Im on the executive board so Im a bit biased but its an awesome place. Sadly there are no tours at this time. However the gift shop is open from 10 - 2 every day. I volunteer there on Mondays. We carry interesting and unique items. Come in and check us out!

Love this place. The gift shops are unique. The book choices shed light into Fall Rivers vast history. Most of all the perspective of Lizzie Borden could be very different based on their collected items and research. Beautiful house and grounds. Knowledgeable staff. The history is wonderful!

Outstanding historical facility, locale, professionals! Fascinating to visit, I spent 2 days simply engrossed in the architecture and furnishings of the era. The Lizzie Borden collection surpasses any other, I was transfixed. Remarkable! Michael Martins--, the curator, has a knowledge-base that is unsurpassed. I was honored to listen this him. Truly.

Best place to stop in fall river and that comes from a borden fanactic. I have been dreaming about seeing the lizzie borden house for around 30 yrs and went here first. I had a hard time leaving. The house has hand painted ceilings. Gorgeous staircase and great antiques. Its a must. They still have lots of good Lizzie artifacts as well.

This museum is a hidden treasure. The house is impressive and very well kept up. But my favorite part of the museum is the gift shop! Unique and beautiful gifts are for sale here. They have a Christmas ornament section that is large and I often find special gifts here.

I went to this museum many years ago. I had my picture taken with Michael Martins (there is an accent mark in his name, it is pronounced MAR TEENS). He was wonderful. He took time to explain everything Lizzie Borden to me. He was the one who told us if you look closely, you can see the camera in the mirror of the murder scene. I never paid attention to that before. We were treated well. The grounds were clean and nice. Our vacation was very pleasant. Stop and see the historical society.

I am on SSI. Can someone who is an FRHS member get me in as a guest. Should I break in and go to jail for sneakin in to Lizzies house. I think the Sullivan maid did it. My great great grandfather for some odd reason moved from Quebec moved from Quincy to Fall River. I am interested in finding out why.ADMISSION PRICESAdmissionAdults: $8.00Children (Ages 6-14): $6.00AAA Cardholders: $7.50FRHS Members and One Guest: Free
