Ferran Park is decorated quite nicely for Christmas, especially for a small town. The park is very nice since they renovated. Very family friendly and a great place to bring the kids.

Fun park for the kids to play. The sunsets are amazing. The new walking paths are so nice, flat and wide. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy and evening or afternoon. The docks and walkways are also great for fishing. Great place for a date night to stroll around after dinner and/or drinks downtown

Very nice park with a great walkway along the lake and lots of new benches and pavilions. Hoping they add some tables soon so you can sit and eat too! Beautiful military memorial there.

Nice walk along the lake. One bathroom on one end of the park. It has walkways that go over water. It also has a small playground for the kids.

First time visiting and it was nice! Great view of the sunset and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained!

This is a nice little Park. Quite a few morning walkers take this route. The only negative would be the homeless people that have found this a nice place for a nap or to spend the night.

I just love how beautiful and peaceful the park is now, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a spot to relax and breathe in some fresh air.

A small park with a nice Christmas tree, and pier. Not much else.

It felt so good to be back in my home town i love being there.

I go here in the mornings to take in the breeze, the sound of water, and quiet (even though theres traffic nearby, Im referring to people).Ill need to bring a cup of coffee now and then.

This park is absolutely beautiful, with some of the best sunsets Ive seen! Ive lived close by for 2 and a half years now. I cant wait to see what it looks like once it reopens!

Fun place to watch the Sunset. Was there while comet NEOWISE was passing closest to earth and got a really nice time lapse!

This place is a treasure and the water way is filled with trash. As you know, the amount of plastic and debris is not only harmful for the wildlife but humans alike. How do we get people to clean the litter? Who would I call? Let’s keep Eustis a clean, safe place.

Love sitting there by the beautiful lake.They have been doing some remodeling in the park, looking great. I love downtown Eustis, so beautiful at night with all the wonderful lights,and brick side street .

The park has a very nice lake view, especially sunsets. There play area for kids is underwhelming and theres another playground for smaller kids that very old and dated. But it definitely gets the job done and keeps them entertained. Overall its nice and peaceful place to go and enjoy the sun and close to downtown shops and restaurants.

It was nice, we walked on the boardwalk, we saw a lot of birds , we saw people who were friendly, Some were fishing, others were resting. They have a nice play area for the children, the restrooms were clean , nice and ample parking area. Walking distance to downtown Eustis, overall it was beautiful

Instead if the little board walk on the lake,,,Well it would be nice to have a pier for the guys and gals and kids could fish.If your worried bout little kids out there then put up a 3 foot rail along it...That would be awesome

Wow. Lots of hurricane destruction but recovering nicely. Friendly staff. I bought a FL state park pass so I took advantage while traveling home to IL. The state of FL has many nice state parks.

It was beautiful and relaxing. Met a nice man and talked for awhile. Friendly area

Great time beautiful park and weather. It was the 118th Celebration of Georgefest. That had lots of benders, food trucks, buskers (street entertainers), WWF like wrestlers, Carnival rides and the headliner was none other than Blood Sweat &Tears. Great venue and of course great funnel cakes. Make sure you make it next year.

Nice and quiet place. Very good for a walk around the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and watching people fishing or rising the boats around the lake.

Night nice place to watch the sunset over the lake. But as soon as I got out of the vehicle I smelled dog poop in the air! It lingered the whole time I was their. Seems to me like they need to have more dog poop disposal areas and signs to tell dog owners where they are.

One of the prettier parks Ive been too. Great sunsets, kiddie park and great walking paths. Free concerts at the band shell regularly.

Its fun to watch and even feed the different kinds of birds here. Also close to a public pool and a good ice cream shop downtown. The lake view is beautiful as well with plenty of shade. Perfect for a picnic day.

My family went for a walk after eating out. It is so nice at the park. We enjoyed it very much. The thing it needs is more lights. As a women I would not feel safe to walk after dark unless more lights are added.

The rope climbing area was challenging and fun for my 4 and 8 year old. Nice padded area under all of playground. Easy access from downtown and train ride.

Such a cute and quaint park. We love it. There is also a splash pad but I couldnt get picks as the water would have damaged my phone. Lol. 5 stars.

Great Park specially during the holiday. They only things is there is a lot of bugs. Because is right next to the water. I recommend bring some bug repellent.

Nice place to just relax by water. My grandson loves the parks. Great place to walk or jog on the boardwalk by the water. We enjoy watching the fish and turtles in the water. Listening to the music or bands playing at the restaurants on the strip.

Nice park on Lake Eustis. Lots of benches and picnic tables in the shade. Aggressive squirrels.

Not much to do for younger kids. Kind of boring.. the water park is sub par at best. Literally just a slide and a few swings. The rope area is good but unless 4 years old or older... you cant do anything.

We love coming to this park. There are so many things to do at this park! We always have a great time. My kids love the playground and looking at the lake. The main playground they have dubbed the climbing park. The restrooms are not always the cleanest, but they always have toilet paper and are open no matter when I have gone. I love going and watching my children play. Watching the lakeside with the boats, birds and other lake things. I also like when they different venues such as first night and many other festivals. When I have gone to one of the festivals that had a music performance in the bandshell, there was a playground right in view to watch your kid and the performance at the same time. Makes things so much nicer when you are a responsible parent and trying to spend time with the fam. This is such a great park.

I would give it a 5 star, but there are way too many gnats.

Easy to get to and plenty of shade. Nice band shell and seating area for concerts. On the lake a plus and publice restrooms.

Very nice waterfront park in the heart of downtown Eustis. Enjoy a walk along the shores edge and the boardwalks. Be sure to checkout the local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Theres many choices for entertainment in this beautiful Florida city. Two favorites are The Bay Street Players and Wine Cellars:Uncorked.

We love it there. There are 3 playgrounds in walking distance,the aquatic center, a museum fishing,a boardwalk,restaraunts, ice cream shops, thrift store, old fashion pharmacy.... It goes on and on. Absolutely love it!!!

Beautiful lake side stroll with the kiddos, full of playgrounds too which with 2 toddlers, made it a hit with everyone! Oh and you go by a train track, its pretty cool.

Its a nice place to go to if its the closest thing to your house, like if you want to take a walk, look at the lake, or take your little kids to the park. To be honest though, youd be better off going to Gilbert Park at Mount Dora since they have a bigger park, a beautiful lake with docks and even some woods to walk in, and a nice downtown to walk at. My opinion.

We were just visiting Eustis and found this quiet little park. Its a nice place to relax on a bench and watch the sunset.

This is a great park to fish at, it also has a really fun playground for the kids, restrooms, and a nice walking path.

This is a nice place to bring the kiddos! We stopped for ice cream before enjoying the view and playing at the park.

Dark. Needs more lights. Especially at Christmas time. Not handicapped accessible. Nice if you go in the daytime.

This park is good and has come a long way. The older playground by the city pool although has some dangerous parts. The steps look like they will collapse anytime now. And the swings shake so much that my daughter felt uncomfortable and she got off.

Its cute and has great views of the lake. Nice and quiet.
