbing the stairs on the third stair from the top the stair is broken and our 90 year old father almost tripped on the crumbling step on top of which they dont want to fix the band organ so it plays canned music not the best representation of a super historic piece the staff just doesnt seem to care and complaining fell on deaf ears

Brings back wonderful memories! It is an incredible piece of art.
