NEVER doing business with this company ever again!!! Paid for a party deposit in February and due to the pandemic it was cancelled. No one called me to reschedule and I have been trying to get my refund for MONTHS and they refuse to give it back due to the park being closed. I have called on multiple occasions and have been told different things and that they are refunding never happens, also told they are mailing me a check that never happened and surprise they did not document it. Will be filing with the BBB & never will I book a party or go here again.

I had my daughter’s birthday party at Get Air a few months ago. I will say it is a fun place for the kids. However, I would not recommend their birthday parties. They were mediocre at best. I have had parties at A LOT of places (the zoo, Chuck E Cheese, Jumpin Jungle, bowling alleys, Splash Lagoon...) They didn’t even ask who I was when I told them we were having a birthday party, therefore had no idea what package I had ordered. There were several parties and every time I needed something I had to hunt down the “party host” that was on the other side of the building. Had to ask for the ice cream while I was cutting and handing out cake and then for the party bags that comes with the package. Overall, not worth the price. Come jump for the day, but I’d skip the party packages.

We had a fun afternoon at this park. The line to check-in was slow but once we were in we enjoyed the park. They have an American gladiator style pits which were fun, as well as a dodgeball area and basketball hoops. You do have to purchase socks but theyre only 3$.

Concept of the park is awesome but very dirty. Had a issue with a mother throwing dodge balls really hard into my nephews face and hurting him. She started calling me all kinds of names and using profanity when I asked her to stop, I went and said something to the “workers” and nothing was done. I will not be returning. And I will be filing for a refund after spending almost $100 on 3 kids and 1 adult to jump for 2 hours! Sky zone in Cleveland Ohio is WAY better!

I love coming here to jump - it’s great exercise. My kids love it as well and most of the time it isn’t too crowded and they can jump however they like. The toddler area has a nice setup and is usually free of bigger kids. In addition, my kids really enjoy the “ninja warrior” section (as they like to call it) and so does my husband, although he thinks he can do more than what he really can. I’m just hoping he doesn’t hurt himself too badly trying out the ropes and ladders course. It’s fun to feel like a kid again and jump into a big pile of squishy foam blocks.

Very fun went with my boyfriend and his family. Had a lot of fun. okay staff didn’t really talk to them or anything. Bring friends or you wouldn’t have a good time.

Kids had a blast, I realized I was out of shape! We had a lot of fun. Staff was kind. Make sure you sign a waiver as soon as you walk in or ahead of time online before going to pay.

We celebrated my sons birthday today 8/10/19 and the kids had a blast! Our party host Taylor was AMAZING! She made sure that we were taken care of, and had everything we needed throughout the whole party! Even the candles that I forgot!! (Oops)Thank you Taylor for making our sons party one for the books! ️

We usually go to vertical jump but decided to try get air. I have heard good things about this place from friends. I was not so impressed. There were several leaks in the roof, some had a set up to end in a bucket, others on the trampolines, or floor. There wasnt a whole lot to do so was disappointed. It also looked like the foam needed switched out, was getting worn and gross looking. As an adult with two kids usually the whole family enjoys jumping but this park adults didnt have much to do. Think I will stick to vertical jump :/ Seems they need much upgrades

My son absolutely loved this place people there are kind and the only thing I would say is they should have a cafe or something so that way parents can eat but other than that the place is great and great way to burn energy with the toddlers

This place is fun for all ages. Saturday the have autism awareness. You dont have buy socks every time you can were socks from any trampoline park.

Get Air has many fun activities and sports like basketball and dodge ball. Lots of people say Verticle Jump in Erie is better but the don’t have lots of room to just jump and have fun. Also Get Air’s employees are nice and caring. The employees are always walking around and monitoring the areas. And last I think that Get Air is in a great location even know I live about 30 minutes away. I feel safe to have fun there.

Large space for running around... NO running though. The lifeguard refs as my kids called them made sure if that. They had a good time. For the price we wont be going back anytime soon.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party here. It was lots of fun for the kids. We got a nice deal for the party. The host helped clean up and even gave us some candles for her cake that we forgot. My kids like get air over vertical because the employees actually monitor the trampolines and stop the older kids from hitting the younger ones.

A fantastic place to take the kids for the afternoon. I have a toddler and she loved the area thats set aside for her age, and my older kids had an blast in the rest of the park. Reasonable pricing, especially if you can find online deals prior to going, and a fun experience.

Facilities are great and deals were pretty good, but it was 83 degrees in here with air systems not even turned on. For a semi-athletic facility, that’s not ok. When I’m signing a waiver saying they’re not responsible for my kids’ injuries, I don’t expect that to include risks of heat stroke. Maybe I’d give it another chance in the winter, but good God, don’t come here if it’s warmer than 70 outside, because it probably won’t be any cooler in here.

Ive been here with my kids at least 10 times since they opened. Birthday parties are decent. It has a nice open layout that is better for watching your kids vs vertical jump park. In the winter the front facilities werent working and there was a day they closed but didnt bother to put a sign out. All in all though I prefer this one to vertical.

We had a great time! 2 hours went fast but was perfect for our two five year olds. I appreciate the Little Air area to keep the little ones safe. The staff was absolutely wonderful with the kids. Naturally, there are rules but the staff was great with enforcing the rules without making the kids feel like they were in trouble and to continue to have a good time. The space is quite open so you can see your kids from multiple areas. Thanks to the great staff. We will definitely be back.

DONT COME HERE IN THE SUMMER! We were at get air Erie today and it was hotter inside than it was outside, building temperature reaching 85 degrees before we decided to leave an hour early! Staff looked like they didn’t know what to do when they were being complained to. Save your money go somewhere else during the summer. WAY TOO HOT!

They should be fair and tell people about $20 or $25 unlimited monthly. (2.5 hour max daily)And one star rating is because the staff cant communicate and doesnt have knowledgeable answers both on the phone and at the facility. Cant even begin to rate how bad safety is at this location.

We frequent Get Air, the place is always clean with a relaxed atmosphere.

My son really likes coming here we come at least once a week. What I have noticed over the last couple of weeks is why I am giving you 2 stars. Last week I was here I wanted to sit at a table it was dirty. I used a baby wipe to clean.off the table and it looked as if it hadnt been wiped in awhile. The garbage was overflowing. The mats and the floors are more dirty each time I come. Like I said I enjoy coming each week. It has more hands on fun experiences than any other trampoline park Ive been too, but with all the employees here during the day at times things could be taken care of.

We love it here! The monthly memerbership is completely awesome. The front doors need to be fixed. My 7 year old was pinned between the door and the frame. Another neighbor was hit by the door.The staff is very friendly and my kids love to jump and dance on Friday nights. Thank you for opening up in the Grandview Plaza!

This park is one of the best trampoline parks Ive ever been too. Really it depends on what you like. If you like a large area with plenty of trampolines, then go here. If you like more different things to do I recommend the vertical jump park near the mall. There is not a lot of people watching the jumpers. But it is still as safe as trampolines can get. Great park, highly recommend.

My kids had a great time, fun clean and safe. Practically empty on a early Friday, great for when they are off of school so they can have the park to themselves. Staff was excellent at helping and interacting with the kids, they even became friends with the lifeguard who they can’t wait to see next time they visit. Will be telling friends about the fun time we had, they even jumped for a whole extra hour.

The place was nice and the coordinator we had was very nice. Joe.. but they didnt have the gift bags and didnt have the right sock sizes. They did knock of $50 because of it tho. The kids and adults had a blast. Kind of expensive also

I attempted to take my son here on 3/22/19 and had a horrible experience. A group of 20 kids ahead of us attempting to pay locked up the cash register. None of the very young kids working had a clue what to do. We waited 45 minutes and left. All the employees kept looking at each other and got nothing accomplished. Several other people left as well. What concerns me more is if there was ever a real emergency it would be every child for themselves. For as much as people are paying to be there its a shame that people have to rely on teenagers for there customer service at this establishment. Ill try the other park next time.

This place doesn’t have air conditioning!!!! It’s 88 degrees outside and about 100 degrees inside. I asked the awesome people working and they said it’s Broke!!! Are you kidding?? It’s sickening hot.

We went for 2 hes, and all three kids had a blast. Not one got bored at all. Tons to do, clean even though it had a steady line out the door it wasnt uncomfortable. There was plenty of room. Staff was great.

My son wanted to try vertical jump because of the arcade, but will be a long time before we go back there if ever again! We like get air way better!! They actually watch and monitor what goes on, at vertical jump there were bigger kids just blasting little kids in their faces with the dodgeballs...since when is that the point of the game. Their team members did nothing about it! So we love that get air takes pride in their jobs and the facility and will definitely visit them more often over the other place!! Great way for the kids to burn some energy on a cold day.

I was there today with my family and I had just an awful experience all together. The referees who were supposed to be doing their jobs by monitoring certain areas were not. A kid ending up jumping on my boyfriend in the pit as he was trying to get out. There were three referees standing right by those steps there not doing anything and there ended up being three more kids next to him in the opposite pit. I thought the rule was “ one person at a time “ . Apparently not. Also if you are taking the time to read this, DO NOT come here on the weekends if you’re an older adult because it’s like an unsupervised daycare. We could not comfortably jump really anywhere because children were running so wildly and jumping in the way of all of us. We will not be going there on the weekends again.

A really cool fun place to take your kids! Only thing that I do not like when we go there is the long line to sign the liability waiver on the computers. It needs to be redone amon a way that gets people through more quickly.

The AC was not turned on or set properly and supposedly the manager didnt know where the keys were and the other manager wasnt answering their texts. This was at 4 oclock. They had all day to figure this out but couldnt. It was 82 degrees in there with stale and smelly air.

Had a blast! Its very quiet right at 330 until about quarter to 5. We had the whole place to ourselves and loved every minute!! :)

Made us trade in our socks to purchase theirs? We already had a groupon so we were forced to or forfeit our vouchers. I use to like this place.

My boys love Get Air. It’s pretty big this location. Price is comparable with other trampoline parks. I gave it 4 stars for not much seating available for parents to sit and watch there children. Lots of parking and I like the different times for teens/adults to enjoy fun at night as well.Edited: We went back again, more seating added and even an arcade area. Gave 5 stars.

Great place for birthday parties but have a deep wallet.almost$5 for an ice cream cup like dipping dots per person. You get medium pizzas and will be charged for an extra large from marcos pizza..not too happy paying almost $500 and we had to clean up instead of the hostess.plus they were not prepared for a crowd of 10 for pop/ pizza ect ...not again

Ive been to other Get Airs, this ones pretty small in comparison. But very clean, and incredibly friendly. Staff doesnt loom over you, but they make sure no ones getting hurt. Good balance.

Had a party there. Didnt get all my food or pop I ordered. The staff does 2 parties at the same time. They basically dont help you at all and expect a tip at the end. Worst place to have a party ever. We did everything except give them socks and wrist bands for 200 bucks. Plus the 15 dollar tip that I gave because Im sure its not her fault she was just doing her job.

This place is Horrible! Theyre rules are just crazy. The staff is so rude, even the manager that was working was very rude! The prices are just crazy! Plus you lose some of your jump time because of all the paper work. Thats not fair! Ive been to other ones that are much better and nicer. Erie one is just horrible! Not because its in Erie, we love Erie. But because of everything into one! Little kids cant really do anything (Dumb because they can at other ones weve been too!) If they want to keep their place open they might want to change a lot of things because this place needs a lot of help. First they can start with new employees because the ones they have working now are so rude and the main reason we will never go back there!! Cant have people working that act like they hate their job and their life. Just crazy. Was hoping to have a way better time than that but to us it was just a waste of a lot of money!!!

Visited for the first time recently for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and not busy it was. Staff were friendly and my 6 and 2 year olds both loved their time there.

It was clean and HUGE! Full of fun for everyone! The staff was incredibly helpful and I saved time by registering online in advance!

Theyre too strict on tiny toddlers. 1-3 years old is a fun age where kids like to explore, the staff here seemed to not allow the fun of adventure. My children wanted to use the trampolines as slides, because theyre small and dont grasp the concept of a slanted trampoline and the staff wouldnt allow it in the toddler area. Well, some would some wouldnt this lead to emotional chaos with the young ones by being told yes by some staff and no by others. They did have some fun but definitely not worth the hassle until children are older in my opinion. I wont return until they are older unless its just for me.

First time there! My 5 year old had a blast! We will be back!

If you have children above 46 and below 46 I would advise against this trampoline park. They have too many rules, even after signing waivers, that sucks the fun right out of it. Kids under 46 dont even have a flat trampoline to jump on aside from where the basketball hoops are and dont let them jump on the trampolines on your way to the basketball hoops because they will get yelled at. I get safety, but for the parents who are right there supervising their shorter kids, and when there arent bigger kids or anyone jumping near you, the officials need to keep their eyes on the higher risk possibilities. We have been to other Get Airs and had a much better experience. I doubt this review and the ones that are similar will change anything, as you can see the owner only replies to great reviews. They better figure something out though as there is new competition in town and if you cant adapt you wont last.

I liked it but I wish it was all day bounce not just 2hrs. I had kids so without a designated sitter I couldnt bounce. But will return someday to bounce.

Took the kids out for down time whole visiting.got it off of Groupon. Its actually the same price with out the groupon. Must pay 3$ extra for rub er grippy socks.

Complete waste of money if you have children in different height classes. The children have a tiny area that they are alowed in a huge facility. Adult supervision is apparently not required for the amount of kids that were dropped off for the get air evening child care service. Sky zone in buffalo is a much better family oriented facility.

The place is amazing the staff is great and very helpful I highly recommend buying the membership and on those cold days of winter its great to go up there cant beat the price

I absolutely love this place! The workers were just the sweetest! I took my children and they have a blast jumping around on the trampolines and interacting with a few of the life guards each time they go! We have gone quite a few times and I finally had the opportunity to ask these great workers their names so I could share my appreciation! I believe their names are Jade, Chlo, Daraee, Lorrenzo, Joey, Jesse, and Gaby! They are such helpful, kindhearted, and outgoing workers! They explained the rules and made sure safety was a priority! Plus it’s great for tiring out the kids so they actually go to bed early and I get some me time!!!! Can’t wait to take the kids again soon!

I prefer Vertical Jump (because it is bigger) over Get Air but Get Air is definitely a better price.

Took my son for his 13th birthday. This place is AWESOME! We paid for the full 2 hours and was worth every penny. However, if you are older and out of shape, maybe only pay for one hour. Is a must do in Erie!

I had my sons 4th birthday party here yesterday and I it was a hit! The kids loved it. The staff was amazing and our host was more than helpful. My only complaint would be the restrooms were out of papertowels,p they replaced those but didnt check anything else and we ran out of soap and to we survived Lol. Im def be back

Nice trampoline park. It compares well with other chain trampoline parks. There are a variety of activities from traditional jumping to foam pits toninja warrior items to dodge ball to basketball hoops. Good for all ages as there is a separate area for kids under 46.

This was a great place for my son to have fun and get out some energy. The woman at the front desk was very rude and seemed annoyed that she needed to explain the layout of the park. There was a younger man there that was very kind and helpful. It is unfortunate when someone does not enjoy their job and takes it out on others.

For younger kids, under 48 in, this is not an ideal location. Their space is very limited and there really arent any flat trampolines for them. They have a few sloped trampolines, a foam pit, a balance board, and then obstacle courses that are too advanced for them to actually complete. These obstacle courses become flooded with older kids, who actually can complete them properly. These courses should be over on the bigger kids section and that area replaced with a section of flat trampolines so they can run and jump in more room. My tall, physically inclined 3 year old wanted to run into the flat trampoline areas and got upset that she couldnt. I considered booking her birthday here; glad I didnt. Maybe well try again if there are changes in the layout or she can use the whole facility.
