The kids absolutely loved it. We took the playground path today. There was a long boardwalk in the woods through some beautiful land. Will be returning to find Walnut Creek!

Easy trails through the woods. Picnic shelters are nice with a playground. Not too crowded or far from the city.

Trails are nice for walking, running, biking, bird watching, or just exploring. Playground is fun too.

Assume trails love taking the dog there!

Asbury is great! There are a lot of trails to hike with some hills and the creek to enjoy. Can be muddy in places. Leads over to Browns Farm hiking trails.

The perfect place for a day with small kids. Our dog even loved some off leash time playing fetch in the creek!

Great for family, mountain bikers (fairly strenuous), cross country runners, hikers, picnics, pets. Pavillion available for rent for larger activities. Small nature zoo nearby. Nicely maintained trail. Some muddy spots this time of year (March). Public restrooms available around the playground.

I LOVE this park! I have visited 3x so far and still havent seen all of it!

Great place for a quick bike ride, run or walk. The trails are a bit narrow in some spots and can get somewhat congested on hot summer days. All in all, a great place to get out and enjoy some vitamin D.

Asbury park is a hidden getaway in the middle of Millcreek. Beautiful walking and biking trails, a great playground for younger kids.

Family friendly place.

Small but great park. Has a handful of trials, playground for the kids, baseball diamond, tennis courts and a huge parking lot. You can walk the trails from different endß of the park. Always clean, rarely see trash around. Awesome spot to get some exercise in or take the dog for a walk at.

Always a tranquil wooded hike...but usually very muddy. It would be nice if gravel or mulch could be spread on the trails.

Asbury Park has several improved trails. The trails are mainly dirt or gravel. It also features a wonderful boardwalk over the wetland area. One trail leads down to Walnut Creek, where my family enjoyed wading in the clear stream. The playground area has been up-kept and there are bathrooms with real running water! They also have picnic pavilions and picnic tables. This was a very pleasant way to spend a day! It is a great Park to visit in the Erie area.

Good plce to walk

Always love Asbury park. Took 3 clients here for a picnic lunch in the rain. Great covered pavilion suitable for their needs. The only complaint, the walk to the pavilion is t thst easy for them. Great area great times.

Great place to bring kids. And its free. They have events going on all summer long. Nice trails to walk and enjoy nature. If you go inside the building there is a gift shop and an activity room for young kids. By the way did I mention that its free to the public.

Great park we go there all the time

The park was clean and very kid friendly. My 15 month old daughter and other kids had a Blast. I definitely recommend taking your kids there!

Great place for a picnic with a playground or (my favorite) a walk in the woods. There are a number of boardwalks over the swampy areas but it can still be muddy in spots if it has rained recently. But its beautiful and peaceful.

Great nature conservancy with fantastic programs and educational facility. The nature trails are well groomed and easy to walk. The playground, courts, fields are well taken care of and usually free from riffraff and trouble makers

This is our go to place for a quick hike. Beautiful trails. Basically like a forest oasis in the middle of erie.

Its a very nice place volly ball. Court nature trail play ground swings.. very cool place would go back ... Oh yea they have bathrooms that are handicapped accessible

I’ve been to Asbury Park quite a few times.. the most recent was absolutely amazing. I didn’t realize the trails were as long as they were, my boyfriend and I spent probably 3 hours exploring. Wonderful, wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful, it is a cool place to visit especially if you take alot of the unbeaten path, takes you up on some 60 ft cliffs, and waterfalls.

Great place to nature walk. Had become so popular that dog owners no longer think its necessary to clean up after their dogs. Trying to enjoy the quiet of the eoodd, people think its ok to talk loudly. I still love the area but shame that its become popular with the obnoxious crowd.

The trails are easy to follow and its a lot of fun. I cant wait to go back in the summer.

I grew up not far from here and visited a few months ago. Its a beautiful place to be, with plenty of trails and plenty to do. Very well preserved and maintained. Even more beautiful than it was back in the 60s & 70s. Its totally free to visit and will provide generations of enjoyment and educational value...I love this place

Good trails for running, hiking, biking

From trail hikes, to nature walks, to playground time, to nature classes, this place is wonderful!

Asbury park has a great location. But the playground equipment hasnt been updated in years. Its clean and comfortable. I just think there is an opportunity to make Asbury park a really great place for locals and families. But sadly it remains outdated.

Great walk in the woods, nice walkways

This place is fantastic. Tons of well maintained trails (and some hidden ones) that range greatly in difficulty. Great for riding bikes or walking. I think snowshoeing is also fun here but Ive never tried. Lots to see and some great bridges and walkways (these are built by the boyscouts).

This is a great park with a spacious pavilian and plenty of picnic tables. There is a volleyball court and a very nice playground.

Amazing trails and hidden waterfalls. Its the best place to hike around here.

The trails here are easy enough for the whole family to enjoy. The wooden bridges are wide and sturdy. You can walk them or bring your bikes.

Asbury Park is the best place in Erie for nature walks outside the shore. There is a fantastic set of trails to follow and a lovely creek to play in! Make sure to bring your bug spray!
