Very nice muni course. We played after a few days of rain so there were some mud puddles in some fairways and around some greens. Not as much elevation changes as Pali GC but better fairways and greens.

Walked nine holes and it was hot. It was also a lot of fun and course looked good

This course has no pro shop, no restaurant and you have to go down a staircase to get to your golf cart/course. They use gas golf carts so its noisy. No driving range but they have a putting green near the first hole. The fairways are below average condition but the greens were in average condition. The layout is good and a little tough to walk because the distance between greens and tee boxes on some hole are pretty far. The pace of play was average, took us a foursome 4 and 15 minutes to finish. The parking lot could use some work. At least its cheap to play there.

Fun course to play. Gets warm during mid day and early afternoon. Not too many hazards.

So why is Westloch different from other Municipal courses. Cup is raised to expose metal ring . Ewa village has an insert in cup so ball can fall into hole

Although this course gives you a lot of different looks at each hole (both fun and challenging) the fairways leave little to be desired. It wasnt crowded when we teed off 10am. Theres lots of parking, no snack bar or restaurant, but there were a couple of vending machines.

Not bad for a muny

Conditions were pretty good considering a lot of the course is still under repair. Pace got really really slow starting before the turn all the way to the end. Lots of trees have been removed which clears up some lines of sight but overall its about the same as it was years ago, including the repairs to the streams/drainage canals.

Average municipal course. Wierd layout. Lots of ground under repair.

Decently paced play and nice enough for a muni golf course... The thing is if Muni courses just knew that if you fixed it up a tad more it could be a five star experience

One of the better City and County golf courses on the island of Oahu. The greens were recently aerated and still it was an enjoyable day of golf.

Municipal hold on Oahu is great. Fun track. Some really easy and some really hard par 4s.

Westloch golf course is in excellent shape as far as the greens go and most of the fairways as well although the fairways are quite firm. My only complaint would be that the is no clubhouse concession open for business. It has been closed for years and that puts the onus on the golfer to be very self prepared with food, snacks, etc. They do have water coolers on several holes and their is a vending machine at the check in counter. Restrooms are clean and also available on the course as well as the clubhouse facilities. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hard to beat this course for the price to play. I throughly enjoy playing here. I just wish they would reopen a concession stand. Miss the old days of Davinas smiling face and ono pupus and being able to grab some refreshments before and after a round of golf.

Very clean and quite course , for the most part the greens are well kept w/very little crevices. The prices are really good and the carts are almost always available.

Only play front nine nice course

Well worth the small price. The green and fairways are in good shape. Not crowded during the week. Great value.

Good course and decent price

The grounds were decent and challenging. The foursomes were back to back so playing quickly is a must. The fairways dried out pretty well after the good rain prior to opening. Good course. Clubhouse needs work.

Unprofessional golfers, not all just the inconsiderate foursome behind. Balls hinting the green when were on it, not to mention all the near misses in the fairways. Everyone in a rush, so why play the game. So much in a rush why not take up bowling and leave the greens for those who enjoy the game.

I was there doing PR for our company, 1st Physical & Functional Rehab and had a blast, got to drive the golf carts, which Ive never done before. Food was great, the staff was awesome.

Its not really a park... Its more of a parking lot feel with a club house building

Worth the price

For my first time on this course it was ok, even thou my group got stuck behind a couple of big groups that wouldnt let us pass. It was all in all a pretty challenging course

Theyve done some nice new landscaping, use to have very hard fairways now its fairly decent not bad for the price with your muni card

Since they have cleaned it up it has a lot of character. Would like the greens to be less fluffy on the weekends.
