Spent $200 dollars on 2 different cards one card was not set up correctly, meaning that we lost tokens to play with and we where told nothing could be done. Some claw machines got prizes stuck and we were told it did not count. And on top of it all they wouldnt round up 1 ticket to give us a prize, Ive never had an arcade not be able to give you 1 ticket. Ive never been so disappointed with my experience at an arcade like I was here, wouldnt wast your money.

Very unsafe for children the place has dangers laying around on the floor for them to trip on including screwes. I posted pictures for you as proof so you know its accurate. Please if you go be careful and watch where your children step.Where do I begin with this review it was so horrible.Approximately 945-10pm 6/26/20Expect to be asked for identification when you initially arrive and be told you need mask on and have to be over the nose no exception.Within 30 minutes of that expect to be asked once again for identification and once again told that you need a mask over your nose. I explained I already identified myself at the door and that I have health issues and a mask if not good for me. Was told i should have disclosed this at the door however according to HIPAA that is a violation of my privacy. Get your business together before it falls apart. I will take my money elsewhere where I do not to feel harrassed and violated. I was in full compliance the moment I had a face mask on no reason to be harassed and asked for identification over and over again either. Terrible experience customers beware

If I could give zero stars I would..... Booked a birthday party for my fiancé here. Called to gain information & then after touring the facility & reviewing packages booked. Went to review with facility a week prior to party to ensure all was in order for this to be a successful event for our family & friends. I couldnt have made a bigger mistake. The food for the party was over 45 minutes late & ice cold upon its arrival. The game cards were not uploaded correctly & resulted in me having to work with management throughout the entire 3 hour event to resolve constant issues with the game cards & scheduled time of events. Also the bowling lanes malfunctioned & our guests didnt even have the opportunity to bowl 1 full game throughout the entire 3 hour period. After all these countless issues I worked with management to come to a solution with just any sort of refund as the event was a despicable representation of customer service. After having to make 4 phone calls to the GM at the facility they refused to process any refund or provide any reasonable solution to all the issues they caused our family & friends. Run fast people!!! This was the worst event Ive ever had to embark on & I would never even think of stepping two feet into this facility again. I payed over $650 for services I didnt receive & not even a simple Im sorry was given. Save your money & time because this place is an operational nightmare.

A lot of fun. Games work by sweeping a card. The card costs $2 and you also have to pay to get credits added to it. The more you pay, the less each credit costs. $10 gets you 44 credits, so a credit is worth a little less than a quarter. Some example prices: Japanese style photo booth is 26 credits, claw games are 8 to 12 credits, soccer games is 8 credits.

Fun place but we spent $60 in games in 40 minutes as the guy at the counter convinced us that the point cards were a better deal than the all you can play cards... I feel that we got ripped off. They have ice cream for 99c, but were out of cones. They had beer and wine specials but since there was no place to put our coats and bags, we took them back to the car. We didnt have ID so we couldnt buy anything. Weve been legal age for around 30 years and I dont usually carry my ID in my pocket. We left to go someplace we felt more welcomed!

I would leave a negative star if I could. My fiancé recently held a birthday for myself Inviting all my friend and family from out of town which was a disaster. We arrived early to set up and get things ready for our guests. Not one employee or manager came out to show us our room or greet us. We stood around awkwardly until we had to ask several employees where we were suppose to go. The food arrived 45 minutes late which cut into our game and bowling time. We had to ask 3 times for the game cards which didn’t work properly. We can distributes the cards to our guests only to find they didn’t work. The bowling was a complete failure. Our system went down after 10 minutes of bowling. The other lanes were full so we couldn’t play. The employees and managers seemed to not give a damn about its guests. Wouldn’t never recommend a party to be held there. What a joke. The manager couldn’t even offer a partial refund. We didn’t even get to bowl?

The facility in itself is fantastic. Theres a 12 lane bowling alley, loads of arcade games, and good food. However the cost of playing can quickly get out of control as most of the games work out to being about $2 per play. Bowling is also much more expensive that other alleys in the area. But the real reason for the missing stars is my groups experience with bowling. When we arrived there was a 30 minute wait list. After more than an hour we returned to the desk to ask why we still had not received a text saying our lane was ready (which is their procedure). They did quickly put us on a lane but didnt offer any apology. They said they called us but we didnt respond, which is weird because they were supposed to text us and we didnt hear them page us anyway. An annoying waste of time.

We had a party for my nephews 13th birthday at the mill creek location. I will start by saying it was busy and the staff was clearly overwhelmed, however that is no excuse for a grown man to bully 2 little girls. Two of the party members (two 11 yr old girls) went up to ask for the free ice cream included in the $300 price of the party one min after our party time. I understand that technically we were past the party time, but we were on our way out and were in line before our time was up. Vincent the employee, was so rude to them and I honestly could not believe a grown man was yelling a two little girls. IRS a shame that I had to stand up to this man over $2 ice cream. I offered to pay for it too, and he was still so rude, claiming it was not his job to hand out free stuff. This was my first and last time at round one. Next time we will spring and go to dave and busters. Because clearly accommodating parties on a Saturday is too much.

Honestly has pretty decent food and nice games but due to the lack of paying attention to the economic state of the area the prices are way to much to actually enjoy. The one thing that drew the adults in was the cheap prices of alcohol cause hey what better way to spend youre weekends then getting drunk while the kids play Mario cart. But dont forget due to high prices youll have to trade your suburban in for yoshis cart for the ride home seeing as you wont be able to afford the car note after you drop about 375$ for the night. All in all its a great place just gotta come down on the pricing.

The noise may be a little loud for small ears but I took my 3 year old here and she loved it. The bowling lanes have bumper options and those plastic bowl-assist things. So when I showed up on the bottom floor I was like is this really it? But then I went up the stairs and I saw tons of games and claw machines. Though I grabbed one of the toys with the claw the dumb thing let go and I got so mad. I wanted that angry cat stuffed toy . Besides that my brother and I played the initial D game because hes obsessed with the anime and though I suck at drifting and kept crashing into the walls I had a great time. Also we played dance revolution and I sucked so bad and got really sweaty so I had to take a break and cool off in the mall. Then when we returned we played some shoot em up games and the Halo game was so much fun. I didnt do the bowling or eat there because we were being frugal but still I had a blast.

I was a frequent visitor of this Round 1 with my friends and family and we were there quite often. We always enjoyed having some drinks and playing all the arcade games. We never would go bowling though because it is very expensive but that was okay because the arcade games made up for it.When we first started going we were pleasantly surprised that the arcade games actually were not that expensive to play. When my girlfriend and I would go we could get a $20 game card and that was usually a perfect amount for a night of gaming. On our last visit we were extremely disappointed. We started playing the games as we normally do and were shocked to find that all the credit costs to play the games had been drastically increased. Many of our favorite games had even doubled in cost. For example many of our favorite 4.0 credit games now costed 8.0 credits to play. Now the $20 game card that used to be a perfect amount for the night, doesnt last anywhere near long enough. For this reason I wont be going back to Round1 nearly as often if at all anymore. It is just too expensive now.

Round one seemed like a fun place and a cool addition to Erie. After going there for a night of bowling and drinks I would not recommend this establishment. I usually do not give bad reviews however the employees at round one made the night more difficult then it needed to be. Five people paid for two games and after the first game one of the bowlers accidentally knocked over one of the beers. One of the employees came over to clean up the spill and asked us to move over the next lane, which we had no problem with. We decided to go get another beer before starting the second game. When we went to start the second game however the lane we were moved to was not open. When we asked an employee why it was not working they stated that the computer showed we had bowled all our games. When we went to the counter to ask if they could correct the issue they were unnecessarily difficult for such an issue. After the manager finally went through their copies of the transactions they could only find three members of the party’s receipts. It took some very strong words after that to finally correct the issue so that all five of our party that paid for two games could play two games. Round one seems like a place that could be very fun and has a lot of entertainment options, however the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend round one for those reasons.

A Wonderful Experience... For some!I am giving 3 stars due to a few things I would have liked to see but did not.I would like to start out with saying what a wonderful experience this was for my family and their friends. Despite the short comings of our party, we were over all satisfied, yet there is much room for improvement and I will be happy to get right in to the nitty gritty. My total bill was just under $500.00 for our party, that included unlimited food/drinks, one free beer for all adults, and 2 hour access to all games that have a Blue, Green Card swipes. The rules are that if you want to win a prize, or win tickets to trade in for a prize, you pay extra!?! You will no longer be served food/drinks 15 minutes prior to your party ending and you are not allowed to take any food home .I understand rules are made to keep the company from being taken advantage of, however we felt it was the company taking advantage of us in this case. The 2 hours of play... When we first arrived I paid the bill, and then we all waited almost 15 minutes for our play cards! The Blue and Green Swipe games are only a QUARTER OF THEIR GAMES, Not much for the kids to play since most games are prized based!I know this is not the not the companys responsibility but there was NO GAMES for my nephew who is only 3 yrs old, nor my niece who has autism.I PAID FOR HIM AND HER to play, but there was NOTHING for them.I even asked our party planner when setting up the party, if I would still be charged for my nephew who was too young and my niece who is autistic, but I was STILL CHARGED A EXTRA $60.00!The prize games are rigged beyond belief! The companys excuse for not giving even a $5.00 credit to every player for prize games was If we gave you all access to the prize games, you would clean us out in one day!Well, we all watched many people TRY to win on the claw prize games, but NOT ONE DID!In fact if you do win, you are considered a rock star for doing so, lmao! The birthday person does not even get $5/$10 credit to win something for their birthday! What a rip!The Unlimited food/drinks... Unlimited is incorrect by a long shot!about 40 minutes in we FINALLY got some food. I ordered wings and pizza. The wings were good, but I found a few wings that were UNDER COOKED. I requested a new batch immediately and NEVER GOT THEM!We asked for another pizza and NEVER GOT IT!Thefree beers... No one in my family drinks, however my mother decided to try an Apple Cider beer as she has never had one.SHE WAS DENIED!!!! Only free beer is Bud Light :PNo one drank the free beer, why could they not comp her the stupid cider beer!?!One last thing, was that the party rooms have glass doors where kids could stick their fingers in. There should be warning stickers for the kids who might think it was a good idea to stick their fingers in there.I am concerned about this because I watched it happen while I was there. All in all we had a good experience as the feeling of nostalgia and the family outing was all very memorable. The staff was polite, but a bit over stretched with tasks, in opinion.I am always willing to update my reviews if I see the changes. However at almost $500.00 for one 2 hour party, I doubt I will be back any time soon.

Way too expensive and buying the cards to play with is like buying a used car how they try to sell you! If you try to do the obvious and buy each kid an hours time for $8 “plus $2 activation fee” you will only be able to play “30% of the games” according to the front desk dude. My 9 year old played a game of Ms PAC Man which supposedly gives out tickets, and after one turn the game ended. You cant beat the party prices when they give you unlimited play AND food. We had pizza,wings,fries,4 different sodas and ice cream. Our party host was friendly and quick for refills. You do have to supply decor if wanted and you can bring your own cake. They will provide cake if youd prefer that optio. They also serve alcohol for adults if you prefer a beer instead of a soda. Game selection and activities kept all party guests so busy they wanted more time to play. I cant wait to take our boys (we have 4) back for a family fun night!
