This beach is huge. It has a playground, naturally shaded area with trees for a little party or hangouts, basketball courts, bathrooms (3 stalls in the women’s), and at least 3 showers. The parking lot is a bit small, but there are other areas nearby that you can park your cars.

Beautiful white sand, gorgeous blue waters, no trash on beach or park, small groups bbqing respectfully, adequate parking.

This is a great location for doing fun with your friends . I spend good timehere with my friends and the water is too clear

Surprisingly, they was not a lot of people this morning. There were a few people and a few homeless people that was friendly. Parking was great, it did not start to fill up till about 1 p.m. today. The bathrooms were pretty clean. I enjoyed the surrounding.

Small, quaint, awesome sand and perfect views of Waikiki from afar and the sunset to the west.

The beach rivals others around the island with its soft sand and beautiful blue waters. With great chances of seeing a few sea turtles, the beach alone is reason enough to come here... its the beach park that sets it apart from the others. Its a great place for parties and family gatherings... There are bathrooms, which is always nice. There is a good sized concrete pavilion with tables and a small stage and its all covered for good measure. There is a playground to keep the little ones busy. There is grass growing to every edge of the huge lot so if the pavilion isnt your thing there is plenty of space to set up somewhere else... in fact, there is enough space to accommodate multiple large parties without being so close that the music from one interrupts the music from the other. There is even a beachside basketball court. If you cant find what youre looking for here then I just dont think what youre looking for can be found at all.

Any beach is awesome. Was a little rough for our younger kids but still beautiful. Loved all the parties going on along the grass as you head to the actual sand.

Park has a decent amount of parking. Beach is nice, has a covered area where, it seems a few homeless have set up shelter.The park has a small playground for kids, and water washing stations. Over all decent park good access to beach.

The beach was clean. There was a nice play park for the kids. The restroom facilities were clean. There was even a place to shower off the sand.

Although a far drive into the unknown parts of Ewa...definitely worth its secluded space

Great place to relax and enjoy beach time

Like coming here because its close to my home, has showers and bathrooms, and overall its a nice place. There are some homeless people that will congregate near the pavilion but honestly that seems to be a trend at most beaches lately. They dont bother anyone but some folks are sensitive so it so heads up. The waves here are usually choppy but my 6 and 8 year olds really enjoy it. I do t get in beyond knee deep because I dont want to get battered around. Most days well enjoy a rainbow over Honolulu and watching the sunset over the houses to the west. This is a fairly popular beach but it seems like the parking is adequate

Pretty relaxing and quite place. The water is clear but it has to many loose rocks and people fish here as well.

A Relaxing place to be away from the noisy downtown area. There are showers and restrooms. Basketball courts and a playground all in this area. Great spot to bring the family or just come alone and relax

We had went to lagoons the day before so the bar was set pretty high. Ive got 3 children one if which is 1 and not many trees around for shade(forgot canopy) but they do 1 large pavillion. The water it self was pretty rough that day so keep and eye on your children and there were some pretty large rocks also.

Just did a drive by on a drive around the island. Stopped for a few minutes to look at the beach. Looked very nice.

Always a nice, quiet, & relaxing place to hang out and listen to the waves/ocean. Clean bathrooms & showers, lots of grass and parking, and a great view of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki.

Pretty beach park near Ewa Beach. Big white sandy beach with views along the south coast of Oahu all the way to Diamond Head. Few tourists come out this far so the beach doesnt get crowded.

Dirty beach, rocky shore. Good if you just want to lay in the sand and watch the waves. Not good for much else.

Great little beach park with beach access. Little playground, restrooms, and beach showers are also present.

Its so relax and the water is fantastic. But, for now me this place need one bar for you can drink water or eating food, for example.

After many failed attempts at finding a family friendly clean beach we hit Google and searched for one last beach when we came upon Puuloa Beach Park. For such a large place it was very clean. Lots of trash cans to clean up after yourself. As Oregonians we pride ourselves on keeping our beaches clean and we were impressed. The locals didnt seem to mind that we brought our large group of choir kids to play. The tide was coming in and our kids had a blast in the water.

The beach is amazingly clean and open. Its a ways out of the way so its not a touristy area. Lots of locals and a decent amount of parking. There are beach house rentals, some nice ones also. The beach is drone friendly. Theres plenty of space to grill ar the park. I would definitely return.

Tether ball missing from pole. No ants ruining the Easter egg hunt. Water was great. Picnic area was huge. Parking wasnt too bad.

This place is all about family and the views.. it has a great beach, warm water, beautiful golden sand.Views of Honolulu and Diamond-head. The water was warm plenty of marine life and its a little protected so swell isnt crazy. This is the stop for aircraft viewing.. commercial and military......Heaps of parking please make sure to look after valuables as there was a car that looked like they were broken into (smashed window)!

Great beach! Great sand! Wonderful view of Honolulu and Diamondhead! The water was warm and the waves were just right. If you love to watch planes land or take off, this is an excellent location to do so because the airport isnt too far away. Enjoy!!

Great beach to spend the day at in Hawaii

One of my favorite beaches so far (there are 150 on the Island of Oahu). Its walking distance from my home and the perfect place to go after work and chill, watch the sun set or take a quick swim. Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki or Ala Moana.

While the beach is nice and is a public beach, there is a residential community around it. Thus they have a checkpoint at the entry, checking ID, car insurance and registration. That would be fine but the staff checking are extremely rude, demanding random things and making you feel really unwelcome. Oahu is home to so many beautiful beaches - skip this one. Maybe that’s their goal - to make it hard for the public to visit a public beach and reserve everything for the residents!! Nonsense

Good beach, nice waves for little kids ages 2-4. But good aloha vibe, feels like home. No drama and its a very nice placed to be.

Walked the beach from our house to this park. Encountered a seal on shore on our way! (Walked east to the park)Beautiful space and water. Very clean. Nice and quiet. It’s away from the city and also wasn’t particularly busy.The rocks are pretty close to the shore, but they’re generally smooth. Waves were fine. Safety was not a large concern at this beach.You can hear the shooting range nearby which may detract from your experience. They could also use more shade.Overall good park if you want less city and less crowds. It’s not a beach to go out of you way to see, but it’s great if you’re in the area.

Its a place on the leeward side of Oahu. If you grew up in Ewa Beach, we know it as HauBush. Awsome sunrise and sunsets. Drive right up to the beach, park facing the ocean and Chill.Mahalo NN705

Looked way better than usual when we went. Bathrooms looked good and park was nice and clean! We totally enjoyed our memorial for our cousin and all our ohana and friends that day. Lots of room for plebt of folks to enjoy the park and the beach!

I love this place... Only the experienced swimmers would probably feel comfortable here . But if rocks and reif dont bother you then this place is awesome... Plus you get to see planes is action because its next to dillingham air Field. Love it out here. RIP dillingham airfield victims. We wont forget you.

First time there and It was the worst experience.Didn’t know getting to the beach required a pass.Didn’t understand why guests with dogs are to park in cove 1 but needed to walk 4 coves over to get to cove 5 for dogs.Walking to get to cove 5 wasn’t scenic either, we walked on the street side because the signs said no beach access throughout.To say the worst as we were walking through the coves there were dogs in each of the coves and the parking that we each passed there was at least 3 stalls open... seriously.I don’t even know why I was so compliant to the rules when there’s no one to police the beach.Sheezes That was ridiculous and dumb.Felt really bad for my corgi, she didn’t enjoy the long walk.Never again.

Pavillion for shade. Just make sure you know the first come first serve rule. So if you really need it for a weekend party, be sure to spend the night before to reserve it, otherwise you may risk having your party in the sun or rain. Other than. That, its a great place for big parties because of the gigantic field. However, I cant give it 5 stars because the bathrooms are in horrible condition.
